Update to a not so nice review I left a few days ago. Bought wheel hub assemblies that went bad well before the warranty. A newer employee was not trained in dealing with defective parts without a receipt. Mike was able to locate my receipt and do good on the warranty. This is the great service I am accustomed to with Napa which is why I stay away from competitors with lower quality parts. Thank you Mike!

Anyone looking for assistance come talk to Anthony. Was looking for transmission solenoid for my 03 G35 that was hard to find out what part# or what info was right on it. After we ordered the part we thought was right with the limited info we had, it came in and was wrong... but Anthony went above and beyond to find the right part after I was able to take it out for him. And it was 1/2 the price.

I've been shopping NAPA for over 50 years. The staff at this store is one of the most knowledgeable & friendly I've ever encountered. If I call or come in for something they don't have & can't get the next day, it probably isn't available anywhere else in the county. These guys are great & will continue to get my business as long as I'm in Ramona (likely the rest of my life).

This place has had the same employees for a long time which is good to see. Very knowledgeable crew, fair pricing and it seems that they carry higher quality parts than say AutoZone or O'Reilly's. If they don't have your part in then they can usually get it up here (in Ramona) the same day if you go in early enough. If not then definitely the next day. I've never gotten the wrong part here which is nice.

They can find you anything. They also can fix about anything. 56 GMC parts...no problem.

I work for a local napa auto care center and have been so happy with the quality service and parts that they provide. Everyone there is always super friendly and knowledgeable. They are efficient and deliver our parts quickly. I enjoy working with my napa gang :)

The person behind the counter wasn't very pleasant when dealing with a warranty issue on a battery. He was very rude and didn't really want to help me out. I had to continue to explain about the warranty process and that it is covered for replacement. I will find another store to purchase auto parts.

The dudes know their stuff. Mike and Josh will fix you up with what you need to fix your ride or keep it in top shape. If they don't stick it, they'll have it by 1. Good quality parts.

Almost every time I drive down the 22 miles from Julian I get this guy Mike at the counter and it's a hassle dealing with him, he doesn't listen to people, he won't accept part number after I have looked them up on the napa website, and when he goes in the back and gets the part I have to double check it because he won't. Mike is one of the laziest and unhelpful employees there, that's why I'm giving them 3 stars. Everybody and everything else about the Napa in Ramona is great.

Best Quality Auto Parts! Want to get some cheap Bull$*�t. Go with the other guys. I'll stick with NAPA.

Napa quality parts but the employees tend to be a little grumpy and moody. Out of the 4 guys there is 1 that's friendly. If you order a part they don't always call you to let you know it's in. Be prepared for an attitude!

Definitely the place to shop for auto supplies. Staff if knowledgeable and that in itself makes NAPA the winner in town. If you stop in they will definitely take care of you

So overpriced! I get they have quality parts, but how you get away with charging triple the amount as Autozone or O'Reily is absolutely ridiculous.
