I was in need of a catalytic converter for my daily driver. Everywhere I tried to order a direct fit replacement was discontinued or several months back ordered, and I needed to get my car back on the road ASAP. New Level got me a replacement in just over a week, and at 2/3 the price of everywhere else that was backordered! Customer service is very easy to get ahold of, and very helpful. I look forward to dealing with New Level again in the future. Thank you!

If I could give 12 stars I would.I was in a DIRE situation where I needed a 2 5/16" Clam Shell Cap for 2" Tow Ball by Weigh Safe to pull a trailer last weekend.In my order, I purchased the overnight shipping option and left a comment to call me should it not arrive by Saturday. Sure enough, Jim, the owner, and I got on the phone and brainstormed for 20-30mins as it would not arrive on time. Jim, then, went out of his way, waaaayyyy past what his responsibility was. He put me on hold and found a local hitch shop near me that I did not know existed and had this product on hold for me by the time he came back to my line and also let me know he already refunded my order.I have never had this level of customer service EVER.To go completely out of his way when it would not benefit him or his business is astonishingly admirable.Thank you, Jim. Even though I was brought to your site by chance, I look forward to returning to your site in the future.

I found them online when looking for MGB exhaust of all things. Price was better than the MGB outlets and when I called I was talking to the owner. Now thats rare and a reason Ill not only get MGB parts here but anything else I need for my truck. Thanks again and keep up the good work

Crazy story. I ordered a hard to find item. They let me know immediately that it may take months for them to take stock so we agreed to just wait. I thought that would be it and I d never hear from them again.A few months later I received a call from Jim saying the auto bronco steps were in and asked if I wanted to go ahead and complete the purchase. I agreed and we proceeded with the transaction.A week passed and nothing. I called Jim and he said there was a shipping issue and the product is considered lost. To make things worse they were out of stock and the charge already hit my card.Jim went out of his way to find a new set and had them shipped just days after he learned of the problem.I will have them installed on the 27th of April and I will try to upload pictures.I highly recommend.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEMThey shipped a Gibson exhaust for my 22 xp1000 that was lost, So I talked to FedEx about it and they filed it as a lost package and said get ahold of the shipper and have them go through their lost package procedure and FedEx will give them the money and then they would refund me. So the show started, I emailed them to which they claimed they couldn t do anything as I had signed for it only nobody was home until six or so hours after delivery so I called them spoke with Jim and Bob and was hung up on so I had my uncle call he was then hung up on, I was accused of fraud over the phone and e-mail. The proof of delivery didn t include an adress and the signature wasn t even my name so I kept calling Then Jim said he opened his own lost package case with FedEx because mine wasn t good enough I guess, but when I called and asked FedEx they said their was no case opened other then my own. This was about a two week process all to find out that the package had been delivered to an address in my hometown but nowhere near me only reason it was found is those people brought it to my house and delivered it finally will not be using this company but making sure the word gets out. Would be out 400 plus dollars if the package wasn t found as they refused to work with me. Go with SUMMIT RACING package got here fast and good customer service

Purchased a 2018-2021 Roush Performance Cold Air Intakes for Ford Mustang. Item arrived in decent time, and the specs were just as advertised on the site. Had a few questions prior to purchase and the staff was extremely helpful. I did notice that a few people had complained in their. review about late deliveries, but it's expected with supply chain disruptions. Reach out to the staff and they will try their best to work with you to make sure you get what you are looking for. I will be a return customer.

I wanted the Pulsar LT control module for my 2020 Sierra 1500 and shopped all around to find the best price. I found one site that has some silly name with "BENZ" in it, and they kept delaying and telling me it was on hold from the manufacturer. After a month of delays, I cancelled my order through my credit card for fraud. I ordered through New Level Motor Sports, and it was shipped the next day and arrived in 3 days. If it's on this site, they have it, and they'll get it to you immediately.Great work, guys - I highly recommend this retailer for your auto needs.

Purchased an Undercover Armor Flex Hard Folding Tonneau cover from them via Amazon. The cover came with a broken buckle and some missing foam and seal. At this point, I wanted to return the item and Eric T (Senior Sales Associate) addressed my concerns and even sent me a return shipping label to return the product. I waited to return because I was still excited about the product. I reached out to Eric T. again and asked if they could just send me a new buckle, foam and seal. They absolutely did! I received the items in a few days and now the cover is as good as new. I really do like the cover. Appreciate Eric's quick response and willingness to work with me. Disregard the negative reviews and buy from them!

Buyer Beware! I ordered a cold air intake on 11/16/2021 today is Jan.3,2022 and still haven't received it. I have called on my order and all they keep telling me is should shipped out in 10 days. Still waiting on those 10 days since Nov.16th. I also asked why if they didn't have the product instock why didn't it show out of stock on thier web site the guy I spoke to answered he didn't know. Time for a refund and I'll never do business here again

Had ordered some oracle headlights and told me that my purchase would ship on that specific day and never got an email that it would take a little longer than expected very bad communication. I felt that they weren't cooperating with me or at least let me know what was going on. So I cancel my order after then they replied that it shipped already didn't even provided a conformation number or nothing. So they gave me a partial refund when my item didn't really ship out to me. I recommend they work on their people skills and at least let customers know what is going on with there orders, I'm sorry but very bad service not happy at all.

I picked up a set of Ready Lift Suspension Lift Kits for my jeep and suv from New Level Motor Sports. These guys do it right. Not only did I get the 4 lift set early but it was cheaper than amazon. Jared, their Sales Rep was super chill and knowledgeable and talked me into a better set up for murdering out my ride. So stoked for the finished product. These guys are 10/10 professionals and great customer service. I will be buying all my mods through them from now on.

GREAT customer service and all around experience. I recently ordered my boyfriend exhaust for his truck and didn't know exactly which model I needed Jason the customer service rep pointed me in the right direction and helped me through the whole process. The exhaust arrived the next day just in time for my boyfriends birthday and sounds great on his truck. So glad I chose New Level Motorsports to purchase the exhaust.

Ordered part. Received it from a 4th party. FedEx beat thebhell out of it. It was missing parts that were in the description. They acknowledged the missing parts. The manufacturer said that it was shipped wrong which is why it got damaged. They agreed to replace the whole order and ship the missing parts. I went to ship back the damaged product only to have UPS tell me that I would have to pay shipping with the labels that new level supplies. I emailed them telling the issue. They then called and went off on me. They said they were cancelling the new order and would bill my card again. Now I have a product that I cant use and I'm out $3000. I'm gonna speak to the manufacturer on monday and then a lawyer.

I placed a order on Sunday for a convertor. I choose next day delivery option. I paid $75 dollars extra for the part to be delivered THE NEXT DAY. The part didn t arrive until Wednesday. I called and spoke to the so called supervisor. Before I could finish explaining my Dilemma, he cut me off and proceeded to tell me I won t get my money back because they sent it the next day. His explanation was due to COVID 19 the order took longer to be delivered. Now I wasn t informed this information during the purchasing process or afterwards. Not one email or phone call. So I had to call them! The SUPERVISOR began to get smart with me and hung on me because he didn t have the answers to my questions and refused to put me on the phone with his boss. MONDAY COMES AFTER SUNDAY. Let s say they didn t process the order until MONDAY I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER THE NEXT DAY AS I PAID FOR! Which would be a Tuesday. So his theory was if they sent it on a Thursday and I got it Friday that would be considered over night. Even if I ordered it a week before. I will never order from these guys again. IF THIS WAS MY BUSINESS ID GET RID IF THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTION AND THE UNPROFESSIONAL SUPERVISOR YOU GUYS HAVE WORKING FOR YOU! Thanks for nothing NEXT LEVEL

I purchased an Extang cover for my 2011 Ford. About 4 months after the purchase the plastic cover over the latch that secured the first panel to the truck would not stay in the grooves. It then came off completely. I contacted New Level about this issue and they were great. They contacted Extang on my behalf and had someone email and call me. Instead of just replacing the cover for the latch they sent me a completely new Tonneau cover. Doesn't get much better than that.

I definitely recommend these guys! I bought this tonneau cover for my brand new Ram from Jerod and he was super helpful. I showed up unannounced and he came right out to my truck to see what I needed. Within a short period of time, he helped me narrow my search, find the best tonneau cover for my needs, and got me out the door. I was impressed that they had what I needed in stock - much better than waiting days for it to ship. In fact, just hours after I bought it, I drove from California to Chicago with the new cover and it did exactly what I needed it to. Thanks again for great customer service and a great product.

If I could give a zero I would. Accidentally bought the wrong filter cover size and was told I could return and exchange for correct size and when I returned them they gave me partial credit even though covers were never used and never sent the correct filter covers. I would never buy from this place again.

This has to be one of the worst so call companies I've ever had to deal with in my life. Stay away from this place, nothing more than a third party seller with no power if something goes wrong. My item was delivered damaged in a single wall box with no packing or anything else to protect it in the box. New Level Motor Sports now expects me to fix thier problems, wanted to charge me for a second unit before shipping a replacement, wanted me to deal with trying to ship this junk back in the same box, wouldn't refund my money til I did thier job and correct thier mistakes. Save yourself alot of headache and buy from a real company.

Item price was great but it is now on the 7th day after placing the order and still no shipping information. The item ordered indicated in stock and the website says in stock items ship within 24 hour. This was not true in my experience.
