Just like every time before, the personnel at Robby's are courteous and knowledgeable. They told me exactly what they were going to do and they did it. I just took 2 vehicles in fr tune-ups and on the way home I could feel the difference in the performance. I highly recommend Robby's Automotive Service!!!

We have taken our cars to Robby s for several things, including brakes. ALWAYS UPFRONT and HONEST about the work needed and no unnecessary work is suggested or pushed onto the customer. My family highly recommends Robby s for ANY car work needed!

Needed air conditioner parts. Now it blows cold air again. Just what I wantedOne actuator was noisy under the dash and the blower motor was very noisyAlso, the car was running rough and stalling. They diagnosed and fixed the problem.Reliable and honest.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Robby was great but he retired so I brought my car in knowing there were issues with it holding/maintaining oil after spending about $3.000 in repairs the problem was never fixed because they misdiagnosed the whole reason why oil wasn't holding. Even though they fixed minor leaks, I even asked one of the mechanics if he was sure that the engine was fine and not the culprit of the problem and he assured me it wasn t. So I got the car back and it s still not holding oil lol. In fact there s a massive oil stain on the back of the car indicating that there s a major problem still! The new owner there refused my money back unless he takes the car back in for a few days and sees it lol obviously not gonna happen. And so I had to file ot as fraud because they were incorrect in their diagnosis of the engine and fixed stuff that had nothing to do with the culprit issue and I obviously wouldn t have had the other stuff fixed had they diagnosed the problems properly. It s really too bad because my family trusted Robby and this place for years and they ve lost our trust and our business. DO NOT GO HERE

Robbie is always dead reliable. I never question what he tells me what my car needs. The repairs are quick and reasonably priced. He repairs all of my cars. He s done major repairs to my old school 76 Corvette and if my 2019 Corvette breaks, it s going to him. I took my car in for 50k ck up. This is the first time at Robby's but there are so many raving reviews on RP Nextdoor app. I was more than pleased. They only did what was necessary, informed me of future items to take care of. Charged a decent price. Tgey are so pleasant. I waited in their office which is clean, small and perfectly fine. Robby, Steve and the entire staff are wonderful. I was heading out on a road trip the next day and I noticed a water leak. Unfortunately, I had a cracked radiator, but Robby and his staff found me a new one and got me all fixed up within a few hours. I have been going to Robbys Automotive Service for at least 7 years if not more. Robby has never steered me wrong, he is honest and friendly. His mechanics do a great job amd I have never had to take my car back for anything they repaired. I've been going to Robby's for 13 years (my family has gone for even longer) and highly recommend them. They are honest, efficient, and work with you every step of the way. I like that if he needs to do something or if there is anything preventative he can do, the office calls you first to check in with you and give estimates so there are no surprises. He's also great about letting you know what needs to be fixed right away and what could hold of until a future date so you can financially plan for it. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust now a days and I've been very lucky to have Robby's Auto Service in Poway work on my car.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I have gone to Robby's Automotive Repair for years. I never have felt taken advantage of simply because I'm a woman. They do only what is requested and always call if additional things are found. Terry in the office is courteous and friendly. And all of the service technicians are helpful. This is a great place! They do good and honest work. They are very efficient and they tell you whats wrong, how much it will cost you, and how long you have until you absolutely have to fix it. Robby's is very honest with you as a customer and they don't try to get you to buy anything you don't need in the moment. Been going here for years, as well as my family, they're fantastic.

I could not ask for a more honest, efficient and reliable business. Robby and his crew are so HONEST and polite and take care of your vehicle as if it were their own. As a woman, it is very hard to trust in a business, especially an automotive business, because of being taken advantage of and having them perform work you do not need. Robby's Automotive does not do this and works with you every step of the way. I like that the office calls you first to check in with you and give estimates for any other work they feel needs to be done at the time. Also, they let you know what future work is needed on your next visit (i.e. rear brakes) possibly for me instead of telling me when they called that you need them NOW. They also send you updates through emails of future work they feel needs to be done according to your mileage. I love this because I don't always remember to check. If you want to get the best care for your car with the best and most honest mechanics, Robby s Automotive is the place to go. Honesty is huge for me and I trust Robby and his crew 100%. Thank you to Robby and is crew for your integrity, honesty and great work ethics, including commitment and dedication to your community. Robbys has consistently performed outstanding work. They will totally stand by the job they do. They do a great job analysing the cause of the problem and know what to do to fix it. I recently had my Sorento repaired at Robby's. My family has been taking our vehicles there for years.
