I have an 1986 Carrera with a Ruf fiberglass front bumper. While parked the front bumper was backed into n cracked in several places. The major body shops wouldn't touch the fiberglass job. Rudy at Brian Moore didn't hesitate. He re-glassed the bumper to perfection. He was able to match the new bumper paint with the existing 25 year old body paint. He did this all in a timely manner n within the original estimate. If you have a cherished vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to take it to the Rudy the Craftsmen at Brian Moore.

I am a level-headed reviewer, not in anger or false support. Thus, I've reflected on this for quite some time before making the review. My Dad's 1968 Mercury Cougar was damaged in the Camp Fire. Before the fire it was 100% restored to the point where it had won car shows. My Dad had it operating perfectly in every way. After the fire we had it towed to Rancho Cordova to Brian Moore Restoration. His job was to act as the "general contractor" to get the car back to it's pre-fire condition. The gentleman who runs the shop is very kind (hence 1 star) and the much of the work he did on the car's exterior was very good (hence the 2nd star). However, the time elapsed and cost was incredibly exorbitant (loss of 1 star). Then, upon finally getting me the car back, there were problems with it. For one, the gauges (which worked perfectly before coming in) didn't work at all. As I'm driving away from his shop in my Dad's car, perturbed the gauges aren't working, I make it a mile down the freeway and the car dies. He gave me back a car with no gas in it! (loss of a 2nd star) Worse yet, after getting it home and driving it a bit, it's dying at many stops and running poorly (again, it was running perfectly before being brought in there). I ask him to address it and he has me bring it to another shop to be checked out. I have to pay to tow it there even though he game me back a car that wasn't running right and was empty on gas. Long story short at this point, I'm told they can't help me now, and then they drop a new bill on me that I didn't sign for (I signed for the car to be left there to be checked out...I never signed any invoice estimating cost). They have the car taken back to Brian Moore and won't release it to me until I pay this additional bill (loss of the 3rd star). I'm very disappointed that someone who otherwise seemed to be so nice, could actually be so unaccountable, and leave me in such a bad position, considering what his job was to be and considering he charged us and our insurance $30k plus for an incomplete job.
