I was up there yesterday in one of our commercial trucks and we got a flat tire while on the job site. I called Les Schwab and believed this to be a significant impact to our schedule. Austin showed up in what had to be 15m. He got our tire off and showed us the puncture, then headed of to take care of it. He might have been gone 30m before he was back and despite the air chuck blowing up in his hand, he had us on our way faster than I could have imagined. We are a small business that was a long way from home, and Austin made our problem his problem. Les Schwab is lucky to have such a bright and motivated young man as an employee. He is an asset to the company and left a strong impression on both myself and my coworker. Young men like him do not grow on trees and deserve to be recognized for the value they bring to the company. Thank you Austin!

Best tire shop in the world. Tons of awesome people work at this location.Every year they make time to change my studded tires and don't charge a thing.They even fixed my mobile home tire when moving it... No charge even after hoursBuy your tires here, they are almost like having tire insurance for life.

Never have I been treated the way I was when I went to have my oil changed. Made an appointment for a specific time to have my oil changed, was on time in fact I was 10 minutes early. I was told it would take an hour, ok fine I'll be back in an hour. An hour later my car has not been touched. I was given a very poor excuse, we have two new guys he said, but what I really found out was a woman came in and said "thank you for taking me in at the last minute" . Well what had happened the workers gave the women my spot, basically totally ignoring me as a customer a returning customer at that.Plus when I did get my oil changed there was oily hand prints on the fenders and on the front trim of my car, what the hell!.... Absolutely poor service, I will never go back to them again. Oh, one more thing he said he topped off all fluids...they didn't.

Aligned my truck to z point when converted to coil overs then said it was not alignable left the adjustments they did then advised me not to drive it. Didn't get charged but had no problem driving it there. Because they left adjustments that were wrong tires got destroyed from les Schwab to O'Riley's parking lot. Less than 2 miles. Chico les schwab had no problem aligning when conversion to coils was done. Should of never adjusted or put back where it was when brought in. Saying the problem was changing from torsion bars to coil overs but problem is employee shouldn't of aligned with z point since no longer torsion bars. Whole visit very unprofessional and affecting my jobs . Used to be a great place but I don't feel the same way now. Had to have my truck towed home. And have to replace tires that were well over 75 % good. Very unsatisfied customer.

While starting our 1,700 mile trip home, our SUV got a pretty decent gash in our tread. We took it to Les Schwab here in Quincy and expecting to have to pay about $50 to get it patched, probably an hour and a half wait and then be on our way.They did it for free!! From the time we rolled up to the maintenance bay until we left couldn't have been more then 35-40 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the service we received. The patch is still holding strong after over 2k miles on the odometer. I'd highly recommend getting your tire serviced here.

This place deserves less than 1 star! Bought my 1st car off a lot last year & wanted to keep up on the issues before happening. Within a month I noticed a problem & brought it to Les Schwab for inspection. My dad was a mechanic & I knew it was probably brakes or rotors or hopefully dust or rock just wedged. I was told all was fine. I then went back 3 different times for oil changes and again expressing concern with same issues as before! All 3x I asked for my tires to be rotated at which time everything "IS FINE" your pads are good until next oil change. Ok your the "expert" and went on my way. Last week we had a funeral in S. Cali, I went in expressing my concern once again & said I have children I need to know it is safe before our travels. At this point apparently I needed to come out of pocket 1200 because of the following....pads & rotors for ALL 4 tires, oh yeah 4 new tires because they were never rotated like I asked to be done!! And an alignment that was probably the start of issues Intried to fix LAST year! Also my current tires are pretty new. But because of said issues a little strip on each tire has been damaged! Thanks again for all the loyalty & help I never got at this location! Be aware of them not handling problems from the start! Just to rob you later for worsening issues!! Save your $$ and go elsewhere! End of rant

The service here is usually stellar!! Yesterday I had an appointment but they were backed up when I arrived and I waited almost an hour... I didn't stay to get the work done so I rescheduled. Went in today and I was out of there in 20 minutes. That is more of the norm. Costs may be slightly higher here but the service I get makes it worth while!

They took care of me when I separated a tire and checked my alignment real quick as the steering was off. We had just sold the truck and were making a 350 mile trip to deliver it the next day and they got right on it. Thank you

Had a dead car battery while passing through Quincy. Contacted the local Les Schwab and within minutes Chris drove his truck over to my car and jumped my battery. I followed him back to the shop where he found and installed a new battery and had us on our way in no time.Great service!

George Courtemanche always has the best smile. He makes customers feel right at home and taken care of. He has the ability to just know what is wrong with a car and will get it done. Less Schwab is lucky to have him.

I hope I never have to come back and remove the 5-stars because even though we had a troublesome case, the staff were doing their best to resolve the issue. There was a bolt that had to be cut out, ordered, and replaced in order to take care of the original problem, a leaking axle seal. Our truck was in their bay for a good while, but thankfully, it did not interfere with our needs. The bill got hefty, but not due to "padding," just parts that were needed for our 20+ yr old truck that we had just bought. I used to work in brake repair one place and tire work at another. They communicated with me and my wife at respectful levels, adjusting to either one of us and our knowledge levels. I've never dealt with Les Schwab as we are new to the area, it seems that this location serves the company name just fine!

My daughter had 2 flat tires this morning and I had her car towed here. She did not buy her tires here, but they removed the tires and said that they were fixable. They didn't charge a dime to fix them!!! Awesome! Yes, we will be buying her next set of tires here.

Went above and beyond to help my teenage daughter while I was at work. Went to her location in Quincy to help her put on her spare so she could get to their shop. Fast, friendly service. Felt confident with their help with my teenage daughter. Thank you!

I'm with a firefighting outfit and we were in the area for the dixie fire. Over the course of 23 days we had 10 flats. The folks at shwabs were expedient and professional. Cant thank them enough for keeping us rolling so we could continue to control the fire. Your the real heros!

Fine for tires. They don't really get older cars. My 1971 Mercedes baffled the "tech" and he depressed the analog knobs so forcefully thinking it would give a digital odometer reading he pushed the entire instrument panel into the dash. I was rebuffed for trying to purchase the battery I desired, what is currently in my car, even if the books say different. Even though it says right on their wall, a policy of giving the customer what they want was not followed. I was made to insist and battle. But still they are great for a fill or a flat!

We came in to get a new tire for our car. They stated we had to get four new ones which was fine. After driving less that 45 miles, we experienced some shaking. We took it into the nearest Les Schwab. We were told that the original Les Schwab (this location) balanced it incorrectly. Now less than a month later, three weights have fallen off. We took it into our nearest Les Schwab in Woodland and it appears that the original Les Schwabs did not clean the wheel before they put the weights on. We have never had an issue with the weights or wheels until we brought our car into Les Schwab. Overall, awful experience. Avoid them if you can.

Best Les Schwab you'll come across. Hopefully your circumstances are not too bad for you to be considering coming here but they will take care of you here
