They have changed their ownership recently. I am not sure whether it's related or not. But no doubt Worst service we ever had!!!The body shop condition is bad. Construction is cheaply put out together and equipments seem poor too, way below the standard bar as an authorized dealership service.People there are unprofessional at all. If you are with one agent at the beginning, then other people are not helping you at all even when your agent is not at work. Sorry your agent is not here, please wait till he is back. I assume it has something to do with their commission but all these inconveniences and time cost should not be transferred to customers.They jump from one task to another then they forgot you; they hang off your call and promise to call you back in 5 mins but never did; they had no clue about what the problem is, then they started addressing some nonsense reasons; ...anyways, I will never come back to that place again. It was a disaster. And I will file a complaint to their headquarter.

Wasn't initially planning on purchasing a vehicle in the San Diego area as that's quite a drive (4-5+ hours depending on traffic) from where I live, but found a great deal on my dream car there and their team (Chris, Diego, and their sales manager.. believe his name was Brian, as well as their GM Ryan) has been so very helpful and extremely responsive with all of my questions that it's worth making the drive! Terrific service so far, will update this review once I have the keys in hand!

We thought we had a great sales experience but come to find out the car that we purchased didn t even have tail light bulbs and reverse light bulbs, until we got pulled over by Sheriff department, the oil for the engine was over filled by a quart or 2, the wiper blade wasn t even attached. While we were in finance, the finance person told us that the bank included a service package but really it was a dealer service package. When we contacted the bank, the bank told us that the dealer included the service package without acknowledging us of it. We were never offered a service package to begin with! Now the back window on the car that was purchased doesn t roll down and our sales men will not return our text. Been to the dealership four times after the purchase all in one week!!!

Loved working with Jerimy at Aaron Ford of Poway. He s the most knowledgeable salesman about any Ford Vehicle that I ve ever met. He s completely passionate about what he does and has worked for Ford since a teenager. If you need any new vehicle go to Jerimy!!! This is the beautiful new truck he found for me

I had such a great experience getting my first new car !! We had Tony help us and he made everything so easy and did everything he could to help us and find the car that fit for my lifestyle!! From start to finish. My experience with buying my truck was great. I spoke to Devin the sales manager over the phone to see if a specific vehicle was available. Then, I arrived at the dealerships and met Devin who then introduced me to Jimmy my salesman. They both helped me out and made for a good experience in purchasing my vehicle. I would recommend you come in and see them if looking to buy a vehicle.

Got a call from Ford regarding a recent recall on my car, and they offered to send a mobile Ford tech to my home to complete a software update that would address the recall. I appreciate them reaching out with this option because it s more of a hassle for me to travel to the dealership to address the recall. When the tech came by, he was helpful and communicative and the work was done within 20 minutes.

The technician was on time and super knowledgeable. To have a mobile unit show up with everything they need to fix my issue was just great. Not having to sit for hours in a waiting room to fix a 30 minute issue was priceless. Poway Ford is my new go to for the simple fact that they care about the customer!!

Devin and Jimmy are the real deal! They got us out of a pretty messed up situation and into an amazing deal. They treated us with respect, kindness, and fairness which is all you can ask in a dealership. I would only trust these guys and Marc did a great and quick job with financing as well. What a night and day difference from our original purchase, we appreciate you guys!

Turned our vehicle in for a recall, the staff was friendly, patient and informative of how the process would be of replacing a recall. A very different experience we had from Ford 5 years ago. We avoided Ford because of consistent rude treatment from staff when we purchased our first Ford vehicle so it was a surprise to be treated with respect & kindness from the new staff. Ford has changed and our thoughts have also changed. We are even considering of buying another car for our kid. Thanks to Joe for working on the recall, he changed our opinions of going to Ford. Awesome guy.

I was contacted by Cameron Cole at Aaron Ford because I was selling my 2014 Mini Cooper Convertible. Mr Cole s emails say that he is from Aaron Ford though he later told me he was not part of the dealership. Keep in mind that Mr Cole was wearing a shirt that clearly said Aaron Ford. One of many lies perpetrated by Cameron Cole and his band of professional liars. I have text messages from Mr Cole saying Aaron Ford would beat any written offer I had for my car. I had a well researched written offer for $11,150. Once I arrived at the dealership I was told that Mr Cole was not there - one more lie on the books for Aaron Ford. I was helped by another liar who never bothered to introduce himself. The offer from Aaron Ford was $3,500 less than my written offer. I may not have a math degree, but that does not seem to be more to me. Mr Cole s arrogant associate went on to deal with me and said they were no longer willing to beat my written offer. Mr Cole returned to the scene to tell me they just didn t need my car that badly. They will write a rebuttal to my review and say my written offer was not valid because the other dealer had not inspected the vehicle yet, but the offer was honored by the other dealership on the same day. Be careful when dealing with Aaron Ford. It may be difficult to understand who works there and who doesn t. Rest assured they will all lie to you with the same ease.

THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Contacted this dealership about a van we saw online, made an appointment to see it this morning. Met our sales person who pulled the van up for us to inspect. While we are looking at the van another salesman walks up with 2 people and starts looking at the same van. Our guy takes my license inside to get okayed for a test drive. When we get inside the van I say to our salesman wow that was really rude of the other salesman and made sure that we had first priority for the vehicle since we were there first and he assured us we did. We took a nice long test drive then looked at our car for a possible trade-in. We go inside and see the other people sitting at a desk with rude salesman and when we get to the office of our guy we find out the other guy wrote up sales contract on the van while we were test driving it!!!TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Sales manager claimed they have first come first serve policy but that was not the case. We were definitely first but were undermined by an unethical salesman and the dealership allowed him to do it. I would never do business with this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone else. Buyer beware!!

I had 4 recalls issued for my 21 F-150.The service techs from Aaron Ford of Poway drive out to my place in El Cajon to take care of three of them. They showed up on time and got them taken care of in about 20 minutes or so. Fast quick service and they worked with me to accommodate my work schedule.Great job guys.

I had a mobile Oil Change at my residence on 1/25/24. The service tech was friendly, on time and efficient. With a busy schedule I highly recommended this service Aaron Ford has to offer. I didn t have to drive to the facility and wait for my car. I was able to continue working while this was being done in the comfort of my own home!!!!

Had some warranty recall work needed the Aaron team picked the vehicle up from my home- allowing me to spend some much needed time at home rather than waiting at the dealership. Then the Aaron team delivered back to my house when complete. A great experience!

My Ford Maverick needed a pesky, minor recall adjustment, and I was dreading leaving my car at a dealership and waiting for hours. Aaron Ford offered to fix it in my driveway, and they drove all the way from Poway to Chula Vista to do it. Arrived on time as scheduled, did the full upgrade to the computer, and the technician could not have been nicer and more polite. Despite the distance, Aaron will be my place to go for service or questions. A great place with which to do business.

Came out to my house to handle the recall repair. Took them a little less than half an hour. My local dealer wanted two days to diagnose the problem, even though it was a recall. Guys were professional And fast. I think I found My new dealer

I liked that my car was diagnosed within the day, and that they allowed me to pick it up the next day. My tire pressure was checked and filled and I liked that my car was detailed. I liked that my invoice had a detailed diagnosis of my car horn. Overall it was good customer service experience. Ben was very helpful.I am taking one star off because I am going to get a different quote to repair the horn, but if I cant find a lower fee I would use this Ford.

With all the dealers out there I would recommend skipping this one. Not sure how a manager can say they did not "intentionally ignore" several text messages and voice messages spanning over a 2 days course, that seems very much like intentional ignoring to me. Regardless, many promises and of course failure to communicate or follow through.
