This is the only place I take my car love the employees the service took my car random times with the exception of 1 time due to going in 10 min before closing but they still checked my car out even tho I had to take it in the next morning all the other times in and out same day this place is always busy and always made time to fit me every time I show up they do everything there so why would I go any where else keep up the good work fellas

My car was making a noise for a while. Took it to different shops and no one knew what it was. First visit here and within 5 minutes they found the problem. Really recommend they are so friendly and professional.

I couldn't leave here without leaving a review.They fixed an issue with my camper trailer wheel and lugs/studs. The studs were previously damaged and the wheel had fallen off on the road. They had their specialist work on it to find the proper studs from across the town and fix it quick. They went the extra mile and fixed the wheel fender too.Good price and good turn around time.Besides they were the happiest bunch of guys to interact with. Best service I have ever come across.

They had my truck for over a month! $10,000 later and it s still not fixed! They lied about having a proper diagnostic done on it at a dealership, then lied again when I took it back to them to properly fix the problem about contacting said dealership. This place is a joke! Never call you back when they say they will, never once initiated contact the entire month they had my vehicle, I had to contact them for any and all updates. Never again will I use them or recommend them to anyone.

This place was a nightmare! They said they could fix my car and after 1,500 dollars it still had the same problems I went in with. Talked with the owner and the guy that answered the phones. Said they would call back and never did. Kept trying to get back in and they would not call me back. I even spoke with the owner and he wouldn't do anything. Come to find through another shop they did not do the repairs they said they did. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I know if others that have had similar experiences. Really bad business!!!

Up north in Rohnert Park. A great team called Automotive Excellence took great care of me and my car. Here, I found a great place that did the exact same. This place took care of me and my car. If you come, please be patient. Let them do their job so you can leave satisfied to leave a review. I never once pressured them. I was patient and got a great result to give them 5 stars A+

This shop is under new management and it shows, my early 2000s camper van broke down passing through Porterville and my brakes went out on me which is never what you want, especially during a 93 degree heat wave! After calling around town bright and early on Friday morning and getting several "do you want an appointment mid to late next week?" I called Roscoes and even though they were slammed, Carlos said he could try to squeeze me in. Though they weren't able to get to me that day, the guys spent all day Saturday fixing my home on wheels and got me out of there as soon as they could with fair and honest work.Michael was incredibly kind on the phone, answered all of my questions, and was direct and honest when the work was delayed which is totally understandable considering the state of the world. When it was time to pick up the van, I sat in the lobby for a bit and watched him treat his customers and team with a level of kindness, respect and humor that I haven't seen often at an auto shop especially right now.Thanks for the help, y'all!

These guys are really great. They will talk with you and explain everything to you about your car and listen to your questions and answer them for you. They are respectful and honest. I will take my car back to them when ever it needs any kind of work done. Really a bunch of great guys.

Brought my car in to have some work done. Met Marcus the owner and he gave me his cell number so he could text me updates. Then I got the mechanics number for updates. After a month, I heard nothing but "its done," Went to pick it up and the mechanic that worked on it had been fired, the car had not been finished, nobody could tell me anything about it, and there was an extra $300 added to the price. He said "I'll have Marcus call you." He didn't.

I'm not at all satisfied, I believe I was gouged. I spent $1570 and my car isn't repaired. I checked at another area tire shop to be told the work I had done could have been done by a reputable mechanic for $200 + cheaper*I'd like to say that the needed repairs were done after I complained. My car was fixed free of charge. The prices were steep but overall I was ultimately satisfied.

Terrible employees super rude we were parked there for 2 min and they came to shoo us away and then we parked on the side of the st (that doesn t belong to them ) and they kept staring at us giving dirty looks

Polite & fast service.I had a flat tire this morning and I went to American Tire Depot where they wouldn't patch it & wanted me to replace all my tires. I'm on a budget right now because of the holidays so I decided to try Roscoe's. I was having a really bad day and the man at the counter was so friendly. I was so delighted to see that they were able to put a patch on my 3 year old tires. When the day comes to replace my tires I'll definitely be back here.

Doesn t make you feel stupid and explains everything and gives you a printout. Uses paper in the floorboard and didn t leave grease in the vehicle like other places. Will definitely be back

The Meltons and their staff have always taken good care of me and my trucks. The prices are competitive and the mechanics know what they're doing. If you need tires, allignment, a tune up or AC service don't hesitate to take your car or truck to Meltons. Local company employing local people.

Came in today for a oil change and ac service. I called before i came in and i was told no wait time to come in. Its almost 2 and 1/2 hrs and still waiting.

Roscoe's is the best place in town to get your tires oil change and others stuff done. We lost a wonderful man almost two weeks ago & my heart goes out to the Roscoe's family. If you need anything done in there ask for carlos and he will take care of you needs to tou vechical

Roscoe Melton's Discount Tires is the best place in Porterville California to get tires for your car. Prices are great and you a treated like family. I've been buying tires here for many years for many different vehicles and have never had any issues.

Only reason I'm leaving a one star is so I can say this never take your vehicles here they are very rude and unprofessional yell at the customer and threatened to call police because they did a shifty job had car back 4 days and broke down again ....ya they are going to be hearing from a lawyer and my insurance investigators

The staff are friendly and get the job done quick. Ive seen people come in on there lunch breaks for service and theyre out the door done before there break is over. Very good service

Great people and service. Pretty good prices too! They dont do smogs yet but it is going to be doing them in the near future.
