Stopped by this Firestone location to purchase brand new set of tires and get them installed with complete package: balancing, wheel alignment etc. Michael was very helpful explaining everything and making sure everything was done properly. Besides tires technicians checked all the fluids and the car battery as they usually do to make sure the car did not have any issues. After the job was done I test-drove the car on the freeway and the ride was smooth and quiet like it was supposed to be. Thank you Michael and the rest of the team. This location has best reviews among other locations in San Diego and there is a good reason for that. Highly recommend.

Normally don't write a ton of reviews, but had to commend Michael for his service and communication. He does an excellent job, treats me fairly and is very honest. I've been bringing my car here for all my service appointments and find it a pleasure.

Dont really lile appointments, but they did have my car done within 2 hours or so from dropping it off. I actually bought my tires on eBay to save a few hundred bucks. There is no warranty thought the shop that installs, even if you have them install on a prepaid service through CarAdvise. Any warranty questions must go through who you purchased. All in all, they were very insightful and welcoming.

I asked your agent regarding my car's problem and he suggested an inspection for about $22. I said OK, I want to fix the car's issue. They didn't inform me regarding the inspection, just a missed call and then sent an email that my car is ready. When I went to pick my car up, they said we couldn't find the problem. I surprised that how they suggest for additional charge and finally said that couldn't find. I don't recommend this car care at all.

My daughter had a blow out on the highway. And Firestone Poway rd was the closest tire shop. Andre Davis was are sales rep. He treated us with the up most respect. And was very professional and fair. I have been in these situations before. And these tire shops stick it to you because you have no other choice. I can tell every one that this Firestone is fair and you can trust them to treat you fair. Special thanks to Andre Davis

Firestone at Poway location is the best Firestone Auto Care I have my best experience in my last 20+ years with Firestone. They are always very friendly, honest, supportive and do whatever they can to help the customers. I have been most impressive by Poway Firestone managers like Michael Flemming and Will who really do their best to try to support us any time when we need them. I would like to take this opportunity to Thank You Will, Michael and your staffs for your great help and support these years.

I really appreciate it all the assistance that I received from Michael and Andre regarding my right rear tire. They didn t try to upsell me and they tried, and succeeded, in finding the most economical way to fix my tire. I really deeply appreciate all their efforts! many thanks to Michael for teaching me how to remove a valve stem core! Thank you for all the great work!

I had a great experience at this Firestone. I was recommended this location by a friend. I was able to schedule an appointment to have a 4 wheel alignment with tire rotation. Will the store manager booked my info and took down my vehicle info and had my car back to me in sufficient time. He informed of the results and what had been done. He explained the process for my lifetime alignment and I could have it done at any Firestone Center even if I was out of town it would be honored and performed with no problem. He was great with customer service as well releasing my car back to after all work was completed. A great experience and work done by a great team of technicians.

Firestone is one of the few honest and dependable automotive companies left in our area. I never feel like I am being overcharged or told I need something replaced that will last for several more months. There customer service is top-notch and they always keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle.One important thing If you decide to get roadside hazard insurance for your tires be aware that there is a charge each time you need a tire replacement. This is different from Costco s roadside hazard program where tires are replaced free of charge.

Firestone to the rescue! I was extremely satisfied with the service, price & HONESTY that Michael and his team at Poway Firestone provided.After a scare from Midas across the street with my brakes I called Firestone even though Midas told me they would be more expensive. They are not. Long story short, I was told by Midas that my brakes were unsafe and that I needed badly to replace both front and rear brake pads AND rotors at a cost of over $1000. Thank God I called Firestone because they said not only are they cheaper for the above mentioned but turned out I didn't even need anything on my front axle. The rotors were fine and there was more than 50% of pad left. I did however need rear pads and rotors but that it would only be $375 (after coupon) so I was able to add on other important preventative maintenance services due to the savings.I truly appreciated Micheals honesty, loved the price and will continue to spread the word about their great service.Service: Brake service & repair

Staff is great, and they'realways polite and professional. Been going here for around 4 years now ever since the Mira Mesa closed down. They will tell you what you need for your vehicle, and not try to do any hard upsell on unneeded services.

Only shop on poway that is open on the weekends! I got an alignment there on my truck. After I paid and drove down the road, I pulled back in because it still tracked to the right due to my tires, he found out. They refunded me the cost for the alignment because they couldn't correct it and didn't want me leaving, after paying, and still not driving straight. Great service, I would gladly recommend them.

I just took custody of a work truck that was badly maintained. Especially the tires. The front tires were unsafe. I stopped by Friday, 9-23-2022 and they pointed out rotation was enough. I needed new tires and they didn't have them. They still filled the tires and made sure they were safe to drive somewhere else before I left. That last detail I appreciate immensely. They were not getting my business, and they still took the time for safety, and courtesy. That's awesome. Hope corporate notices this store is working hard .Service: Tires

Great Customer service. They weren t able to help me, they didn t had the tire I needed for today. It was a Sunday, I knew it was a long shot, but still try. They weren t able to help me on site, but they told me where I could go to fix it today. Giving them 5 stars for customer service

I came in for a tire patch and had one of the best experiences I ve ever had with a car shop of any kind. They were very kind and thorough and made sure to explain everything to me, even if I didn t quite understand. They could not find any sort of puncture for me, which I could not either, so they sealed around the rim of my tire and replaced the valve stem and comped the whole service to me. They did warn me to keep an eye on it as they could not find a leak but attempted to try and fix what problem there might be. I would highly recommend this place and will be coming back whenever my car tires decide I will be!!

Bought 4 tires for my Subaru Crosstrek 3-4 yrs ago. Had them inflated yrs ago and again today, Michael did the job/ no charge. He said It was only air . Ready to have these tires replaced there in a few months. Thanks, Michael!Service: TiresService: Tires

For those looking for a reputable auto care company please go into this business and give them an honest try. I have had several cars serviced by this company, and the former Express Tire Company, and I cannot sing their praises enough for the excellent customer service they provide. Paul and Ed are the my primary contacts and I always find them to be very honest, creative, and communicative as they complete what I have asked them to accomplish. My auto challenges have been many and of various types. I am appreciative of their attentiveness and ability to implement some good ole fashioned "out of the box" thinking! Thanks guys, see you soon!

The folks here are nice and very helpful but my frustration is that I made an appointment to get an alignment and when I arrived and checked in, I was told that it would be a 2 hour wait. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to wait for another 2 hours. There is no point for having a appointment system if you are going to make your customers wait 2 hours when an appointment was made prior.
