Bought a 2023 Jeep Renegade and one week later got intro a car accident and car was a total loss. We went back to the dealer to see if we could get into another car. We knew it was a long shot. However, they made it happen! I can say that they genuinely care about their customers and do whatever they can to get them the best deal possible. Very happy with Hector our salesmen and the managers.

Porterville Jeep took GREAT care of me!Other local dealerships were too busy to offer the personal care of ensuring I got the right part in a timely manner. Which was really important, considering I would be driving 90 minutes.The double-checking their stock, allowing me to order over the phone, follow-up communication prior to my appt., and moving up my appt. one week due to locating my part sooner, all made visiting the dealership wait for it A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!Thanks so much!

Had my appointment at a good hour, they were very accommodating to my schedule. Dropped car off, requested I be told immediately when service was done. Got my phone call and off I went to pick it up. It was fast and easy ! No wait time in dropping off or picking up! Very friendly and helpful staff!

Not only was Fernando very knowledgeable in his position, but the entire staff are great and very knowledgeable as well. The management team have been highly trained and have a vast amount of experience in the industry.I highly recommend, that anyone who is ready to purchase a new vehicle, go to Porterville Dodge Chrysler Jeep and allow the staff to work their magic as they have done for me and so many others, even when we didn t think we would qualify for anything!

Arrived at Chrysler jeep dealership in porterville on Monday morning, 1-29-24, for service to my 2021 Chrysler. I didn't have an appointment, however, service rep Vikrant stated he would make space to service my vehicle. He was very cordial and helpful, offering refreshments and transportation if I didn't have a ride. My vehicle was serviced and specific repairs I requested were completed. I am very satisfied with the prompt and professional services.

Closest to home dealership. The service advisor Jose Zepeda is awesome, he will meet and surpass your expectations when it comes to your vehicle s needs. The dealership has been remodeled and is amazing. They have some delicious amenities such as coffee and snacks. In addition if you need a ride home they will offer a shuttle. We also purchased our vehicle from there and it was an enjoyable process compared to the neighboring dealerships. Thanks to Adam Avalos for assisting us and still to this day follows up with our vehicle purchase. Over all amazing and helpful staff.

Jeep Chrysler in Porterville is definitely the place to go for all your vehicle needs. I bought my car back in 2022 and have been going to Jeep Chrysler in Porterville ever since. They always give the best customer service while making sure my car is always ready for the road.

Dustin gave us a great experience, he told us exactly what we could get and he was right never expected it but he absolutely got us what we wanted and we are extremely happy with the outcome great customer service in and out in within 2 hours

Hector was our sales person and he was great. We made the trip out to Porterville from Hanford and we happily drove back our new jeep. They went above and beyond to get us to a number we were comfortable with and the sales manager (don t want to butcher his name) was amazing. He made sure the vehicle was to our liking and a minor defect would be taken care of when we were able to make it back to the dealer. Mark ups are crazy all over California and these guys really worked with us, I can t say that for the other 15 dealerships that keep sending me emails and texts trying to get us at 10k over msrp. Thank you once again guys!

Brought a truck in that had been at lampe visalia on 2 separate occasions for the same issues. Truck still had problems and brought it here. They were able to diagnose and fix the actual problem in half the time of lampe and half the price. I will be doing all of my dodge buisness here from now on.

Always an awesome experience! Went in for an oil change saturday morning around 8:30-no appt. I was planning on leaving my truck there all day, since it was a walk in. Fernando told me they could possibly have it ready around noon/lunch time. Got a call at 9:27 that it was done!Was assuming they d take their time, since i left the vehicle there, but it was quick and painless

They are outstanding. But they are not paying attention to the finer details, on the oil change and filter change they forgot to reset the oil life sensor.

Horrible Service/Warranty Department - purchased a brand new vehicle and about a month later noticed some defects on the defect on the paint such as cracks near the antenna chips covered with non matching touch up paint and defective cracking. Took the truck in and spoke with Jeff. Jeff got the service manager involved and told me it would be taken care of. Jeff said he would get back to me which he didn't. I followed up multiple time weeks apart only to be told he is still waiting from the paint shop and would get back to me. Months later I finally spoke with service director only to be told the issues were submitted to dodge and we're denied. I'm extremely upset as the cracked paint can lead to rust before truck is even paid in full. What a mistake of purchasing here. These guys run their own show. I can't believe this is okay with Dodge corporate! Don't make the same mistake I did, go somewhere else!

I recently had my 2022 Jeep Cherokee serviced. I have owned Chevrolets, Fords, and now my Jeep that I love. This service department is by far the best. Thank you William for your professionalism at check-in. Thank you to all of the staff who repeatedly asked if there was anything they could get for me while I waited. Thank you to Kaylee for contacting me a few days later to be sure I was satisfied with the service I received. This is truly the best dealership with the best staff in the valley. Great customer service!

The first car 2020 Ford escape I've had nothing but problems since May 23rd for my birthday has to go back in the shop a third time or more it needs to be gone or have a lemon law so I don't have to deal with it anymore it's terrible I wish I had never got it I didn't know it was in. My second car I just got is a Jeep I'm not sure it looks like an SUV it's a 2021 the payments and stuff are much lower I was very pleased with the people that help me I can't remember the Spanish gentleman's name and Dustin which was the other person that helped me so I'm very pleased for now we'll see what the days go along is being used as a doordash

Came in for a tailgate recall. Inspection went quickly and I was on my way in a few minutes.It s not 5 stars because I had called and left a message with service the week before to set up an appointment and never received a call back.
