I ve done business with Oil Changers for over 10 years now and unfortunately, I have seen the quality of service deteriorate. I am done taking my vehicle here. They have stripped out my airbox screws and have replaced them with drywall screws or other screws laying around. They have stripped out the head of my bleeder screw on my fuel filter housing and have misdiagnosed my manual fuel filter pump on my 2014 Duramax, wasting hours of my time. They replaced my fuel filter, did not fill the filter with diesel before re-securing it, introducing air into my fuel system. They were unsuccessful purging the air from the system. My fuel filter housing/manual pump functions fine, and as much as they don t want to admit it, they were wrong. Unfortunately, I had to drive to Riverside to retrieve a costly $1000 part I didn t need. I returned it the following day. I towed my vehicle to my residence, watched a YouTube video, bled the air out of my fuel system myself, and was able to successfully start my vehicle. At this point, I am just sick of the incompetency, and as much as I don t want to do the work myself, I m simply going to have to start doing my own oil changes and service on my vehicle. I cannot trust these technicians to do the right thing. My truck is leaking oil, they may have over torqued my oil drain bolt. At the end of the day, these technicians are not mechanics.

Received excellent service at Oil Changers! Everyone was polite and professional! They clearly explained both the service being provided and recommended future services. I ll be going back for all my oil change needs!!

Oil Changers are the best place for your car services. I just moved to Ramona a week ago and was in need of service, I found oil changers from google search they were the first 5 star place that came up so, I sought out to try them early Saturday morning.Kristina and her team were professional, kind and very knowledgeable regarding cars and their needs. Even though they seemed to be short staffed, Kristina stepped up to management position and took charge of her team.Great place !!! Great service!!! Kindness and fabulous hospitality!I ll see you Kristina in another 4000 miles.Thank you for what you do to make peoples lives and drives easier!

They are always friendly, and thorough. Prices are probably average, I know it only costs about $10 more than if I were to do the oil change myself, except they know how to check all the other fluids in my car that I don t. And my time is worth more to me than the $10 I would save, not to mention the little bit of extra everything these people put into their work. It s not just an oil change there, it s that and so much more! And I love that they check with me before doing anything, they give me an up front price, and they tell me if anything is going to be extra Before they let me agree to have it done. I don t think I ll go back to changing my own oil for as long as this place is nearby. Thanks guys, I love your establishment and you ve earned a lifetime customer here.

Despite being understandably busy at 10:30am on a Saturday, Vanessa the manager was crucial in managing the process with efficiency, friendliness and knowledgeable.She greeted each customer, asked what we needed and set a realistic expectation for a wait time and then managed her team to a 7 minute turnaround time per vehicle.. impressive. The culture has changed here.. its more customer experience focused.. great job to the whole team!

Employees are very knowledgeable about their work also very courteous. Treat everyone very efficiently although they were very busy. They didn t give you the hurry treatment. All and all it was very pleasant.

My car was covered in oil once done. Had to clean it all out with break cleaner so it wouldn t leak all over my driveway they also didn t reset my maintenance light so even after the job was done my car keeps saying maintenance required.

Good service, nice fellas, and fair prices considering you don't even have to get out of your car. Not pushy for extra services at all.Wait times have been quick every time so far. bonus points - they report the service to Carfax so you can keep the records online for future sales.

Excellent service! I was long over due for an oil change, and being inexperienced in cars, I always dread when the time comes because I'm always so confused and feel pressured! There was a woman technician working there today (unfortunately didn't catch their name) at around 12pm, super helpful, very nice, and communicated with me the whole time so I knew what was going on.Thank you, Ramona Oil Changers!

I started going to the Ramona Oil Changers around six years ago. They always took great care of my cars. It's been about two years since I've used them. The dealer maintenance contract on my Honda expired, so I'm back. They have an awesome team with great synergy. Justin, Krystal (I'm guessing at her name) and the mystery mechanic in the bay under my car were stellar, efficient, friendly and professional. I recommend getting the "Buy 3, Get One Free" discount card. It's worth it.Good people, good service!Service: Oil change

February 2023 Jayco FORD RV w/ 450 engine. I called one day and spoke with Andrew. Sounded like what I wanted. Reasonably priced. Met him the next day along with Logan, who worked up top (unknown person working downstairs.) You can sit in your vehicle while they do everything. I had a basic oil change w/ synthetic oil. They also checked all fluid levels and brought all tires up to prescribed pressure. Checked all lights and signals. What a TEAM! Logan pointed out some rodent droppings on the radiator and recommended WD40 application which discourages rodent presence. Other things were mentioned as well, but I went the WD 40 route. Originally, I had thought about doing it all myself - let's see - oil, change pan, filter, driving to town for parts, etc...but nah... Oil Changers did it and I'm glad I came in and will be back.Service: Oil change

I was happy to be able to get in and out easily. There was also an issue with transmission oil that led to an expensive process. So now the noise I was hearing seems to be abated. But I don't believe the air filters were even looked at. I know the inside air filter wasn't pulled out. That is why I gave a four rating instead of a five.

The techs talked too much with each other. Loud and with some inappropriate language. They told me I had a transmission leak but could not or would not identify the location of the drip (there are several places, each indicating a different issue). Not helpful- had to pay a mechanic just to tell me where. Service used to be better than this.

Kristina and her crew do a great job. Thorough, fast and friendly. I've had my services performed at the ramona facility for years. Never had a problem and their prices are best in town. Transmission, coolant, oil and more. Their performance and knowledge was great. The female employee asked to check my carbon air filter behind the glove box I of course said yes and when she pulled it out it was absolutely disgusting, so I got a new one. I ve been breathing all the yuck in so I was very appreciative. They are friendly there and I m very happy with my service I received.

I am going to preface this review by saying that we have taken our vehicles to Oil Changers for years now. We are diligent about keeping our cars running smooth and keep our warranty. We we're extremely happy with them and even referred people there. Recently, we have had problems. Every time the female that works there, fills my oil, she spills it all over my engine. We did discuss this with her and she stated that she would be more careful and clean it up. Unfortunately, again, she spilled the oil and did not clean it up. I have a new car and you are able to easily see the mistake. Oil Changers, you may keep your coupons as we will be going elsewhere from now on.

Yall used to clean windows. Top off washer fluid. Check tire pressure. Now it's $100 for just an oil change. Also, bro under the car... we can hear u complaining about our car. I'll still use u guys but damn.

The worst experience ever!!they overfilled my oil past the overfilled mark!!! My vehicle was bogged out and smoking. I complained within 1 hr. Then found out that nightdouble checking their work they tightened down my oil filter way way past the tight point and made it unremovable. So tight I felt sabotaged!!!I marked the filter with permanent marker to show I had to take time out of my day to get dirty and find out they created more of a problem for my car and made me pay for the service and disrespect of my vehicle.The girl manager was unhelpful staff was not sorry and continued to tell me oil over the top hole on a dipstick is where it needs to be and isn't overfilled!! It was clearly over the top marker on dipstick.. took 3 times to come back they ended up draining all the oil "again" . I watched them get the over tightened oil filter off using a tool which I pointed out when I saw them use it.. this place is not showing respect for cars don't go here.. they didn't refund my money didn't apologize and made me get dirty twice checking their work jacking up my car to make sure I can remove the oil filter cuz I will not be coming back here for oil changes. 57 bucks is not worth their services. I want a worry free oil change and don't want to recheck every fluid they check found out my clutch fluid was overfilled also they said they checked it. Blatantly irresponsible reckless employees the last two days.RespectfullyScott Green

Today I went in for just an oil change and they were working on a truck that was taking a long time and the cute girl came to several times to check with me. She was very polite and went out of her way to thank me for being patient. Super customer service until I pulled up to get my oil change. Justin was telling me I needed some other things done and I said no thank you I m running late and have football game to get to and he said really on a Saturday. Yes I am going to a pop Warner game which is none of his business. And as he rushed through with an attitude I was shocked he didn t check my tires or clean my windshield and on my receipt it says I declined.I would never decline that, it s one of the main reasons any women goes there is to have a safety check My family said I should have told him to do it but I shouldn t have to ask for customer service But good job to the young girl she was excellent!!!!

Quick and easy pull through oil change location; the oil changers team were professional and laid back simultaneously.The cost for full synthetic and an air filter replacement came to $125.10 after taxes. I enjoyed the service and positive attitudes of the employees that I tipped an additional $20.I will be back and shall recommend this location to one and all.

Love the employees there , prices seem to have gone up and very awkward asking for tips , corporate needs to pay their employees at fair wage and not request tips . If someone want to they will , regardless. Thank you to the Ramona Staff!
