Jiffy Lube changed out my Prius headlight bulbs. They do so much more than change oil. They went above and beyond what was necessary for me today. Plus, that take payment from Affirm! So convenient.

I drove up the mountain from Lemon Grove because the reviews this particular Jiffy Lube had. I was not disappointed. In and out in 30 minutes with a perfect service. I will be a returning customer.

I received great service here from Tina and the crew. I went in yesterday because the computer on my car was telling me that I had just five percent oil life left (but it was wrong, and it's been wrong before.) So they gladly checked it for me, verified my computer was incorrect, & then topped off my oil- for no charge! I feel like I'm in the Jiffy Lube club, even after only having been there one other time. The best part about it, was they took less than 10 mins to check it & have me out the door, & that's with me being a walk-in, with no appointment! Great service, thank you for being so wonderful, Ramona Jiffy Lube! Will be back again in another 2,000 miles or so.

Super quick oil change in 100 degree heat. Friendly staff informed me about an active coupon to save $20 too! Before I left they helped me turn off an old maintenance light that had already been serviced. Will absolutely be using them in the future

My customer service I received today was outstanding. The guys there are very knowledgeable and polite. I had lots of questions and they were able to answer all of them. The team they have working there is wonderful. So the next time you need any of their services I would recommend heading on over there your vehicle is in good hands with them. I took a friend's car here and it was a good experience. The price is slightly higher than I expected but you pay for the expedited service. The staff was friendly and competent.I recommend this place if you can't do the work yourself.

A fairly quick and efficient oil change at Jiffy Lube Ramona. Staff were very friendly and professional. The shop was clean. Iappreciated that they checked and filled the fluids AND my tires.

I wanted 3 things done, two of which were expensive. Mario researched my vehicle (Jeep Rubicon) and saw that I didn't need either a transmission flush or a radiator flush. I ended up getting the radiator flush anyway since I spend a lot of time in the desert, but saved on the transmission flush. I appreciate this level of honesty. This will be my go-to for oil changes now.Service: Transmission

The Manager Ricardo was very unprofessional, unpleasant and down and out rude. I pulled up at the empty bay, and waited almost 15 minutes with no. Looking my was and pretty much avoiding me. Ricardo comes and says "We don't allow customers to drive into bay anymore." Me: ok Ricardo "What do want to have done?" Me: <humm I'm at an oilchange place> "I'd like my oil changed. I've been here many times before I should be in your records." Ricardo: Are having anything else done?" Me: " I don't know. You usually tell me what you recommend and suggest." Ricardo: Well I'm the Manager and I'm know what's going on here. Why do you look so upset?" Me: Because you had me wait almost 15 minutes and then you ask me stupid questions." Ricardo: So do you want your oil changed still? Me: Yes It got worse from there. I won't go back. Thanks for the good, quick service! So nice not to lose half my day on car maintenance.Today was my second visit and both times I've found the staff nice, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Also the waiting room is clean, the coffee good and the animal video channel was on today. It's a nice atmosphere for the short wait for the car to be ready.Thank you!

Got in and out pretty quick. I was in a hurry both times I went here.First time, car was over heating so I pulled up on the fly. Fixed that fairly quick made it back to work in time.Next day I came back to rotate my tires. Again, no waiting around. Pulled in and outta there fairly quick.Prices were fair. All the employees were nice.

I was quoted $230 for a transmission fluid change. The same service across the street at oil Changers was $100. This place is overpriced.

Fast, great quality work! Very professional. Never got the feeling that I couldn't trust them in the knowledge of the service provided. Talked with me each step of the way. This location is excellent,! The employees are so nice and they do everything they can to make sure that you have a good experience. To make a long story short. I had some problems with my Mercedes Sprinter getting an oil change here. However, Sydney did an excellent job correcting the situation and made my experience a lot better. I will come back thanks to her.

Sydney was super helpful and polite! Joseph worked on my car and he did the job quickly while helping answer a few of my random questions. The location is a little tricky to get to but 10/10 would recommend seeing them for your oil/basic maintenance needs, they re awesome!

Marc was very nice and the service was quick! While his crew worked on the car, we chatted with Marc about our recent drive from NY to CA. There was no pressure to upgrade the oil type and we had no idea that our cabin filter existed, let alone was so gross! lol. I took my car in for an oil change. I'm always on the defense when I go to a "quick" oil change place. However, my experience at JiffyLube was really great. No one tried to up-sell me on services that I didn't need. The person who helped me, Marc, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The shop was clean! The whole experience was pleasant, and they took care of my vehicle quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely be back.

Fast, professional and friendly. Great place for a quick oil change. Got my M5 serviced here, even brought my own oil. They did it without hesitation and got done quickly, and most importantly, correctly. Very clean waiting room. I will be back.

Chuck hooked it up with the AC repair. I have an older car and if you've been existing in east county this summer, you know how miserable it is not having a working AC. The service writer & tech were great. Just shocked at how much an oil change costs! $80 for regular oil, 100 for synthetic blend & 120 for fulll synthetic.
