I recently went in for a brake job and had to return the old pads. (They were still under warranty). My man Tyler was so helpful and quick. I was able to return the old pads and get the new ones all in about 5 minutes. Like I said quick. Also, Tyler did it all in one transaction. Which is nice because it saves me from all the receipts. It felt like Tyler was excited and eager to help me. Almost as if I had know him for years and he was just helping out one of the bros. If I had to nominate someone for employee of the month, without hesitation I would pick Tyler. If you are reading this, thanks Tyler.

Store manager, Jasmin, was most helpful when I showed up needing both a brake and front head light. She quickly gathered the right parts and offered to install both of them for me (at no charge!).

Called to ask some questions about what filter and oil options there are for my car but mostly to ask about what filter I would need to buy for my cars oil change. I am new to owning a car and keeping up with the maintenance of owning a car is new to me and would like to take good care of my car. When I called to ask for some help I was trying to write down a couple of the mentioned names for the oil and filter options. She mentioned there were at least 10 different oil brands so I said to myself okay I don t need to write all of them down as long as I write down maybe 1 or 2 names down and the same for the filter options to my car. I just need to know what kind of oil (synthetic or not) and which car filter I should be reaching for when I go in store. The women who answered the phone had scoffed at me as if I was an inconvenience to her and did not seem to like that I was trying to ask for some suggestions from her. I asked if she could repeat the name of a brand she had mentioned because I was trying to write it down, she laughed and said at the end that s what I just said to you . She was not nice and made me not want to call or go in there to ask for help again. I m sure that was exactly what she was going for and well she did a good job at making sure that I don t think of going back to this O Rilley. I ended the call after her clearly not wanting to help by saying thank you and I appreciate your time .

I am so glad i went to this store after visiting auto zone and being sold the wrong part twice. The manager Tyler was super helpful and even offered to help me install my wiper blade. I am grateful for the service.

I come here for most of my auto parts needs. They have good in-stock selection of parts, bits, and pieces. Staff is nice and attentive. Parking isn t bad but be careful with cars rushing into the parking lot from Poway Rd.

Very happy with the service that was given to me today by an employee named Hayden. He was a lot of help, had no problem in assisting me with parts in my car that were loose. I will 100% be coming back, because his customer service was through the roof !

I am absolutely blown away by Corey and Tyler. I came in looking for a diagnostic tool but I was sort of embarrassed to ask for help and they asked if I needed help finding something, helped me pick one out. Then, I came back in and asked a question about the repair and they were so helpful. I did not expect this sort of service.

Jasmin was very thorough and efficient installing our new battery for FREE. She plugged a memory devise in so our radio stations wouldn t have to be reinstalled.Automatically checking the starter and alternator was an extra perk. Thank you for such gracious service. The Merrills

Poway has three auto parts stores. This is one of them. I prefer it, mostly because they have always hired good people and have what I need and have it accessible for examining without a lot of extra junk taking up floor space. Best selection of waxes and DIY solutions.

The Customer Service Rep. Hayden was awesome. He offered to install the Engine Air Filter, which I had him do. He noticed the screws missing from the cover and offered to look in his box of misc. screws to see if he had one that would work. He found the two screws I needed. Thanks again Hayden!

The customer service here is amazing. I needed to add oil to my car, but with a sprained wrist, I was having a hard time using just my left hand. Dana went above and beyond to help me and was super friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

Great service! I went today to buy a battery and when I told the cashier that I was going to take my car across the street to Evan's to have the battery installed, he said they might charge me. He ended up installing the battery at no charge!

After having a horrible experience at the PQ location, I ended up at the Poway location today. Thank goodness I was lucky enough to run into Anthony. He is AMAZING!!! So pleasant and knowledgeable. He even went so far as to take the time to make sure the part would work before I paid and left. It's rare to find someone as customer service oriented and as helpful as Anthony is these days. This man deserves a raise! Thanks Anthony!!!

The gentleman who was working here was so sweet, made sure I had the proper parts for my car and didn't giggle when I also bought the chilton book. Yes I know YouTube tutorials for everything are online but he seemed to appreciate how old school I was. He tried to give me every possible discount despite me not qualifying and let me put the parts on my mothers "frequent buyer" thing (as they are for her car) he was so sweet and made such lovely conversation that I'll probably buy all my car repair things from him!

I purchased a front headlight replacement bulb from O'Reilly and had a hard time attempting to install it, as the access panel was in the wheel well of the driver's side tire. I attempted it several times and then drove vack to O'Reilly several days later. The employee DUSTIN assisted me and didn't get frustrated even though it took about 15 minutes to replace the bulb. DUSTIN was professional and had a real genuine friendly attitude.Please go to O'Reilly for all your automotive needs and look up Dustin of you run into any issues.Thanks afain Dustin for your assistance.

I purchased a car battery at the retail location & they installed it for me back around May 2016. After calling AAA because my car wouldn't start, after a month, and I find out it was the wrong batter for my car. I go back to the store, and they tell me they sold me one for the wrong make. So they exchange it for the right one, and install the new one for me. My car starts acting up again. It would turn off and reboot while I was in the middle of driving. I take my car to the auto shop. The auto shop tells me I need a battery with more crank am. I go back to the store & they exchange it & install it. My car is still acting up so now I take it to the dealership service. They see that it was installed incorrectly. A bolt was missing and that my wires became warped. After about 5 months, hundreds of dollars of unnecessary car servicing trying to troubleshoot the issue, and the stress of my car constantly shutting down or not starting, I finally get down to the bottom of it. I explain the situation to the store, and write a long letter explaining the situation. I requested a refund of the product and reimbursement for my auto repairs. I was not that upset that they got it wrong, I mean we are all human and mistakes happen. The fact that I have followed-up with them a countless number of times and have not received a single phone call of acknowledgement or a resolution at this point is what makes me upset. I will never go to this store again & recommend that no one either. Unless you are a fan of having your time and money wasted.

Justin was really helpful in getting me everything I need and answering all my noobie questions. And he didn't laugh once! I have a new car and was completely hands off with my last one so while I know about things like tire pressure and such the oil change folks took care of it. Cars are not my thing so I have many questions. Justin was kind enough to help me get the hood open so I could see that it actually was fairly obvious and easy to refill my wiper fluid and put the steering wheel cover on for me. Very professional about it all as well.

Probably one of the best corporate chains of oreilly parts period. Knowledgeable guys who are very kind, nice, and helpful. They also honor price matches online which helps a lot. Makes my dollar stretch. I'd rather go here than walmart anyday

When we were sold the wrong part, called when the brakes were completely disassembled on my friends truck. The O Reilley guy made it happen. Was able to exchange the part for the premium pad where we purchased the cheapest option in stock at the time. All because they sent the driver to hand deliver while out on a parts run. Super Thankfull ......
