Reading bad reviews in the poway location is all true. Wait time for tires is a whole freak day, ridiculously slow. The mechanics can be just okay, but the people at the counter are just unfriendly, rude, or even not responding. Go somewhere, go.

I really do not recommend. Prices are higher that Discount Tire or similar stores, but wait times are ridiculous. People at the counter are rude and slow. I regret buying tires here and next time will go back to Discount Tire or Big O Tires.

Omg this is an incredible service costco offers. This machine is so brilliant, all you need to do is scan the qr. It gives your quick directions to be able to use and to know what the error codes mean in case you run into any of them. Super simple and you don't even need a tire Guage after. You push the number to the set pressure that you desire the box even tells you the difference if you have hot or cold tires and where to find the suggested amount if you don't know what pressure you are meant to have. Once you install it on your tire it auto inflates to the corrected amount. If it is over filled it automatically deflates so there is no concern about anything not being equal. It is so EASY. I was having difficulties because I didn't scan the qr for what the code meant and the amazing propane guy came over and showed me a work around to help me. I couldn't be happier don't think I will ever use a gas station again unless I am forced to. Thank you Costco for always being the best place for everything
