Napa needs to reevaluate their prices. Needed a pvc valve and they wanted to change almost 9 dollars, while having it shipped in since it wasn't in stock. Drove to Quincy to the other auto parts store and they not only had a friendlier staff, but the pvc valve I needed for like 3 dollars.

6/11/18Ray and his co worker. I apologize I don't know his name. Are awesome, informative, and friendly.My boyfriend asked questions about a problem we were experiencing with one of our vehicles. Ray was knowledgable and helpful. We thank the guys at Portola NAPA Auto Parts.

Ordered a part for my vw, they ordered the wrong part then instead of a refund I got charged. Then I got a rude personal call and was told I owed them money. How does that happen, you clowns owe me for 2 refunds since I was charged instead of refunded, get it? learn to use your POS

I am just so frustrated and disappointed with this business.We are visiting family up here in Portola, and we drove up here. We had my father in law look at our vehicle (he is a mechanic) and we decided to go ahead and put new brakes on our vehicle.My husband and I went to the local auto parts store (Napa) and asked for the brakes we needed. Chad told us that he would have to order the correct ones and they would be ready the next day. He assured is that they would be in and everything would be ready to go.We payed for the brakes in advance and picked them up today, Friday, June 17 and they were the wrong ones! We leave today and can't wait for another order to be put in.I'm extremely upset as not only were these the wrong ones, when we called and spoke to Michael about the mix up, he made a comment along the lines of ,"Not Again!" To top it all off, this "auto parts expert" thought that my Hyundai Santa Fe was a Chevrolet! Like, seriously!!!!? The make is a Hyundai!I just can't even believe that Napa employees people who are so incompetent as well as knowing that this is a reoccurring problem.This is beyond ridiculous and Napa should take corrective steps to make sure thier company name is not dragged down by total incompetence.
