Service was very smooth and timely. Once parts arrived, work was scheduled and completed same day. Pleasant surprise - they even washed the vehicle and treated the tires, though not necessary ( or expected) given the limited scope of the repair. I would highly recommend this shop!

The whole staff helpful and knowledge. They presented an estimate that my insurance company quickly accepted. They completed the work on time and their work was outstanding. I would use them again in the future.

They are so kind and respectful. Their communication is outstanding. They fixed my car after a minor accident within a week. They deep cleaned the interior and exterior as a complimentary service which we greatly appreciate!! Thank you everyone

Multiple deep scratches appeared on my new car, it appeared to have been keyed. Hubby called AAA and was referred here for a quote. Ryan was amazing and fixed it one day - it looks brand new! Outstanding work and outstanding service, we were very impressed. While I hope not to need any future work completed, I wouldn't hesitate to return. And a special shout out and thank you to Kimberly, the Office Manager, who is also fantastic! Thank you for making my car pretty again. I highly recommend Fix Auto for any needed repairs!

My front bumper was hanging down and my hood wouldn t close all the way. I needed to get it fixed asap and didn t have an appointment but they still got me in quickly within an hour and got it fixed! Professional, honest, experienced, always available to answer my questions. My vehicle was deemed a total loss by insurance company. Fix Auto was able to provide me all the details I needed, so I could move forward with confidence I was making the right decision with my vehicle without regret. The detailed pictures they took of my vehicle ended up giving me an extra $400 plus for several added features on my little old car the insurance company had not acknowledged. It wasn't just the money. It was also the feeling of having people that do business right to work with me during this hard time. Thank you Fix Auto!

Where do I even begin.. I got into an accident January of 2022. End of July 2022 is when I received my car back from the auto shop. During those 6 months, Ryan at fix auto was right by our side every step of the way, fighting for myself and my car. Might have been a fluke, but my auto insurance super sucked at every thing. (I can only suggest any other company, never, national general for your auto insurance needs.) I found this shop by reaching out to my community and not only did my peers produce, but the shop as whole did as well. My car is back together, every thing accounted for and looking prestine. The attentiveness from the customer service to cleaning my car was top notch. I highly suggest fix auto for any repairs your car may need. They communicate and listen to their customers. Wow!! I am blown away by the service here. First and foremost, out of the four places I checked, Fix Auto had the best price, and for a Flight Attendant on a budget, that was very important to me.They made getting an estimate and scheduling an appointment so easy, and they were very transparent with pricing and procedures. When they found some unrelated scuffs on another part of my vehicle, they buffed it out to decrease the cost of repair! It s hard to find good, honest, and fast work like this these days but I m glad I found it at fix auto!

I wasn t very happy with the time it took to fix the minor damage. Their communication was not with me but with my insurance co. Additionally a side panel on the passenger seat was broken when I picked the car up. I cannot recommend this body shop for other work. Although they did repaint an area that was not scheduled to be repainted.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Body work was good but they left the interior of my vehicle a total mess. Dust and debris everywhere, 5 day job took a total of 10 days, and I had them order parts before I dropped it off. Would not recommend this shop. Also, they obviously drove my vehicle a lot. Dropped it off with a full tank of gas and received back with a 3/4 tank approx 90 miles driven.Service: Body & Trim

FIX Auto was responsive to my need, worked well with my insurance company, set a time to do the repairs, provided a very reasonable estimate ofcost, and finished the work on my car a full day earlier than originally promised. The car looks great and I especially appreciated the fact that I was kept well informed on a daily basis of how things were goingwith the work and what was being done. They put a window back on track for me & was done faster that what I expected. Price was very reasonable. They were super nice people.. The window didn t stayed fixed long. Went back to get it fixed right. Like I was told to do, if it went off track again. Was asked by the new manager, in a nasty way. What do you want me to do? He asked me that more than once. I told him, I was told, if it came off track, it would be fixed for free. He didn t care what I had to say,. I was so upset, I just walked out, since he refused to work with me at all.I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.
