Black Widow Diesel is the only shop I trust and will take my truck to. Eric and Ciera are very straight forward and honest people that really work with you to get the best price. I have taken multiple trucks to them and have never had to bring either trucks back for a recurring problem. From doing my lift kits, transmissions, injectors, exhaust systems the list goes on and they stand by their work. I Have been a black widow diesel customer for years now and will continue to be for years to come.

Black Widow Diesel is the best place to take your auto problems to. Ciera and Eric are very knowledgeable and have great communication with their clients. I felt very comfortable and understanding when they talked me through my issues on my truck. Nick and Tanner get things done in a timely manner which I love. Definitely a repeat customer!

Eric and Cierra are absolutely top notch, the both know vehicles extensively. BWD is the best shop around. The front end on my truck was completely shot they brought it back to life. It rides like a dream now!!!

After reaching out to every Diesel shop I've heard of or googled, I came across Black Widow Diesel from a friend. Eric and Ciera took care of me and exceeded my expectations. My LBZ needed a complete motor rebuild and they went above and beyond. They fought other companies for warranties for broken parts, made sure I had everything I needed, and Eric even took the time to do a valve adjustment on the truck. The motor literally doesn't move while its running. They take pride in their work and build your truck as if it was their own. Its far, but I will be using them for anything I need in the future.

Highly Recommend Eric (Black Widow Diesel), he has bulletproofed 2 of my 6.0 s and done performance upgrades, i haven t had one issue with my truck once he was done with it, feels like a brand new truck. Ciera was amazing she kept us updated on everything that was being done, best Diesel shop guaranteed!Family owned business who cares about their customers and gets the job done right!

First of all, wow, this shop is a hidden gem!!! Eric and Ciera were both very easy to talk to and super knowledgeable about some of the common core issues that my truck is prone too after it turning 22 years old!! I really appreciated the constant updates and contact that I received during the first day of diagnostics and overlooking the truck!! Upon inspection, Eric had pointed out to me a few parts prone to failing and I also need that in due time, they d need to be replaced! All in all, the experience I had with this shop and the people inside of it was exemplary to say the least! I feel absolutely pleased by the care service and attention to detail that they provided!!! Thanks Eric and Ciera for restoring my faith in the mechanics community once again!!!

Took my 2014 Silverado to Black Widow Diesel for some much needed maintenance and upgrades along with a few custom modifications and as always, they delivered with amazing service, quality and integrity! I am and will always be another very satisfied, happy, & loyal customer! Black Widow Diesel is simply the best Eric over there is very knowledgeable and can diagnose and fix anything when it comes to diesels. He s got my truck running amazing and he takes care of me every time I come in. I can t thank them enough for how well they take care of my truck so I can keep my business running. Ciera is very responsive and gets back to me and a professional and timely manner every time. These guys are so good at their job and dedicated to their craft, willing to do a huge job for me that should ve taken three days but stayed open until 11 o clock at night just to get the job done. Thank you guys so much you guys freaking rock!!!!

Local Quality with Professional AttitudeThere are many many, many, many, many, places I can go to take my diesal truck which is depended on to get our son and my family to his motocross events. The local Ramona family which owns and operates Black Widow is top notch and is extremely quality oriented. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!! Had some issues with my Chevy 2500. Eric was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my vehicle. It s tough to find a reliable shop that also has fair pricing but I found all that and more when I was referred to the experts at Black Widow Diesel. They earned a lifetime customer and I will be referring them to anyone who needs their truck worked on. Thanks Eric!

Do not go here , eric sold me a high pressure pump for $5000I didn t need. He also tried to to sell me new injectorsI fixed my truck in my driveway all I needed was new seals in my injectors $80 fixHe was either guessing or he knew what he was doing.

Fantastic place had my vehicle checked at another shop and they wanted almost $3,500 for a repair to the engine and computer. Had them check it out and it was nothing more than a loose ground charge me $100 for the diagnosis and the repair I couldn't be more happy. What a fantastic place couldn't recommend more. It's great to know there's honest mechanics out there.

I had my transmission replaced in my 2011 ram 2500. Eric recommended the proper upgraded transmission my truck needed that would provide the best warranty.This company stands by their work, and if its not right they will make it right!I highly recommend black widow for any diesel truck work. They are knowledgeable and friendly. This is only place I will be taking my truck to from now on.

Eric at Black Widow Diesel is awesome! He's honest and always super helpful. He is busy, but that's just more proof of how many people trust him with their trucks. He fixed our radiator and radiator coolant overflow. We would definitely recommend Black Widow Diesel to anyone looking for a diesel mechanic.

I can't even fathom how awesome Black Widow Diesel treated me yesterday! I was having some problems with my truck starting and needed a diagnostic. After running some tests on His "TOP OF THE LINE " diagnostic system, we found out that it was just some very simple repairs that I could do myself without spending a bunch of money I couldn't afford. The business owner himself spent almost 2 whole hours of his time with me walking me through everything I might need to accomplish this task. And get this... "HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME WHEN IT WAS ALL OVER!!!" I would recommend Black Widow Diesel to Anyone and Everyone who might be having problems with their Diesel. They are honest, solid, down to earth professionals that won't over charge you for work you don't absolutely need!THANKS BLACK WIDOW DIESEL!!!You guys ROCK!!!

I just got my Chevrolet 2500 HD Duramax back from Black Widow Diesel in Ramona. Ciera was very helpful with all of my questions and quick to get me a quote for the work (even though she was on her way for a weekend get away). The price was significantly cheaper than other quotes I received. Eric and his team were prompt on getting the repairs done. When I picked up my truck I was impressed with the professionalism of both Eric and Ciera. I was pleased to hear that Eric continues his education and stays up to date on the information needed for his business. I highly recommend Black Widow Diesel and will definitely be a returning customer.

When my automotive repair shop lost their diesel mechanic to retirement, and could no longer help me with my truck, I called Black Widow Diesel. Eric answered the phone and said to come over and he would help me. And, he added that he would not even charge me for the minor issue I was trying to get resolved!! I had recently read reviews about Black Widow Diesel and was already thinking of making them my "go to" shop. When I got there, Eric greeted me and within a few minutes had the problem resolved. I was very impressed with Eric's kindness and professionalism. I have already booked an appointment to have him go over my truck to be sure everything is "up to snuff". Thank you very much, Eric!!! Black Widow did a really quick job of replacing my transmission on my 3500 (which is a pretty laborious and time-consuming undertaking usually). They also did a great job communicating the project status and were quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The price was fair price and overall I was impressed with the total experience, 5 star job I'd say.

I took my truck here to get the AC fixed and I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. They communicated really well with me and answered all of my million questions. When I went to pick up the truck after hours I had a battery issue that was unrelated to their work. They not only answered my call after hours but came back to the shop at 8 pm to help me with it. Really honest, amazing people. I couldn't believe how much they went out of their way to help someone who was a first-time customer.

Best Diesel Shop around!! We ve had a ton of trouble over the years with our F-250, we ended up breaking down in California (we are from Texas) and we got hooked up with Eric and he was outstanding!! As well as his team both in the shop and the office!! He kept us updated the entire process with pictures and explanations. They were very thorough!! Thank You all so much!! This truck is a beast now!!

I was having issue with my 97 Jeep Cherokee with my AC and Heater Fan running still while it the car was turned off. I contacted Ciera at Black Widow Diesel she told me to bring it in the next morning to look at it. It was doing it as I dropped off the jeep. They were fast to find the issue and replaced the part. I can t explain how many time I have took my car into them and they were on it and got it fixed. I give them five stars for sure! I would recommend anyone to take their vehicles into their shop to get work. Great job Ciera and Eric!
