Awesome service. I came in for an alignment, process was very fast In and out under an hour. Staffs were professional but they did mess up my front splitter. I understand my car is low but a discount or apology would ve been nice.

After getting my van back, from it being stolen from a homeless family, I was faced with it needing some general maintenance, windshield replacement and major, I seriously do mean major detailing. I decided to get the maintenance done first to make sure I had the correct clean fuel levels, spark plugs, etc to be able to drive it. I knew exactly where I wanted to go to get things done due to the previous customer service I received when I bought a tire a year ago. I was very happy to see nothing had changed. I once again received the same excellent customer service by, not just one person but everyone that was working there today. They were professional the entire time and continiously checked to see how I was doing as I waited for the work to be completed. Thank you for your great service, patience and professionalism. You have a customer for life.

Went in to get a 4 wheel alignment done, the price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Also met some great customers to chat with while waiting. They have earned my future business and will recommend them to everyone I know.

This is a fantastic l, friendly place. The environment is friendly, and professional. Unlike other shops and establishments, you can just tell that this one is a true, and honest shop.I was updated on any other issues related with my vehicle, and definitely feel I got the best price. Will definitely be making this the shop for any of my car needs.

Have had some issues with low tires every time I have stopped for air in them the young men have been so helpful and prompt to help me just had new tires put on and they also were very honest about what I needed and helped me get the best value and worked around my schedule to put them on always accommodating and kind found the best place for future services thank you for everything

I went in early morning before work and told the guy I had nails in my two front tires he came back in and said my light was not on and all tires were normal in air but I explained no the evening prior my tires were flat and that morning also hence why I was there but I filled air before getting there so I was able to drive my car.. he came back and said oh I only found one on the right the left front one was fine I m not a auto technician I just know they were both flat.. I went to work after work AGAIN my car tire was flat on the left side where he said it was fine I work out of town so I had to go to second tire shop closer where as soon as I explained to them they took the tire out and put it in water told me the tire didn t have a nail but it had two holes NEVER going back here again they charged me $32 to not fix the issue where the other tire shop charged me $12. And there service was definitely faster than here.

Best customer service I've ever encountered, thus far. My jeep needed some work done, and I had some parts that sort of worked. Their knowledgeable staff came together and made a solution to use what I had to save myself a penny and left the jeep driving amazing.I Definitely will be coming here for all my maintenance car needs.

It was a better experience than I was expecting. I should have just called them first. They had more availability in tire brands they could actually get than any other tire store company. They take their jobs seriously. They took care of my car properly. Job was done right the first time. I will go back.

A local dealership which had serviced my truck for years quoted me $2,700 to replace control arms on the front end. I took my truck to these guys for a second opinion. They informed me that the front end was still tight, needed no replacement and only a front end alignment. These guys are getting all my business from this point forward. Honest, timely and convenient.

Excellent service. Everyone I interacted with at TF Tire was super friendly and kind. I had to get 2 new tires. They didn't have my size in stock but managed to get them within a couple of hours.

Extremely satisfied with the level of customer service that was given to me and my family by the group of guys over at TF Tire in Porterville. They treated us like family. They accommodated my kids while we waited with gifts and items to draw with. I couldn t be any happier with the outcome of our vehicles tire service. I d recommend them to anyone. On vacation from Portland Oregon, I popped my tire enroute and drove my car into town on a weenie wheel. I called TF tire first thing in the morning. They got me in an hr later. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody who needs tires or brake work.

Took my car in to have a slow leak repaired in my back tire the staff here were very friendly & efficient. They had my tire repaired & my car back on the road within 15 min. Definitely will be using them should I require their services again

When I called on a Monday morning they were able to get me in for an oil change balance rotate tires and were very professional and friendly. From the first time I took my car they have always given me a discount on a service. They are great.

Excellent customer service, but for a full service Oil change I thought it would ve came with getting your car vacuumed and the windshield wash. Now I want to follow up on my car to make sure all the fluids where filled properly, and to check the air filter to see if it was replaced,along with the wipers. I know Walmart s full service does it all, and it s a bit cheaper.

They patched the tire. They did a good job. Except they left the spare tire raising and lowering rod in the rear of the truck. It fell out as I was leaving. I went back to pick it up.
