Having worked for a dealership in the past, I can not tell you how easy it was to purchase a vehicle from CarCo of Poway. I have purchased/financed vehicles from a Big Name Dealership to a few Mom & Pops Dealerships. Freddy and Jimmy were super friendly, personable and professional all at the same time. They both remembered my name, my sons names and any details I shared about them. A special Thank you to both of them, it felt more like getting a car from family than a business. My 9yr old son loves loves the car, I think even more than me. This again was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had I absolutely love Freddy and Jimmy for making it so easy and being super friendly. Definitely a repeat customer (for me and my family).

I bought my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Freddy at Carco! We immediately bonded over being Poway kids and having grown up here/attended all the same schools. Overall Freddy was an excellent help, he stayed late to make sure we drove off the lot same day even though our appointment was later in the day. Very accommodating 5 stars

Absolute great experience. Freddy is a great guy, helped me every step of the way, got me a great deal and got me a great apr and monthly payment that fit my budget. 15/10 recommend getting your car here

I gotta say that Carco of Poway was the BEST car buying experience I've had, hands down!! Freddy and Jimmy were both patient, understanding, super friendly and professional. Carco Of Poway isn't the stereotypical car dealership that most would expect when trying to buy a car. Let's just say, my daughter drove away in her dream, car feeling good. They handled everything fast and smooth. And because we arrived late, they ended up staying past their closing time just to accommodate us. I for sure give Carco Of Poway two thumbs up and would highly recommend coming here when thinking of buying your next car!! Thank you Freddy & Jimmy!!

Just want to give a huge shout out to Freddy and Art for getting me the truck I really wanted. I had bad credit and Freddy put his butt on the line for me to make it happen. And art backed him through it all. These guys are legitimate on trying to get you a vehicle with whatever credit you have. I highly recommend Carco and Freddy himself as well as Art when it comes to buying a vehicle. My credit was beyond garbage and they made it happen. I will be forever grateful for their hard work on this awesome truck as well as finally building my credit back up. Thank you guys for kicking *ss for me.

Just went here last night to look at a truck and was met by freddy. He was fantastic at helping me decide if the truck was something i wanted, in the end i didn't get the truck but he was fantastic the whole time walking me through everything good and bad with the truck. The whole time he acted as more of a friend helping than a salesman. 100% recommend going here if they have what you are looking for.

This was honestly my best experience buying a car. I came to this dealership with one idea in mind and was able to leave with more than I expected. They have dedicated workers who will provide excellent customer experience. If you haven t had a chance to stop by here you must come meet the amazing team they have here; Jimmy and Freddy really made this a customized experience for me. They have integrity and they are very personable. These 2 guys are hard working and have made my trade in as well as my buying experience top notch. I am resident of Poway and have seen many private dealers however at Carco, they make sure you are comfortable with the entire process.

Had a wonderful experience here with Freddy. He s genuinely a great auto sales man and wants what s best for the customer. Never did I feel like he was just selling me a car to make money for himself. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from here. Not only do they have a good selection, but you will get the best help from Freddy to find what suits you.

Wow! First time car buyer here, and this place was amazing! So nice and helpful. As a first time buyer, I had no clue what I was doing and had lots of questions, they made everything so clear and understandable, that in the end I had no questions. Talk to Freddy over the phone and set up the appointment, and had Hassim work with me on getting the car, fiance, etc. Really such a great team over there and such nice people.

Definitely REAL! After a long day of inspecting and testing, we went back to Carco. Price was right, not inflated, not desperate and was the perfect place for my daughter's first vehicle. Freddie and Jimmy assisted us professionally, respectfully and perfectly.

If I could give Freddy 1,000,000 stars , I would ! I've had my eye on this particular Lexus for a long while , going into it I KNEW I wasn't going to get it , things do not work out for me , EVER .I read the reviews before going and everyone raving about Freddy is right ! He's pretty great !this evening ... Freddy and Art made the impossible , possible ! THEE dynamic duo ! Art swooped in with the assist and helped close with the bank . This was about the best time I've ever had purchasing a vehicle , Freddy and Art answered any and all questions I had and put all of my concerns to rest . (I'm a over-thinker)I can't thank you guys enough !!I am sending everyone to this dealership! Thank you guys for making my Wednesday epic !!

Freddie was amazing! He actually listened to my situation and provided good ideas and solutions. Ultimately I drove away with a very good car that I like and am confident that it ll last me for years to come. I had shopped around for others similar cars but the professionalism at this dealership is not commonly found. Am definitely planning to reach back when it comes time for me to upgrade again! I want to thank both Freddie and Art for being so accommodating! This was my first time buying a car and have watched many youtube videos the red flags to look out for.However, Freddie and Art did not have any red flags. They were very professional and honest about the sale. The sale was hassle free and would buy from this place again!

I had an amazing experience at Carco with Freddy. I purchased my daughter s first car and was out of there in under 2 hrs including the test drive. Freddy is very down to earth. I felt no pressure and the process went so smoothly. He made the usual stressful car buying experience a pleasant one. I would definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family.

I'm not one to usually post reviews but I need to get the word out about Freddy at Carco. I've purchased two cars now from Freddy and hands down it has been the best purchasing experience. He has become my go to car guy, he explains everything in detail filling me in on every part and on top of that he works with me as a friend rather than a customer. Carco is lucky to have Freddy at the dealership and I highly recommend him to anyone reading this review.

I want thank both Art and Freddy at Carco of Poway for a great experience when buying a used SUV at Carco of Poway. We checked out local dealers, as well as Carmax, but didn't find the right SUV for our family. Once we saw that Carco had the car we were looking for , Art and Freddy were able to accommodate our schedules and show us an amazing vehicle. Freddy at Carco of Poway was extremely helpful. He helped me get the car I needed for the family. Was happy to get a nice van, I mentioned that the brakes felt weird, he quickly got them looked at and test drive it and felt like new.

Great experience at Carco Poway from beginning to end. Freddy was communicative and showed real interest making sure my daughter got a good deal on a low mile Lexus IS 250. Much smoother process than going through a traditional car dealership. The cars they sell are in very good/excellent condition and reasonably priced. I will likely be back when it's my turn to upgrade my vehicle.

Late review based on my experience. Traded my vehicle for one I'd been watching for awhile. Freddie was an amazing salesman. He worked hard and we eventually made a deal that worked for both of us. Just wanted to say that he worked diligently to make it all work out. There were a few hiccups with paperwork but it was not his fault because I was rushing him because of my family/work schedule. Check them out and talk to Freddie. The customer is his number one priority!

Stay clear of Carco, also be cautious of any positive reviews, they ask you to write a review before you re done purchasing which I assume many people fall for.They promised that if I wanted a refund on the warranty I would be able to get a refund within 2 months. After a while I checked in to ask for any updates, they kept pushing me back and back just telling me to wait. 6 months later I reach out to the warranty company who informs me that they sent the check one week after it was requested. Furthermore, they said the check was cashed the next day it had arrived. Can t even begin to explain how many times I called about the check only to be lied to blatantly and actually yelled at for asking questions. The manager called me and told me I wasn t raised right and that he would fight me if I came to their office lol. Long story short it was a real hassle and the people that work their really live up to the sleepy car salesman stereotype. Right after I purchased my car I went back in for something and the guy was taking a shot of fireball around noon on a Monday .

I had been dragging my feet to go in and get a replacement for my Kia Soul. Carco made the whole process smooth and straight forward. Worked with me on pricing and quickly came to a deal that was solid. The Customer Care get's a gold star, even drove me home as it was the end of the night. Very happy with my new to me Camry.

Freddy and Hassan are amazing people, with a wonderful business! They make sure that customers are happy with their choices and get the best rates for them. Carco also has fantastic financing, and Hassan does his absolute best to make sure that you get what is best for you. Freddy is smart, kind, and very knowledgeable about specific needs and is a wonderful person overall. We will definitely be back!
