Called in to see if there was availability for an oil change. Despite their busy Saturday Schedule, Fadi and Victor were able to fit my car for a service. For a walk in, it took less than two hours which was much faster than when I asked for wait times at a Dealership. The staff was friendly, profesional and all around Spectacular. I highly recommend. Will be coming back!!

Fadi has incredible customer service every time. Definitely the best BY FAR of anyone I've ever met who works in this industry. He is unbelievably great at communicating and getting your work done when he says and as he says. I will not take my car anywhere else unless I have to. Always take your car to this Midas to see Fadi first every time. Can't say enough good things...

I went today for a brake job to this location. I always bring our family cars to this Midas because they are not only competent, but they are also honest and amazingly nice. I called to make an appointment for my brake job, and Mr. Fadi told me to bring it right away, as he would do everything to have it ready today (it was already 3PM) true to his promise, they repaired the brakes and had the car ready in a very timely fashion, with genuine parts and at a much lower cost than it would have been at the dealership. I give them my highest recommendation.

Wow. Amazing all around shop: they did my brakes. Tires, alignment and replace catalytic to pass smog.. I am very satisfied with the service and price.: thank you Midas Poway for being the best auto repair around: honesty is the key.

I have been to Poway Midas multiple times and always amazed by how reasonable and understanding they are. They charge customers based on the actual labor and I have gotten a number of things done for free that I would have had to pay at the dealers. Will always comeback and highly recommend.-SK

Fadi and his team are great. I had an issue on my wife's Subaru - two previous mechanics were not able to resolve it, but these guys are thinking out of the box: they found a problem others experienced mechanics couldn't find. Perfect job! You may be sure that if you go to this shop for car service, Midas Poway team will get you done in a right way! My personal appreciation to Fadi. Literally, he can teach customer service classes because this guy is amazing in communication with clients!

My apologies my review is late, but I can't highly recommend Fadi and his team enough! Fadi is a honest, hardworking good man with a heart of gold that genuinely cares about his customers, always does right by you by doing his utmost best to give you the best quality service at a great price (sometimes like in my case, offering complimentary service), all with a great sense of humor. If you have any car issues, go with this Midas location. You won't go wrong!

I come here for oil changes and maintenance on all four our family vehicles. Service is exceptional, they never try and sell you a repair or service that your vehicle does not need. I have never been disappointed or unhappy with the work performed or the pricing.

Wow. As a mechanic it has been a long time since a corporate mechanic gave me service I would give to my family. Everything was explained for what was needed and what could wait without prompting. They had the parts on hand and were able to have same day turn around and were communicative throughout. Thoroughly impressed with this crew. Thank you for fantastic service.

What keeps me coming back to Midas is their exceptional customer service and their commitment to thoroughly explaining any car issues I encounter. During my most recent visit for an oil change, Fadi, as always, provided me with a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring I felt valued. I also had the pleasure of meeting Victor, who proved to be a friendly and hospitable individual. This by far has been the best experience. Mr. Fadi was a true professional and placed the customer needs first. The entire team had my truck in and out. Which most places would ve told me to leave it over night! Again, by far the best experience!!!!!!

Stopped by after work for an oil change and to check brakes + check other stuff. They gave it the once over and pointed out what they noticed. Explained various pricing and discounts; and asked what I'd like to do. Felt like they worked with me especially when I was the last one there at EOD and they were trying to make calls and fix up my car before leaving. Really felt like they cared by going above and beyond. Ended up offering to leave the car overnight and they appreciated the generosity and returned it in kind when picking up the car the next day. Will 100% recommend Midas in Poway. They will take care of you like family. Shout out to Fadi and his team, honestly.

He is very straightforward about pricing and services. I have never had such top tier service at an auto shop in my life. These guys absolutely crushed it. This was the first time I ve taken my car here. All I needed was oil change and brakes replaced. After the oil, they inspected my brakes and informed me that they were in great shape and didn t need to be replaced. That level of transparency is unheard of at auto shops from my personal experience. Easily earned my long term business. Thanks so much you guys!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Fadi is the man! Seriously, in every way. He works very hard, is fair and kind.I was behind a gentleman who he topped off coolant for free and told him he knows good deeds always come back.My car had a check engine light on. Before suggesting anything for a charge he said let's run a test to see what's up. It was a glitch with the thermostat. He reset it. Tested again, and sent me on my way for no charge. This place will always have my business as long as he's around

Fadi and his team have worked on my vehicles over the past 3 years. 4/5 vehicles with issues ranging from routine oil changes, to valve cover replacements for my bmw, or new flywheel and clutch for my other car.I am always given the most fair price available, the car is always done before the expected time and most importantly I can drive off with 100% peace of mind knowing that Fadi didn't take any shortcuts, and made sure my vehicle was running smoothly.Whether you just need a routine check up, or if you're looking for your go to "car guy" - there is simply none better than Fadi and his team at Midas Poway.

Very shortly: I come here for Mr. Fadi Saadeh, the store manager/GM. The very first reason is his honesty. He ALWAYS explain every detail with the diagnosis, even show the worn out parts. He explains the pricing and gives the best price and discount. He always welcomes warmly and professionally even when he is very busy and under pressure. I am 48yo and I don t remember any great perfect customer approach and service like this.

Been coming to Midas in poway for the last 14 years and it s always a great experience every single time. Very clean & nice mechanics working in this location. Fadi the manager on duty is the sweetest man always going the extra mile to make sure you and your car are well taken care of. I don t trust anyone with my car except this shop. Always ready and willing to fix any issues that need fixing right away. I 100% recommend this location you will not be disappointed. Thanks Fadi, Victor and the whole team. You guys are awesome.

I was very happy with the service at this Midas. I took my granddaughter s car in for their free inspection. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a very fair price. My granddaughter took in her car and she was treated above expectations. Thank you to all your staff!!

I came in last minute and even though they were busy they took care of me. Changed my oil in less than 30 minutes, turned off the maintenance required light, and gave me a great deal. The owner was friendly and even offered me snacks while I waited. Great experience. I ll definitely be back.

Best customer service I ve had at any vehicle maintenance facility across the country. I ve had the dealership on my new car use the oil changes and tire rotations early and without me knowing (dealer located in Poway) and this is the place I choose to spend my money instead.

With pleasure I am submitting a review for Midas of Poway, and the wonderful owner and operator, Fadi Saadeh. Previously, I would only take my car to my Cadillac dealer for maintainance and repairs. I discovered Fadi and Midas Poway a year and a half ago and had some urgent needs in which Fadi took me and my Cadi under his wings. He completed a shock and struts repair with AC Delco parts, the same parts the Cadillac dealership would use. He showed me the boxes of the parts as proof he was replacing the struts and shocks with authentic AC Delco parts. Furthermore, he was extremely fair with the price of the service compared to the estimate the dealership quoted me for the same replacements.Fadi has a magical way to make all of his customers feel cared for while offering speedy and thorough service. I have refered friends to him and they have received the same amazing service as I have.One example I can share is a friend took her Ford vehicle to her dealership in which they gave her an expensive estimate for a repair. She then went to Fadi to get another estimate in which Fadi discovered the root of the problem AND stated that the repair should still be under warranty, and directed her to go back to the dealership and enlighten them with this information. She did so, and thanks to Fadi, she saved thousands of dollars. Furthermore, he would not accept any payment from her for his time.These examples speak volumes to Fadi's character and willingness to take care of others. He has the same expectations of his team who pull through excellent service every visit. Anyone who walks into his shop is treated with honor and complete respect while Fadi works diligently to lower the cost to the customer as best has he can with his research and connections. I highly recommend Fadi and his Poway Midas shop for any of your vehicle needs.

I drove my car up, spoke with the guy behind the counter, told him I wanted an oil change, dropped the keys off, had a quick bite to eat at the local restaurant came back. My car was in front, ready to go. Everything was written up with the online discount applied.

These guys will go the extra mile. They have taken care of the extra stuff that comes up when work was needed, and they have told me they would price match anyone else. So far i haven t been able to find a better price anyway and the customer service isn t getting beat either. No reason to go somewhere else. Thanks fadi and Adam

Fadi is a very honest & reputable businessman. Please regard this Midas location as not a part of a chain, but your local mechanic.Over the last 4 years this location has worked on 3 vehicles doing everything: O2 sensors, brakes, AC, every time the check engine light comes on we visit Fadi.Last year we needed work on our 2018 Honda Accord and he saved us over $1K on what dealer wanted to charge.Do your wallet and your piece of mind a favor. Fadi & his Midas location has your best interests in mind. He wants you, your family and friends to use his services.
