My experience with these people was not good. I will say that the repairs appear to be good and they did do a few things I wouldn't have expected. It's only been a few days, so I can't speak to the long term effects.My problem lied squarely with the process of getting the work done and having a real clue as to when it would be completed. In a nutshell:Everyone involved knew there would be a more work needed than the initial estimate indicated. We could not safely open the hood to inspect inside the engine compartment. Because the vehicle was drivable, I elected to wait a few weeks to drop off the car for repairs. They did not have the fore site to use that time to order parts they knew they needed. Instead they waited a full week after I dropped it off before even looking at my car.I got many annoying AI texts from their system which were pretty much just lies and disinformation. The people blamed it on their "system" Even in the 4th week of repairs, they were waiting on parts that could have been ordered over a month ago. Everyone was friendly and "very sorry" (apparently the new customer service mantra), I simply had no faith that there was any competence in the operations of this shop. If would have needed to rent a car, I would have been pursuing some return of that cost from the shop.

This was , is the most terrible experience I've had trying to get my car fix. OMG next time I'll take my car to a place more reliable. I tried to trust my insurance by having them recommend caliber . From now on I'll go back to previous body shopService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision made a difficult situation very easy and painless to deal with. My daughter's car was hit whilst at a light and the rear bumper and trunk was affected. The work was amazing and the support team even more so. They kept her in the loop with daily reports on how the repair was going. The service was top notch and the car looks like new. My contact person Becky was great. She went over my car with a fine toothed comb and pointed out things I had not seen. She keep my informed on the progress of my repair and went over everything that was fixed, explaining the costs. She gave me enough information so that I didn't have any questions to ask later. Had my best first experience getting my car fixed here after a fender bender. Though if ever again ill be sure to come back here. From the introductions, communication and updates throughout the process, and the body repair itself I was very pleased with my choice in Caliber Collision. They even dropped me off and picked me up! Want to specifically thank Arturo as well again he was awesome throughout everything and answered any concerns with the utmost professionalism. Really shows they care about their customers here. Took my nissan in to get an estimate unfortunately sideswiped my new car on a pole at the gas station. I've never had to take a car into a body shop before and they were super helpful/patient and explained the whole process to me. Would 10/10 recommend Caliber Collision to any of my friends or family!

Great communication! They even helped me out with getting a ride to and from my home when I had to drop off/pick up my car. Friendly staff. Arturo is the best! Super nice and considering someone hit my car while I was out of town (that s why I brought it in), he made the experience bearable. Really appreciate him keeping me updated and communicating with me along the way.10/10 would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

They did a terrific job. We had some delays, due to supply chain issues on parts, but the job got done a little ahead of the revised promised time. I really appreciated everyone's courtesy!

Absolutely dissatisfied with this repair shop. Took my car in for a simple bumper repair, and ran into various problems. First, there were a few dents that they completely missed to repair and "forgot" to mention to me. Next, they painted the bumper a completely different color than the rest of my vehicle. Last and worst of all, the staff (including the general manager) tired to convince me that I brought my brand new car to their shop with the two-tone paint currently on it. I was completely appalled. I told the staff I had pictures of my vehicle accurately displaying matching colors before bringing it to them, and instantly their attitudes changed. Two weeks into the shop the general manager calls me and tells me she is going to fix the paint out of a courtesy, yet still trying to convince me I had brought my new car (that had never been worked on before) to their shop with the two-tone paint currently on it. The next morning I received a call from the same woman declaring the paint shop had messed up the color again and it was going to need to go back to the paint department. 2 days after that I received another call indicating my vehicle was complete. Looking at the car I was very dissatisfied with the color match. I agreed to pick up my vehicle because the manager Nicole promised me I could come back in and get it fixed again. However I do not want them working on my car ever again, I am very worried about the quality and the work they have done to my car. The staff is very dishonest and manipulative, it was obvious they were trying to save money. Attached in "Photos" is the final results of my repairs. Color is much better than before, but one can definitely see a discrepancy between the bumper and the side paneling. Overall, I will never recommend this repair shop. And just to top this whole experience off , when everything was said and done and I was finally leaving Caliber Collision, the manager was pulling another vehicle to the front of the lot so fast, and on the wrong side of the road she almost hit me.. great job Caliber Collision, you just lost a customer.

I got my car repaired here after a rogue trashcan on the freeway tore off part of my bumper & caused some other damage. Caliber went above & beyond my expectations for the repair. The process was easy and they kept me informed & updated throughout repairs. I got my car back looking better than it did even *before* the trashcan incident. Truly impressed!Service: Body & Trim

Tyler & Staff are amazing! They are extremely professional and helpful. I couldn t have asked for nicer people to deal with. They got my Repairs finished in a very timely manner, and when it came down to parts being on back order, they immediately called me to let me know that it could possibly take additional time. When they were finished they cleaned my car in and out for me. All in all, I want to thank my other Family at Caliber for having my back during that stressful time. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision is all about making the customer happy and in today s environment, I find that to be extraordinary. They had my car for repair while I was on vacation and Rebecca consistently sent me emails to inform me of the progress right up to the day I returned. When I picked it up, the car which was parked by the front door, looked brand new. Rebecca and Nicole earnestly probed for whether they met my expectations. The work was perfect and they took care of some items that were an unexpected surprise. After a thorough inspection, I paid my bill and was handed a nicely done package that included my paperwork and the receipt. Rebecca and Nicole were proudly smiling as they sent me on my way and I witnessed the way this organization consciously upholds their mission, vision and values. They deliver what they believe in.

Excellent customer service, everyone I dealt with at this shop was pleasant (Rebecca, Arturo, Ysenia, etc). Early impressions of the work completed are great, but time will tell the overall quality. Job completed on time. I'll add that this shop was a DRP (Direct Repair Program) with my insurance and that played a factor in my decision to use this shop, but I would do so again based off of my experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The best experience I have had with a body shop, I was helped by Jimmy and he kept me updated every step of the way. My car was returned in a timely manner and even cleaned my car up which I highly appreciated. I really felt like I was taken care of by the staff. Everyone I spoke with at Caliber Collision was super friendly and helpful! James kept me updated every step of the way and even helped me pick up my car a couple hours early. I wasn t expecting it but they even cleaned the inside of my car and vacuumed. The car wash they do is amazing as well, usually I get water spots when I go to commercial car washes, but my car stayed perfectly clean for weeks after they washed it! I would recommend this place to anyone!Service: Body & Trim
