This manager right here is so unprofessional and such a liar; very discriminatory towards people of color. He doesn t even know how to do his job.

Customer service is great. The problem I have is with parts. I bought a rebuilt master cylinder, last year it didn't last a year brought it back they exchanged it. That one didn't last 6 months. My brakes went out while I was driving that was scary . Had to have my van towed to a shop to see what was going on with brakes. Get a call they say bad master cylinder . Needless to say cost me 3 times the amount to get it fixed. How likely is it to get 2 bad master cylinders.

It s not often I remember or even think to leave a review. But the staff at this auto zone was especially kind and helpful. I don t remember her name but a lady helped me and my husband with a return (I bought the wrong headlights) and she was gracious enough to help us get it worked out. I had used my last $50 to buy those headlights and her assistance meant the world to me. I would ve been in a really difficult place if she hadn t helped. I m only sorry I didn t get her name!

Guy "helping" didn't seem that inerested in helping. He tested battery, alternator, starter. Said all were fine. Went to Oreillys & was told baytery was needing to be replaced. Was suggested to go back to Autozone to see if had warranty. Luckily for me, battery had warranty.

I thought, buying new wipers can't be that difficult!Unfortunately, the men behind the counter was very grumpy and had no clue. He tried to replace one of the wipers and broke a plastic clip with his " knife".Never again!

I just felt this store, especially Angel and Marcus, deserves a shout out.Angel (AJ) has consistently gone above and beyond to help me out. From helping figure out what was wrong with my car to guidance on what I need, he's probably saved me thousands in mechanics costs and diagnostics alone. He consistently treats me like he actually cares about saving me money and making sure I get what I need. Something that is sorely lacking in the world today.Then there's Marcus, the store manager. Ten seconds into talking with this man and you know he has integrity, pride in his work, and believes in doing right by his customers. He helped me in a situation with my battery that I know not many would. When I first walked in, I was a bit nervous and felt like I was screwed. He instantly made sure I knew I was in good hands and he took care of the problem, making what could have been a really bad day a lot better.Not a lot of stores even have one person like this, let alone multiple. It makes me feel like getting parts there is worth it vs. the headache which often comes with cheaper stuff on the internet.I'm glad I go here and I will continue to do so. In an age where customer service seems to be dying, this is one place I can say earns my business to this day.

They tested our batteries for free and said they wouldn't hold a charge. Said they had replacements for us, but when we got there they didn't have them after all.

Nice, clean store. AJ was very helpful to my mother and I came outside to help us put on the new windshield wipers (in the rain!)It would've taken us a while to figure it out, but he snapped them on in seconds. very big thanks!!

I found myself in a very difficult situation, constantly asking different places to help me with a simple matter of changing my car battery, when I contacted AutoZone I spoke with this very pleasant person who gave me a great deal of information and even changed my battery. I did not purchase my battery here but she was kind enough to do it anyway I m very appreciative and I think this store is a great place to shop. The great person who helped me was Susana the store manager.

Went in for car wash stuff.Alex and Sushi was extremely helpful with helping Me find a deal that included a bucket of stuff.They provided my nephews and myself with that extra mile of customer service. My family is very grateful.Thanks again ! Keep up the amazing work.I live on stockton blvd and I will definitely be coming out of my way just to shop here . 5 stars !

Friendly helpful service..! Great product line. This post was Ok 3 years ago. Recently I purchased an online store itemand received an email to pick up. Uponarrival at Bradshaw store front for walk out pickup..I called to inform I was here andequally informed that item never actuallyarrived but might today by noon. After a short discussion which I was told my bankwasn't charged I decided to cancel item.Upon reviewing my Bank I found they did charge me the day before..? I even received an email stating no charge to bank account. After calling store mgr. I seea reversal for the charge was sent. Youdecide if " this is the way " ...! Too manybetter quality parts in RC...

Very helpful and friendly staff. I stopped in to try and figure out how to temporarily repair my radiator hose, they didn't have what I was looking for in stock but they were very helpful and determined in trying to find an alternative.

1 star is an achievement for this place. The old guy passed me to the younger guy who stripped my screw and said nothing I could do. But then I went across the street to Oreily and the assistant manager Jay over there helped me in less than 5 mins. Lol night and day difference between the two locations! Hope this helps someone!

Best customer service I ve had! The cashier came outside in the heat to make sure my car s AC really needed to be recharged or if it was something else. He was great! (I feel bad I don t remember the employee s name.)

Consistently great service. My family and I were on a trip out of town when we found out both taillights had gone out. Their staff got us back on the road by quickly helping us find the right part and even install it. Thank you!

I am leaving a one star review not because of the customer service I received, but how I witnessed one employee treat another. I was in the store around 4-5 days ago and I witnessed an older brunnette lady who I believe had the name Donna on her name badge be very rude and condescending towards another one of the employees who s name I did not catch. He was an older white gentleman who was trying to ring out a customer and while he was attempting to do so, he needed to use the computer she was standing in front of while she was on the phone and instead of allowing him to use the computer she remained in front of it and then when he attempted to use the computer she turned around and said something very snappy towards him. He then got visually frustrated and flustered which did not make the checkout process go as smooth as it would of. As someone who used to work in retail, I understand that it can be stressful but to publicly scowl another employee is not only disrespectful but it is un-professional as well. If this is how Donna treats employees in front of customers, I can t imagine how she treats them when there aren t customers around.

Man these guys over here are the best in the West. I swear every time I go in this place I'm meeting another Superstar AutoZone professional. I want to give a shot out 2 Juan also to Hector also to Caesar and to Andrew these guys are no joke they know their jobs and I want to personally say thank you for your awesomeness and your great customer service. To AutoZone corporate office you guys need to give these guys a raise something I don't know a Keurig coffee machine with endless coffee something because these guys really do you guys adjust service okay great guys great guys thank you

Great location, great employees, and great customer service. Came in to replace my car battery (completely dead) and they swapped it out for me on the spot. I went in expecting that I would have to use the loaner tools and do it myself but the store manager went above and beyond and replaced it for me. That's what I call customer service. Keep it up, we appreciate it.

The gentleman that assisted me was awesome, he went out of his comfort zone to answer my questions regarding oil changes. It was an awesome experience, I learned a lot and I will be purchasing my products from this Auto Zone as a result

Love my cars. Love my parts. Love these guys.In response to your comment: I am also proud to say I am kinda in the fam with you guys. My little brother worked for u guys at the Napa store and transfered to Gainsborough Tennessee. Ur company has been good to him and always has my back when I. Need you.
