Battistone's Gold River Collision has been doing all my auto body repair for over a period of 10 years from a major repair to a minor scratch. Each time it never fail to amaze me with the quality and the color matching is spot on. On top of that pricing is very reasonable in comparison with a comparable shop.As a bonus, you'll get a very nice treatment from David, the owner. I have recommended a few people I know and will continue to do so.

This family owned business did exceptional work, and they went out of their way to present options & explanations of the work needed. Also, the OWNER gave me a ride to my office when uber fluttered. We need to support more businesses like this.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This is absolutely phenomenal. Everyone is extremely professional, honest, and courteous. Dave is a stand up guy that does an amazing job and any vehicle they perform work on. Awesome people and great work. David fixed my Rav4 and made it look like brand new. I just happened to stumble upon Battistone's Auto Body shop online while looking for a repair shop in an area I was un familiar with. I am so grateful to have found David! He reached out to me with regular updates on my vehicle and made sure I was always aware of what was going on and the timeline of the repairs. He went above and beyond to fix every scratch and flaw on my vehicle, ensuring I was happy with the results. I highly recommend Battistone's Auto Body shop, I can't say enough good things about their work ethic, communication and professionalism. EXCELLENT experience!

David of Battistone's Gold River Collision never ceases to amaze me!!!! I have worked with David several times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have received SUPERIOR and PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! My cars always look better than new once he's finished with them, and he is super fast with super competitive pricing (without skimping on quality). I will NEVER EVER take my cars anywhere else! David is the MAAAAAAAAN!!!!! Best collision and repair shop out there!!!!

David and his daughter were so nice, gave us the best customer service, it felt like we knew them our whole life. He did a beautiful job in replacing our leaky headlights on our Cadillac SRX. We liked the fact that he asked if we wanted after market or original and told us what the difference would be outside of price. We chose the after market since Cadillac has a problem with their headlamps on the SRX's and did not fix the problem so the original headlamps would have the same problem. David told us that we wouldn't notice much difference in after market, however the after market was alot nicer then the original so we are so happy with the replacement and his price was at least 50% less of what the dealer wanted to replace just one headlamp, we replaced both. If you want quality work and professionalism we highly recommend Battistones collision service. They will definitely be our new collision service if we ever need one. You can definitely trust David and his staff to give you quality service.

What beautiful work David and crew do. The service is professional, their paint matching work is second to none. David goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. That was for my old Q45. Oh, Did I mention the fantastic job he did on my older Jag?

I ve taken my car here twice and my husband has taken his car here once. We intend to continue coming here for fantastic service and high level of professionalism. Dave is wonderful to work with and he went above and beyond for us. The shop is clean and well-organized, and the cars look great after the work is done.

David is a consummate professional, and gave me a few options to repair damage to my truck. He kept me in the loop for the entire repair process, and the work was done on time, and for a price that was reasonable. If I ever need autobody work again, he ll be my repair shop.

I had a slight fender bender and took my 2015 Toyota Prius in to Battistone's Gold River Collision for an estimate. I was not having a good day and David helped set my mind at ease, showing me that the damage to my car was minimal and mostly nothing more than a buffing and a touch up was needed. He was very friendly, approachable, and easy to speak with. I definitely recommend Battistone's and will return should I ever need major body work on any of our 5 vehicles. Thanks David!!!

We were at a retail store and went to pull out and the curbing began to rip away our front bumper. It caused a lot of damage. We were recommended by the insurance company to go to Battistone Collision. He took a look, crawled under the car and said ok 4 days. We left the car and in 4 days it was done and in passing we mentioned some mechanical issues. He diagnosed them and fixed a couple that he could. As the insurance agent said, honest, good, integrity and very responsible priced!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I brought my car into repair shop early July, like the 2nd or 3rd. Didn t get it back until the end of September! David Battistone kept promising one day after another, and never delivering! When it was finally ready to pick up, he made me sign something after I hurriedly looked the car Over so that I could have my keys. It wasn t until later that I started discovering things that weren t done or were done shoddily.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. The work is sub-par, the owner is dishonest, and worse yet, he ll lie right to your face. I wouldn t even give him one star, it s that bad an experience I had. It makes me sad too because David comes across as a nice person, and turns horrible in the end.

I was T-boned and my car unfortunately was totaled Allie went above and beyond to help me through this stressful situation. I'm so grateful for Battistone's assistance and professionalism, and will definitely be going back if I have any auto body issues in the future. Thank you again!

The owner David is dishonest. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I brought my friend to pick up a car he had traded work to have done, and the owner told him, I m going back on my word. My friend did a lot of work on the owners house, and was promised a perfect car. The problem you see is the he did the work and completed it way before Gold River did their work. As more time went by the owner got lazy and cheap, and gave back a vehicle that was not complete. Scratches everywhere, dirty engine compartment, interior filthy, headlight not working, parts missing, etc...DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. You re at the whim of a man who goes to church, says he believes in God, then lies. What would Jesus do in this situation? Well, David wouldn t know if it bit him on the hand.

David at GRC fixed hood and bumper accident damage, and replaced an electric window motor, to my Astro van. Five star competence and service at a very fair price. I have no hesitation recommending this shop, and already have. You won't be disappointed.
