Beginning with my initial phone call I could sense that he was genuinely interested in making a deal that was mutually beneficial for both parties. Pedder of Poway is great! I came in for an oil change and when I found out I have used up my maintenance plan service allowance. I was ready to leave, my car was pulled into the bay. I told Larry it s been pulled in and Mark stepped in to ask what the concern was told him my dilemma no oil changes left and he went above and beyond to help me out and get the oil change done. I am a Pedder customer, bought my Jeep here a couple years back. Thank you! To Larry and Mark for taking care of your customers.

Highly recommend Pedder- Dodge Jeep Ram! But I would recommend even more, Miguel Hernandez at this location for any of your car buying or leasing needs! We went to two different Jeep locations before we were blessed to work with Miguel. Every other location gave us the run around but not Miguel! He listened to what we could afford and he did exactly that! Made the entire process seamless and we were out of there within a few hours with a new car! Best car buying experience we have truly ever had and I will never go to another location ever again. Do not waste your time and go see Miguel Hernandez at Pedder- Dodge Jeep Ram!

Robert was nothing short of amazing! As an out of state buyer I was very nervous about the process and how it would work. Robert was awesome. He offered to record a walk around of the car as I was not going to see it. Assured me everything worked perfectly. Robert was in full contact with me even after the sale and my car was dropped off. As of today 11/15/23 I cannot recommend this dealer. The service department will straight up ignore their phones. Good luck getting an update on your car in the service department. The GM is aware and doesn't follow through either. Ever since Pedder took over, it's gone down hill at a record pace! DON'T TAKE A TOY CAR HERE MUCH LESS A REAL ONE!3 years ago I posted this.Nice service department. Shuttle driver was very nice. Even gives you a shuttle with your pet! After or before hours drop off available.

Highly recommend this dealer. I was able to easily schedule my recall work online. The communication was excellent, the work was done properly and Luis De Cima was particularly helpful. I had a very bad dealer experience previously and these guys were a much needed antidote to that. Thanks!!!

I bought a brand new Jeep from this dealership 3 months ago. I give the extra star because the buying process was easy and good. But the minute the deal closed the good service stopped in every way. They didn t have my rock rail steps in stock so they had to order them and would install them once they got in. Great, no problem. It took nearly 3 months to get them and the communication was non existent during that process. I would call every couple weeks to check in and Jacob, my salesperson, would say he d call me right back then never would. Then when they finally got them in (I found out by me calling to check in not them calling) and installed them they weren t the ones I ordered. I ordered the more expensive Mopar ones. I ve called, left a voicemail, emailed, copied the managers, and no response or call back. I ve bought 4 new cars off of dealership lots and this is by far the worst one. Will not be buying my next one from them and will be telling friends and family to steer clear.

My experience with this dealership was good at first and then ended up being bad afterwards. On December 14, 2023 I purchased a brand new 100k truck. The negotiations of the purchase included running boards and an engine block heater. There was a lack of follow through on the dealership as the sales person who sold me the truck suddenly quit shortly afterwards and the sales/finance manager fell short of their promises as well. Having the situation fall on me I called the parts department who didn t know anything about my situation and gave me the runaround that the parts would arrive after two weeks. About two months later I m finally getting the parts installed on my truck. Unfortunately for this dealership I ll never use them again, and if anybody asks me about them I ll tell them to go elsewhere.

Chris is the current sales manager. He is awesome. Others there aren t that great but they dont work there anymore. Sucks that a business gets bad reviews because of some bad employees. Go to Chris in sales if you need good customer service

Arranged with Miguel (a manager) to look at a used Wrangler that had been on the lot for 42 days. He assured me it was there and would be ready for me when I arrived.I called him 10 minutes before my estimated arrival time and left a message that I would be 30 minutes late. When I arrived, Miguel was no where to be found and another salesman told me that one was JUST sold and would I be interested in looking at something else. After loading up my family for a 40-minute drive up there from Chula Vista, without even a phone call telling me that a customer was already there buying it, I wasted time and gas for a bait-and-switch. No apologies were offered, and Pedder has lost a customer.

EDIT PLEASE READ ***DEALERSHIP HAS A HUGE RAT INFESTATION AND HAD TO BUY BACK A CAR ALREADY THAT THEY WERE SERVICING DUE TO THEIR RAT PROBLEM AND DAMGES TO THE CAR. IF YOU HAVE A CAR HERE TAKE IT ELSEWHERE IT ALREADY HAS RAT DAMAGE. ALSO TRIED TO COVER UP WORK ORDERS AND DELETED CODES FROM MY CAR AND INSISTED THERE WAS NONE AFTER I HAD ALREADY HAD THE CODES IT WAS DISPLAYING. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND HIRE A GOOD LAWYER!Since buying my Jeep this dealership has sucked. Can never get anyone on the phone, they are only good at running your card and done. Service dept stinks too and won't ever update you on your car, dropped my car off over 10 days ago still no word ... no rental. Save your money go elsewhere. Go where they actually with take care of you and your car after they've cashed your check.

Saw this dealer had a Wrangler 4xe advertised on Car Gurus for a great price. Called them to verify and confirmed it was on sale for that price. Drove all the way from Riverside County only to be told that was not the actual price and it would cost another 7,500 dollars due to the EV credit. Told them I would not be paying one cent over their advertised price and explained to them how the actual EV credit works given I have purchased two Teslas prior nor did their website not car gurus have any disclaimer. They declined so I left the place. Not even 10 minutes later salesman calls wanting me to return to make a deal. Despite telling him I would only pay what was advertised he declined. Salesman kept texting me to return through the ride home telling me it was my dream car. I told him his price was more of a nightmare. Ended up buying the same model at Aaron CDJR in Norco where guess what? They honored their advertised price and I got my 500 first responder credit on top of that. Very dishonest place and will never consider giving them any business or referring anyone to do so. Oh and the salesman contacted me the next day wanting to know if I was still interested in the vehicle. Told him I spent my hard earned money elsewhere and was happy to do so. Prospective buyers please be aware. They could have made a sale but their shady tactics cost them some good money. Glad I found a place that actually shows honesty.

Miguel H was so amazing! I did a quick google search at 7:45 pm and called to confirm inventory and he confirmed. We went in and he took excellent care of us right away! The car we wanted was waiting for us upfront, amazing value, great customer service and pleasant negotiation. They got us a great deal too!I highly recommend Poway Pedder CDRJ to anyone who is looking for a nice car and good deals and most importantly I highly recommend doing business with Miguel.

We took our Jeep in to have our A/C looked at, wasn't cooling down. They (Chuck) called to inform us that the evaporator valve was bad and needed to be replaced costing $3500 and while they were looking for leak with AC they found a leak with radiator with total to fix being $6500. Now we had only had the Jeep for 2 plus years but had put 40000 miles on it so we were technically out of warranty. Chuck our service advisor asked if he could have a couple of hours to see if he could get Jeep to cover the repair. Chuck called back a few hours later and informed is that he got Jeep to cover the repair. Chuck didn't have to do this but he did, he went above and beyond what most people in the service industry do these days. He went and fought to help us out, a $6500 bill is a big deal to us and we really appreciated what Chuck did for us!

Made appt. to see Miguel and drive a truck i wanted to purchase. Got there and Miguel promptly passed me off to a different sales guy who knew nothing about the truck. Turns out they didnt even have the truck on there lot. They said they have to crunch #'s before i can test drive. Will never do business with these amatures again..very dissapointing experience..

First appointment on a Friday morning LOF and inspection completed quickly and the exterior was nicely washed. Greg was great.Need to return after the strike so they can order parts to repair passenger power window.My only complaint was the online appointment setting feature wasn't working and it took several days for the service department to return my voice mails as I attempted to schedule an appointment.

Run!!!! What a nasty experience. This people could care less about what happens to you as a customer the moment you step out of that lot. I took my truck with a tic noise concern and a dash delaminating as RAM customer service told me to do. They were unable to find the tic but the delamination was valid. I was put in a HERTZ rental given my truck was in shop. I was told by service rep named CHUCK, (extremely unreliable person and hard to get a hold off), that the first day rental will be covered by my Mopar Maxcare warranty and the second day was on them. Fast forward, I continued to get letters from Hertz about this dumb $50 rental charged, multiple calls and emails to the dealer and unfulfilled promises from Chuck about taking care of this payment and finally I received a letter from a collection agency saying Hertz had sent me to collection. I ended up just paying the collection agency since I personally had never being involved with these people. After years of having an over 790 credit score, I would now see a significant dropped on my credit report due to the negligence of this location. Stay away from here, go find a dealership who genuinely cares about their customers. Run now!!!

*SCAM ALERT* SCAM ALERT*PEDDER SERVICE DEPT IS A SCAM!!!DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT!! BUY ANY VEHICLE IN THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a 2022 RAM LARAMIE 2500 From this Dealer and made the biggest mistake. My Ram headunit has been faulty from the start. Turn on when it wants too, back up c�mara doesnt work because headunit isnt on. Had a NEAR MISS one time as I was backing because my sensors were off and back up c�mara wasnt working. Dealer is updating Me whats soo ever its about to be 3 weeks and zero updates.. Advisor said that the "New Messaging System" is the best way to get in contact with them. BULLSHIT! I AM UPLOADING SCREENSHOTS. Till this date my RAM still has Ticking noise coming from the engine, recalls not done, screen(uconnect) hasnt been replace. DO NOT BUY IN THIS DEALER. SERVICE TEAM IS THE WORST!! Talking to many Ram owners locally and we are starting to see a partern. RAM DEALERS ARE CAUSING AND POSTPONING APPOINTMENTS TO MAKE YOUR VEHICLE GET OUT OF WARRANTY THEN THEY DONT HAVE TO HONOR THE WARRANTY... THATS THE ISSUE I BEEN HAVING.. THAT TAKE MY RAM AND NOT FIX IT.. GIVE IT BACK PUT MILES IN IT AND HAVE THE SAME ISSUES.!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! SCAM

On 11/14/2023, I brought my Jeep Rubicon to your dealership for the reason my car couldn't run properly. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the expectations I had for your establishment.Here are the key issues I encountered: The lack of clear and timely communication was a significant concern for me. I experienced delays in getting updates on the status of my vehicle, and it left me feeling uninformed and frustrated.The overall customer service experience was disappointing. I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed, and the staff seemed indifferent to my dissatisfaction. Lastly my vehicle has been with yall over a month and a half now and nothing has been done i started a case with jeep but yall seem to lack communication with them as well. No one has also responded back to me or jeep and and i been carless for more than a month horrible service.Sincerely, Andres Munoz

I was very disappointed in the level of service provided by the service department on my latest visit. A simple oil change wasn't so simple. Never had an issue with them on prior visits, but this time was much different. Picked up my Jeep and driving down Poway Rd and we were hailed down by several cars saying that there was a considerable amount of fluid dropping from the Jeep and smoking heavily. Brought it back immediately and told the service advisor who took it back and assured that they would fix whatever was wrong and then steam clean the entire bottom of the vehicle. Couple hours later they completed it and drove the vehicle home. Parked it in my driveway and went in the house. Came out a couple hours later to find oil spots in the driveway. Took it back on the next business day and they kept for 2 additional days saying it was the oil cooler. What? Got it back and driving it with no issues since, but seems kinda shady. Overall experience left a LOT to be desired in the area of communication between the service department and me. I understand staffing issues, but when a customer leaves messages because all they get is voicemail and there's no return call, that leaves them very frustrated.
