Best Experience Ever at Porterville Ford !! From the moment I sent the email inquiring about a vehicle I had seen online, Kenny was quickly responsive to me! Drove 40 minutes to them, was greeted by Kenny and he was so professional and made my dream car come to life !! Everything fell into place how I wanted it !! From trading in my current vehicle & working with me.. They made it happen for me !! No hassle, No back n forth. Im ecstatic!! Thank you Kenny and all of your team there at Porterville Ford for making my buying experience sooo worth it !!!!

I went into Ford knowing what I wanted, when my sales rep Angel showed me the cars on the lot I test drove 3 , but they just weren t what I was looking for, and he was able to tell . Lucky for me they went above and beyond and found a 2024 Mustang, in the perfect price range. Angel also picked the car up and transported it back to Porterville for me, and had it ready the next day. Amazing Customer Service !

Eric was a great guy, but whoever was doing finance that day wasn't having a good one. Very dismissive and condescending attitude with no interest in making the purchasing experience exciting or pleasurable. The service guy who was there at 8:00am to chat was also super pleasant and nice! The only reason I will not be purchasing a car from Porterville Ford is because of the bad experience with the guy in finance; it has nothing to do with the deal that was proposed or even the numbers really, it all came down to attitude.

I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new 2024 Mustang GT. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service By Joel Cruz.

Edited to add: our truck needed warranty work. (We paid for the extended warranty through Ford) We took it to a dealer closer to us who said none of the issues were covered and tried to charge us $4,000 for the work. They said we didn t purchase the right extended warranty. We were shocked!We called Porterville Ford and asked about the warranty we purchased. The finance person wasn t in yet so Jay, the Service Manager took a look at our warranty contract and determined that all the issues we listed were in fact covered. He had us bring the truck to him and found out one of the issues was actually covered under a recall that the other Ford dealership didn t catch. I m so happy we thought to call Porterville Ford before paying this other horrible dealership. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford!We traded in our older truck for a 2013 F350. I felt that they gave us a good amount for our trade in, and made the process easy.Natalie was our salesperson who was very personable and pleasant.Rob, the sales manager was nice and straightforward. He offered us a fair amount for our trade, with no hassle.Rami, the finance manager was so easy to work with. He worked to get us the best interest rate he could.Overall we are very happy with our experience with Porterville Ford.

We recently purchased a new-to-us 2020 Ford Explorer Limited. We had a great experience working with Natalie, who was both knowledgeable and kind and was never pushy. Porterville Ford gave us a little more than Kelley Blue Book value for our trade-in, which helped us get the payments down to where we were more comfortable. They also found another credit union who gave us an even better deal than the credit union we were working with ourselves. We also had contact with Craig in the Service Department, who was great to work with. He sent technicians to my work to pick up the vehicle so that it could have its windshield replaced and was professional and courteous in all our dealings with him. The whole process went smoothly and we spent less time in a dealership than we ever had before. 5 stars for Porterville Ford! Thanks again, guys!

I ve purchased my last 2 new cars from Porterville Ford, great service both times. This last time Kenny followed up with a trade in offer and Selena got me out the door and did everything she could to make it within my budget. They ll always be my first choice in service and purchasing new vehicles

I really needed a car. My house burned down and my husband divorced me. I m 69 years old and at this point in my life buying a car was very stressful. When I came into Porterville Ford I was nervous. When I met Selena, she had a great smile. She was professional, yet she was warm and caring. Selena made me feel like I mattered. She made buying a car delightful and a good experience. I had been looking for a car other places but they were nothing like Porterville Ford. Your the best.

We had a very pleasant and easy time buying our new Ford Maverick from Natalie with Porterville Ford. We had inquired about the truck before we went up there and she made sure they had it available, warmly greeted us when we arrived, and was easy to work with. Everyone we worked with was friendly and enjoyable. Would recommend taking the short drive, very much worth it.

There was a mix up with my appointment time but, Ivan Tapia made sure I still got my car in and out in a timely manner. Matter of fact it was done earlier then I expected. He went above and beyond with his services. He was kind, understanding, and completely turned my day around. He has no idea of how much his kindness blessed me. I truly appreciate his actions that day. I will definitely be going back!!

We had an awesome purchasing experience with Porterville Ford. I had looked online the night prior and had sent a request to verify the vehicle that I was looking at was the correct trim. I received a response first thing Sunday morning from Sales Associates Natalie Angeles.As I arrived at the dealership I was greeted outside by Natalie. Natalie was extremely courteous and was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle.I never felt the any easy pressure to purchase the vehicle by neither Natalie or anyone else at the dealership. I was able to finalize a deal on the vehicle and purchased it.Thank you Natalie and to the entire team at Porterville Ford. I appreciate your professionalism and hospitality during my purchase.

The young sales manager here is terrible. I believe he was the used car sales manager.Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.The manager here is obnoxious and very cocky, I wish I had his name but he wouldn t give it to me. You know it s not always about the money it s more about how you get treated and the service. It s not what you say but how you say it, this dealership just isn t it. Stay away.

I have nothing but postive reviews for Porterville Ford especially for saleperson Kenny Bohmen. We called Kenny because we knew what we wanted and asked him to make us a deal. And boy was he on it!! Within minutes after giving him our info we were pre-qualified and on our way home with a beautiful car I fell in love with moment I laid eyes on it. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced all my car buying years.

To be honest, my 1st time trying to buy a car from Porterville Ford wasn t a good experience but a few years later I decided to give it one more shot and I m glad I did Deepak did his thing and made it happen with a super low interest rate and a great price on my new car fast forward to now Selena assisted me with my 2nd car from Porterville Ford and did a fantastic job and Deepak once again made it happen everything I wanted he delivered. 5 stars
