Chris and his team are a hard working and capable team. They have provided repairs that the dealerships could not provide. They have great pricing. They don t add any extra work unless it s important (brakes need to function). I give them my highest recommendation.

I came in for a simple oil and filter change plus a nail in the tire, and they mentioned my break pads were getting thin and should be replaced soon. Most places take your money and don t have a care for your car. I would have never knew that was the case on the breaks if they didn t take the time to check it.

Best mechanics in town! Their services were much quicker, cheaper and done at a higher quality than any other shops that I had been to. Highly recommend visiting. Shout out to Steve, Keagan and Chris!

I was visiting San Diego from Oregon. A friend recommended Chris when I had massive failure on my Subaru. Chris diagnosed and repaired the damage a mouse had done to a wiring harness. Very fast, affordable and honest!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I called 5 different shops before I found a place that would even look at my 2013 Fiat 500 when it stalled out. I was able to bring in my car immediately and they had a diagnosis and repair done within 2 hours. Apparently when my battery recently died and was replaced it jacked up the car computer to the point where it was shuddering and stalling. The guys at Cars Automotive got everything reset and running smoothly for $67.50! Will definitely be my default repair shop from now on!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I have nothing but praise for Car's automotive. They did an excellent job with my Dodge Ram. They explained everything they were doing and were quite fair with parts and labor. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a knowledgeable and fair mechanic.Chris (the owner) went out of his way to check everything on my truck to be sure when I left I was completely satisfied!!

I always receive top notch service from Chris and the boys at Car s and they stand behind their work!I recently had a clutch replaced and had the main seal done while the transmission was out. A few weeks later my truck developed an oil leak originating from the main seal. I mentioned the leak to Chris and he immediately had me bring the truck back, they removed the transmission and replaced the defective seal immediately, it was the shops top priority to get it corrected in record time! You can trust these guys to do an excellent job!

They have such great service. If you want a mechanic you can trust these boys are great. I had my jeep worked on. It had so many issues and Keagan worked on it doing a phenomenal job. With a great price too.

Honest service and super knowledgeable. Brought my 7.3 f-250 to them for a myriad of issues and they knew how to fix everyone and the one issue they didn't (exhaust brake) they called the manufacturer and learned how to fix it. 10/10 shop

Chris is an amazing dude!!! I felt like I was back in a small town where people just help one another because they care. We had a last minute issue with a trailer hitch before our family camping trip. The bolt was stuck!!!! So our camping trip was put on hold. We were bumming and so were our kids. He said come on in I ll help you .... he got it fixed immediately and said no charge!!!! Whatttttt?!?!?! Sooooo nice!!!! He even called the auto parts store down the street for us to get us an extra part we needed put on hold. Best customer service I ve ever had in my life!!!!

Absolutely recommend Car's Automotive Repair!!Chris Ulmer and his team helped me out. They were honest and upfront with everything. He assisted me with everything I needed and was accurate in the information he gave me. Chris had me inspect the car after he diagnosed it.

This place was recommended to us when we needed help on a handicap van that was donated to us back in 2009. Chris and his crew always gives personalize service and takes time to listen to all our concerns. The repairs are explained in length and pricing is always fair.
