I recently had a great experience at Premier Tire and Service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided fast and honest service. They also had some of the best prices around. I'll definitely be sure to stop by again. Thank you guys!

Excelente servicio. Muy amables. First time here. They patched up my tire with no appointment. Fast service and good communication. They were very friendly and fast. My kids and mom watched TV in the waiting room and didn't want to leave.

Found this place through word of mouth and glad I did. Right off the bat greeted with exceptional service from David. I felt welcome and truly valued as a customer. David is very knowledgeable and was very transparent with me throughout my entire service process. Highly recommend to stop by for all your auto services.

Staff was really respectful and kind. One thing I really liked was a small thing that I said that I had just woken up, it was already around 2pm. And instead of a funny comment like "Really?" They asked "You work nights?". I do, and that little comment just made me feel better about getting my car serviced there. People that understand the working class. Went in for an oil change and they also made sure to rotate my tired free of charge. Great quality service. Would go again for my next service.

Great, honest staff! Pulled in 30 minutes to closing, without hesitation they immediately greeted me asked what brought me in, answered every question I had, and serviced my vehicle. I will be back again.

Amazing service and the guys were really nice to us. We had a flat tire due to a nail and they changed the tire, checked the pressure in all tires and made us good to go for the roads again. If I could, I would give 10 stars! Best Shop in town!

Been a loyal customer of David and Dale since they were at Big Brand Tire Service. Glad they decided to go out on their own. In my years of dealing with them, you won't find a more respectful and honest shop in Porterville. You are going to pay the labor rate regardless of where you go but why not pay that money to someone you can trust. They are honest, give you options, and don't try to upsell you like other shops and the dealerships. They tell you if they find a deficiency but there is never any pressure to buy and they work with you. Please give these guys a shot on your next tire purchase or vehicle service. We need local owned small business to stay in business.

Exceptional service, competent and very professional, helpful and friendly. Owners David and Dale bring years of experience as regional managers with Big Brand Tires and it shows by how well things are run and the shop having all the right equipment. Highly recommend.

They re the best in town! Came in for brake check and they did a lot more to get my car running better. They explain in details what needs to be done and why. The price is worth their services. Place is cool and cozy. They offer bottled water and freshly brewed coffee too for free! The staff are very accommodating. I always go to them for any car concerns!

Great service, efficient, friendly, honest and a great team. Patched my tire free and did not take any renumeration even when I pressed. No upsell nor pressure to buy anything. Was told they are competitive on price for new tires as well.

Went in for a tire repair, everyone there was courteous and professional. The wait time is reasonable, and they were attentive to incoming customers. This was my first time at this tire shop, I would definitely look into other services with this company.

You will not find another business in town with such great customer service. Every individual there has great customer service. Dale sat with me to make sure I was getting the best tire for my daughter's first car along with the best price. Keep up the great work Dale.
