It s 9:24 pm 4/1/24 I was literally followed around every isle , the door was guarded while I finished shopped after being asked if I was finished shopping. Saying he was ready to close the store. I ve never been stereotyped that bad and yes I am black staying at a motel next door. I just wanted to get my pregnancy cravings

Morning shift guy Hari is super creepy. He will blatantly hit on girls and eye eff the hell out of them. Then he talks to me like I'm a nuisance. My wife refuses to go there while he is working. Everyone else that works there has been pleasant

Gas pump works fine. Nice and clean secured restroom. Ask the cashier to unlock the door for you.The normal drinks like Starbucks bottles and Red Bull are priced on the higher end unless you are an Extra Mile Club Member.

Why is this female employee always parking by the air for customers? I have a bad knee and its easier to sit on the curb to pump the air in the tires but I hate having to squeeze next to this car and hope I don't hit her. Sitting on the ground is hard but it's what I have to do sometimes thanks to this employee

The older employee is extremely rude. He yells at his customers and doesn t let them speak for themselves. Curses the F word when the cashier stopped working.The older man is aggressive and told us to be quiet when we tried to explain ourselves on a car wash misunderstanding on their part! We simply paid and went into the car wash as necessary when it was our turn.Next, we were greeted with this older man screaming, distraught, and accusing us of stealing money! Not sure how we could even do that since we simply paid with our card and entered wash. But he never even gave us a chance to talk or show proof of payment. Extremely arrogant. He ended up forcing me to pay more money for the wash we didnt even choose.They also denied cash for scratchers. This Chevron is a scam

It's true this place is difficult to turn left when exiting.Summary: I went for a long drive, needed to get gas and use the bathroom but was denied customer service by Qaiser.Story:I have been a patron of this Chevron gas station for 7yrs now since I moved to this city. I have purchased gas, carwash, drinks, lotto tickets and what ever else they have that I felt like getting at the moment. I was here helping a lady when she locked herself out of her truck and we both waited for triple AAA to arrive. My friends and I have stopped here many times on our way out of town to get gas, sodas, snacks and energy drinks. The best part about this place is it's proximy to the freeway.Today, I stopped over after a long drive with my chevy truck so I could replenish my gas tank. First, I wanted to relieve myself before I pump the gas so I could just leave after pumping the gas instead of going in and out and back again. I asked the cashier, Qaiser, if I could use the bathroom, which I have been allowed to use multiple times before without question. This time though he asked which one was my vehicle, while he looked towards the pumps, I said the red truck. Perhaps he didn't believe me because he then said, "you have to buy something first before you can use the bathroom" multiple times (I notice the entrance still has the same Out of Order sign that was there when I last used the bathroom a few months ago, spoiler alert the bathroom may not be clean but everything there does operate just fine). Trying to be polite, I smiled and told him that it is my truck and I am buying gas but I need to use the restroom first. The man didn't believe me as he reached his hand out for me to pay, even though I told him I was going to get gas. Since I started feelling like using the bathroom even more, I walked out to my truck and got my wallet and purchased enough gas outside, I intentionally didn't fill up my tank to full after being denied customer service. I went back in without using the restroom after and told him as he was cashiering a man, I firmly said and repeated three times that he was rude for denying me to use the bathroom when I told him I was going to purchase gas. I was irritated and left the place. I hope people he denies don't end up peeing on his walls like I wanted to.As I've said, I have been here many times. I especially like the free carwash that I get after 5 or 6 times of purchasing carwash. However with today's experience, it will be my last.

The older sikh employees is extremely rude to customer and talks in extremely loud and angry to e.Outright liar.Not sure how so many people feedback about thatEmployee is going without notice.

Took my two little girls into use the restroom and was turned away because we weren't customers. Had literally just spent $40 at the gas station across the street and were told their restroom was under maintenance. Obviously we couldn't pay for gas twice. The complete lack of humanity is incredibly disappointing. Seriously. Good luck to you people.

I like the Chevron because it has e85 on a separate island so you don't have to wait for regular gas people to pump their gas. Some stations have the e85 in the middle of the island and then you have to wait for everybody to get out of the way

Rude, obnoxious and arrogant Clerk refused to pay me a measly $5 powerball winnings, after paying me $21 from scratch-offs. He threw the $21 on the counter and yelled that was enough money! His dismissive and disrespectful behavior obviously stems from a prehistoric cultural mistreatment of women. This is not the first time this man has been rude towards me and I've witness his behavior toward other patrons. I will be reporting this gas station to the California Lotto Immediately.

Beware of lottery ticket scam. Will not tell you your full winning amount and short you. Ask for lottery ticket receipt (orange one from lotto machine) to confirm exact payout.

Awful market. If you buy something from this store you can not return in different locations. Bought type C charger that wasn't working 2 hour from my house. Now I have to drive all the way back to return the item. Not good at all. Better buy from trusted local store like Walmart, marshall etc.

Their new Car Wash sucks, I still have a bunch of bugs on my front bumper and windshield. Asked if I could have a rewash and the owner wants me to pay half half. It's not my fault your car wash can't wash a car properly.

Very rude. Won't allow customers in restroom; out of order sign is up though restrooms work fine. Air pump is turned off; customer had to ask repeatedly for it to be turned on for use. Then, after filling gas tank, tried to purchase a cold drink but only brought credit/debit card inside and was rudely told I would have to buy something else or pay cash (I already bought a full tank of gas outside). Since I struggle walking with a cane i didn't want to walk back and forth with cash so simply left without paying for the cold drink i needed so badly). I suggested they might want to post a sign if they have a minimum purchase at the register, though not sure my comment was welcomed as the attitude, it seemed to me, is that this station owner feels he is doing people a favor by being in business. Perhaps if people stop going there and he is forced out of business he might start to appreciate people a little more. I will not return to this station again and recommend others go somewhere else too.

I only visit in early mornings, exiting is difficult as everyone is always in a such a hurry and will no way give you a break.Car Wash does a pretty good job, dries well and leaves no soap.Early morning Clerk is nice on the few occassions I went inside.

Worst gas station in the area! Bathroom is always under maintenance or dirty, staff is ridiculously rude and have poor customer service. Qaiser is the worst employee I ve ever witnessed, everytime I come into this location and see him he has a sour attitude. One time my card declined and I called the bank to see what was going on and he kicked me out the store and locked the doors in the middle of the day for a bathroom break and then was refusing to let me use my card when he came back insisting I need to use cash! He either doesn t value his job or thinks he s above it. Either way he shouldn t be working there... BAD FOR BUSINESS!!

I will NEVER come here to buy stuff or pump gas. The restroom is not available. Don't waste your time here if you need a restroom.

The manager appears to be on vacay until the end of time...so, as peons the subordinates can't be in charge of abiding the law.Commercials.businesses (and multifamily residential dwellings of five units or more) are now required by law (AB 341, Chapter 476, Statutes of 2011) to arrange for recycling services if they generate more than four cubic yards of commercial solid waste

Decent carwash. Exiting turning left is difficult due to the busy intersection - it's easier to turn right and then U-turn using another parking lot or business driveway.

I agree that the car wash is not the best and it is hard to get back out of the lot because of traffic, but I feel safer getting gas there as all the panhandlers hangout at ARCO across the street.

THIS GAS STATION CHARGED MY CC OVER $13.00 FOR A CAR WASH I NEVER GOT AND NEVER ASKED FOR. THE FACT IS THEY WERE OUT OF RECEIPT PAPER AT THE PUMP SOOO I SHRUGGED IT OFF AND JUST LEFT.I WILL BE WRITING TO BBB ABOUT THIS SCAM. YOU JUST CANNOT TRUST ANYBODY ANYMORE. GREEDY PUNKS!!

Careful with location I just got a fraud from this gas station. My debt card was compromised 1.10.19. There is fraudulent activity from this location. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lost three dollars in the car wash machine and the clerk didn't even try to help he tried to make it sound like I was in the wrong, don't ask for assistance there
