These folks are exceptional in every way possible. First and foremost, they took in a specialty vehicle when many other shops would not. They were extremely thorough in their assessment, and very patient along the process as they worked with the insurance company as well as the manufacturer to determine total cost on parts.They will UNDOUBTEDLY take care of you, but especially when you're working with a complex case. Highly recommend Capital City Motor Works.

Second time I have taken our BMW here, both times they have done exceptional work. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond by working on our car after closing to ensure a last-minute issue was taken care of. Highly recommend them!

I talked to George on a Thursday to inspect a car I wanted to buy & I live in FL. He accommodated a quick turnaround for the next day. Did a thorough & honest assessment. The car wasn't worth buying. I offered to pay the agreed upon price & HE WOULDN'T TAKE MY MONEY. WHAT! Only an incredibly nice person would do such a thing. This is the type person you should trust & have as your mechanic. Hands down! The best mechanic in town. I had to rebuild my rear suspension and left my 323i with George. He and his staff did an immaculate job and helped me rebuild an E46 classic.He's reputable, and I'd refer him to anyone.This review was long overdue.

Capital City Motorworks did an amazing job repairing my BMW!! George was phenomenal; offered exceptional customer service!! He got me in for an estimate the same day I called him, and he was able to start working on my car the very next day! George finished the whole job within a few days and it looked absolutely flawless!! �I couldn't even tell where the driver side door had been severely damaged!! He did all of the 'legwork' with my insurance company and made the whole process a breeze for me! He even fixed a speaker in the opposite door at no charge!I would highly recommend Capital City Motorworks to anyone wanting quality service! �George is an expert mechanic and a whiz with bodywork! It was great to do business with a company that puts the customer first, stands behind their work, and is very reasonably priced! I have always taken my car to Neillo Sacramento BMW for all my maintenance and work (very minimal been a GREAT car). I was driving my 335i and the engine over heat came up on the console. I Googled who was a good BMW mechanic in my area and Capital City BMW was one of the ones that came up with a great rating!! I called and George answered the phone. I explained to him what was going on, and George immediately diagnosed the issue. I then asked him that I was leaving town for the weekend and needed my car. He said bring it down and I will do what I can to make that happen. I live in the Anatolia area of Rancho Cordova. I took my car there and George dropped me off at my house and when the car was done he again personally picked me up at my house and took me to his shop to get my car back. He did a GREAT job, very professional and did what he said would do and have have my car done staying after hours to make this happen!!!! Thanks again George, you have my service as needed in the near future for the action you did to help me out!!

Gorge is the best! He got my Audi Q7 back to brand new.i would recommend anyone who has any problems with there European cars to ask for Gorge he is the man!!! I will always bring my car back to him.
