For over forty years, we were required to utilize the services of PG&E down at "sea level" for our natural gas needs. Dozens of times, screaming at Customer Service folks......Now we have moved to the The Sierras and have a choice in our gas needs. We decided on High Sierra Gas, and have had almost as many great experiences with the staff there. This past Winter has proven just how difficult service can be with storms, higher gas usage, etc, and the gang at High Sierra has not only been competitively priced, but also have bent over backwards to get us delivery, come storm or sunny skies.

High Sierra propane is excellent. Competitive on pricing and very good customer service. The deliveries are regular and worry-free and the office staff are pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to reach.

It so nice to walk into the office and be greeted with smiles and meaningful hello s & what can we do for you.After last years record breaking snowfall I have even more respect for the drivers going out there wading through the snow & dragging the hose around to keep us filled at the Sierra Motel, Nichole s Coffee & Deli & our home.Friendly, knowledgeable & competitive prices says it all. Keep up the excellent work & thank you for your service.

After a number of serious missed delivery problems, High Sierra was recommended to us. They promptly came out in very poor weather, replaced and improved the position of our tank after expert analysis. They've kept our tank filled during all weathers and without a delay or miss. We're very pleased with the dependability.

I just want to say Misty and Emmet and everyone else at High Sierra are the best. When we were at the absolute bottom they helped us to come out on top. High Sierra is about community. We appreciate everyone at High Sierra.

When I first moved to Reno I wanted to stay local with any services I could. When my propane company was bought by some HUGE gas giant and my money was going to BOSTON, I switched to High Sierra. I have had nothing but great service and they are a LOCAL company with great people. When my owner tank over pressure valve failed, Shane was there within the hour and told me what to do until he got there. Can't say enough good things about them.

We shifted our propane service to High Sierra for both of our homes and have delighted with the service we have received. From installing a new 500 gallon underground tank to routine deliveries we have always had a good experience. We love the fact that this is a local business and they care about their neighbors.

High Sierra Gas is a local Plumas County company that has excelled and successfully expanded . The reason is exceptional service , great people and attentive personal attentional. No regrets switching to them many many years ago.

High Sierra Propane is prompt with their deliveries and conscientious about dogs and property while delivering their product. I cannot comment about pricing as I haven't recently compared their prices to other companies in the area. I believe though that they are very competitive.

This is an amazing company! When I call I get fast and friendly service. I never worry about whether the propane tank has enough gas for my Airbnb guests because it always does. Way to go High Sierra Propane!

Our Winters in the Sierra Nevada can be mild, or they can be brutal, like the Winter of 2022/23. Record amounts of cold and snowfall. That means you need a supplier of propane that literally keeps us from freezing to death. High Sierra has been sterling in it s approach and compliance with our needs under oftentimes dangerous conditions. Office staff is professional and accommodating, and I think they give the field staff hell, in their attempt to keep their customers safe. High Sierra Propane is truly a company that s a pleasure to do business with ..

The staff have been very responsive to the challenges that have presented themselves lately, including propane shortages and inclement weather. They let us know of our proposed delivery window so we can coordinate with our snow removal contractor to open a path for the delivery. I disagree with the added delivery charge but need the propane.
