They fixed my Tesla a few days ahead of schedule. Figured hour logistics with my rental. Super friendly and detailed my car. The front desk lady was super kind and so was the person that did my walk around. Top notch auto body shop.

This place was recommended by my auto insurance company because it's close to my home. I received great customer service from the time I dropped off my Mini Cooper S upto the day I picked it up. They were able to fix my car earlier than expected. Technicians were knowledgeable and pleasant. They even washed and cleaned my car. It looks brand new, I love it!

CARSTAR Pacific Coast Collision Center was very easy to work with. The front desk people were so kind and responsive. The folks who looked at the car with me and explained the process to me were also great! So informative. They over-estimated the length of time on the repair which I thought was great because it was done much quicker. The car looked just right and seems to be running just right. Thank you.

The Carstar Pacific Coast Collision Center team did a great job fixing up our Tesla Model Y. They took care of every detail, and the vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule. They are a Tesla-recommended repair shop, and on the day I picked up our car, there were 4 Model Y's all repaired and ready to be picked up. Outstanding service!

Such a great experience getting my Tesla repaired here at Carstar. I get the daily status update and a car wash after the repair. Will recommend my family here. Also, the staff are very friendly and professional.

CARSTAR's office/estimator/repair staff did a topnotch job working with my auto insurance company to get my rear-ended Prius repaired (excellent work, BTW) and back on the road in a timely manner. I would recommend them.

Amazing service! I found them through Geico as one of their Xpress service locations. All employees/managers were incredibly helpful and nice from start to finish. They have a great process in place for repairs in coordination with insurance companies, rental car communication and assistance, etc.By far my best experience when having to get vehicle repairs!!

I took my car to Carstar Pacific coast, because I was involved in a car accident. Alex and the rest of the team were very nice and helpful! Being in an accident isn t ideal and the process with insurance can be interesting, but the team at Carstar did everything possible to make it as smooth as possible.
