The service manager Alex A. is very detail oriented and committed to doing the best job possible on your car. My car required 3 stage painting which was very detailed and tedious... But Alex and his crew came through with flying colors! Kudos to a great team effort. My car looks like new, thanks guys!!!

Very friendly work staff. They looked at my car and gave me a discussion of what they figured it needed, let me know while.they were working on it and finally called me that it was completed and I picked my car up and was very happy about how it looked. They did an excellent job!

Great work, Justin's communication was excellent, and the delivery was very helpful. My only suggestion would be for the workers to use some sort of mat on the floorboard. My driver's mat took a lot of scrubbing to clean up. Thanks for the excellent work. I will return if I need any auto repairs in the future.

We sent a car in that had been hit by another person on recommendation from AAA. They kept the car for over 3 weeks. The guy calls me to come get the car immediately when it's completed even though I had to arrange for return of the rental car to create a parking spot for this car. He was super pushy, like take your time take your time take your time on his end and 3 weeks to repair some dents, but it's done and you need to pick it up immediately. Like the next day would not have been good enough. So I made arrangements to free up a parking spot so he could drop the car off, I called back and he doesn't answer. I called back a second time he wouldn't answer. I called back a third time he would not answer. And now randomly there are red paint fingerprints on the tan interior of the car. I would say not very good service, and not very good work either. This is my experience, it may be a one-off as nobody gets it perfect 100% of the time, myself included. But I won't be going back there because I didn't care for the service.

Fantastic work, super communications with Nick. And the delivery was so helpful to us that day. My only suggestion would be for the workers to use some sort of mat on the floorboard. Caliber Collision is the best place to go for auto body. The communication between insurance company and Caliber was seamless . I barely had to do anything . I worked with Alex LaCosta who explained the work on my car with perfect detail . Everyone was courteous and professional. My car was returned promptly and in mint condition.

I used the Poway location for an insurance claim repair. The staff was overwhelmingly wonderful, kind, and accomodating. My vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule and the quality of the work done was immaculate. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.

I highly recommend the Poway location. I picked this location because of the reviews, and it did not disappoint. This team is amazing with communication and dealing with the insurance. My vehicle was ready late on a Friday night, and they met me on a Saturday to pick up my vehicle so I can have my vehicle for the holidays. Thank you Ray & Nick for everything.

Came to get half of my car painted they did an amazing job and got it done quick, it looks brand new, Alex was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure the repairs went smoothly! Highly recommend!

The Caliber collision in Poway did an excellent job on my car. They came in on time and a day early. Katie and his staff go the extra distance to ensure that you are happy and understand the process. They even offered to pick me up so that I could pick up my car.

Very professional crew. They manage your expectations very well. They have very little parking onsite however so you can t leave your vehicle there very long after it s done. So leaving your vehicle and going on a trip isn t an option at this location

Ray, Nick, and Justin were all wonderful, professional, courteous, and did everything in their power to process my truck's collision estimate as quickly as possible, EVEN THOUGH, they were swamped with tons of inbound wrecks to do intake and of course write estimates for. The whole team there including the very nice young lady at the front desk whose name I didn't get, were spot on. Seven Stars!!!! Thank you guys!!!!

The service I received at caliber collision surpass any expectations I could ever have imagined. Justin was on point and a pleasure to work with.
