Beat Quality parts thus far. Very solid!!!! Low mileage on engines and transmissions. I have no complaints. They are very thorough and detailed. Customer service is great and I will continue to use them for all of my automobile needs. Vinny Aguilera is the MAN!! He s helped me navigate between parts. Scam company!!!!Was told we would get a refund. Haven't received it and the bank says they show no records of them even sending one.I hope this company feels good about scamming people outta 210 dollars right before Christmas.Not only have they taken our money, they sent the wrong part to begin with.So not only am I out the 210 I paid these people for the wrong part. Ended just taking my car to the dealership to get it fixed and paid 250 for that.Scam company

Ordered a starter. Rick Singh and employee there sent me an email saying they need a picture of my license and debit/credit card. They said you can cover the numbers but they also asked for a form to be filled out which has the entire card number on it. So that is pointless. I sent these items and now I just got an email saying they need my VIN to verify that the part fits. Keep in mind they already charged my card. The part is paid for. If I knew they did all this I would have ordered elsewhere. I will NEVER order from this garbage company again.

Chris helped me get the parts I needed for my 2015 Lexus GS350. I bought two driver side doors from them, the front window ended up being cracked during shipping from California to Utah but Chris helped me get a partial refund. Very friendly, helpful and honest, I would 100% recommend buying car parts from them!

Unfortunately my part came broken , most likely it was damaged in transit . This is very bad for me. But the guys work well, they quickly placed the order, made a discount.On the return: everything was quickly sorted out and refunded within 2 days.

My mechanic has been trying to work with Benzeen on getting a replacement transmission for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They had provided a transmission for my Jeep in April of 2023. It went bad in 9 months. They had warrantied the transmission and said they would replace it. They sent the wrong transmission to my mechanic and now they tell him it is out of stock. I have been 28 days without a car. This is a nightmare experience and will be taking legal action against Benzeen!!

Terrible experience. Called to order a part, gentleman was nice and said there would be no issues. Waited 10 days for my part to arrive. Called in to see if they had a tracking number and the man said the part was never shipped and they dont have it in stock. I thought it was a one off situation and ordered the part again from them. SAME THING HAPPENED !!! Wasted more than 2 weeks of my time

They told me they had my transmission in stocj so I paid to have it delivered at my house over a week Went by they never had my transmission. They were trying to find one .after they took my money off my credit card. Never got the transmission still trying to get my money back. No one likes these guys I've talked to a few places. Everyone says they're crooks they're dishonest

Upon my recent accident I needed to source a driver fender for my 2004 Lexus LS430. Now these vehicles were innovation before it s time so needless to say these are still either owned by their first owners or very rarely have reached the junk yard; & just my luck Benzeen Auto came to the rescue. I seen they had the part I was looking for on eBay and within my colour too, so I was trying to get the best offer. I decided since I m in Florida and they are in California it s a 3 hour gap so might as well give them a call.A sales representative by the name of Hayk helped me throughout my process. He was very transparent throughout the whole transaction, from detailed photos to assuring my interest in the part. Not only that but he also gave me a deal I only imagined in my head so when opportunity struck we both came out winning. I got my fender and Hayk got the sale. Shipping took about 5-7 business days and packaging was superb. To summarize my experience with Benzeen Auto, it was accommodating and reassuring. Will sure do business again in the future.

Chris at Benzeen auto parts helped me acquire a sport hood for my 2002 4Runner in the proper color I needed. It took many months on and off but I was finally able to find one and get it shipped to my shop. It arrived very well packaged on a pallet secured with 2x4 s to ensure it wouldn t be damaged. Thank you Chris for making this happen!

We use Benzeen and the process with them is seamless! Andre goes above and beyond to make sure parts are correct and gets all the information for a smooth transaction. Andre is one of the most knowledgeable guys I've talked too through any of the used parts places and they even offer (if available) reman options with outstanding warranty! We will definitely be using them in the future. It's employees like Andre that make a company stick out and reputable. Very happy with the level of professionalism, service, customer retention and attentiveness that Andre has shown us! They are the first on our list when we need to source things out that we cannot otherwise find new! Definitely give them a try and talk with Andre who will make sure you are taken care of!

I ordered the OEM radio from Benzeen s website, The website was easy to navigate and I found my part very quickly.The price was significantly better than I expected.The radio was shipped promptly and I received multiple updated notifications during the shipping process.The package with the OEM radio arrived ahead of schedule and in a heavy duty cardboard box with plenty of packing material.Unfortunately the radio is not compatible with my truck, I called their customer service number and was properly transferred to Hayk.Within a few minutes Hayk had discovered that this particular OEM radio was not compatible with my truck and Hayk promptly processed a full refund of my original purchase price.My overall experience with Benzeen and Hayk was exceptional, I intend to buy all of my future OEM parts from Benzeen.Very happy customer,Jim

The customer service was great! Andre helped me get my engine delivered on time and communicated with me throughout the process. He even followed up with me after the delivery to make sure everything was to my expectation. Engine was in great shape on delivery, overall a smooth process. Highly recommend.

Corey is awesome! Having a review when things go right is easy. But when things go wrong how a company and its people handle the matter really shows the quality of the company and its people. Sadly the part I ordered was not the right part when it arrived. The solution offered by Corey was perfect and it resolved the problem. Great company, great people!

Amazing service! Ask for Sam, he s the best. Worked with me and helped me find all the right parts. Best price and parts are high quality. Shipping was super fast. Got an engine from them and they delivered it the very next day without any damages, complete and in excellent conditions. Exactly what they said they were selling me, I got. Then I needed to buy more pars and they were able to find me what I need it and shipped it very fas. A1 service. 5 stars all day.

A GREAT ENGINE!!!I purchased this engine based on the three year parts and labor warranty. The extremely low mileage, considering my car is fourteen years old. The picture of the engine provided was clean and packaged on a pallet. The free delivery to the mechanics shop went without any problems. The engine delivered was exactly like the picture. Most importantly, the engine runs like new. I'm well pleased

Ordered some parts for my car to replace and one part came incorrect but Hayk helped me fix my issue, he was super helpful through the process. It s unfortunate that one part was incorrect but I understand that there s mistakes and as long as the problem is resolved with good customer service, it s fine by me !

Very friendly staff. Had to buy subwoofer for Toyota 4 runner from them. Sub works excellent. Price was better than on eBay but higher than few other junk yards. Other junk yard called me last minute saying their sub is not usable.

If they are the only ones that have your part, you may or may not get a good price. We usually see them higher priced than others but this time we had no choice. They are courteous and limited discounts are available if you ask for it but brace yourself that you may wait a whole week and have to call a few times to get your part...the first guy didn't order it, then their Marysville team didn't send it down to Rancho for 3 days.

Had a pleasant experience here at Benzeen auto parts which usually doesnt happen at a salvage yard. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding all the parts I needed down to the bolt. Gave me a good deal and I was out of there. I usually fix and sell cars, and I ll definitely make this my primary shop for finding parts again. Thank you to the wonderful team at Benzeen!
