This store is around the corner from where I live so I go there a lot it's convenient for me well I did go there a lot I went a couple days ago to get CHEMICAL GUY ALL SURFACE CLEANER & a CHAMOIS there was NO CHAMIOS the employee that rang me up said they had some in the back and gave me 2 prices then I seen what was on the screen those are not chamois I don't want those he said yeah maybe it's a off brand or something we don't have that A... OFF BRAND! REALLY GUY? wrong let's try super absorber more like is the off brand O'Reilly finest for you I'm a female and I know what a chamois is SMH

YOU GET NO STARS FROM ME. I had to select one to post.....Coming back to work from the bank I stopped by the Henderson Store to get new wipers. Friday, Jan 5, 2024, @ 11:55 am, I went into the store. One male employee was helping a customer. A female was on the phone. I stood there patiently waiting to be helped. Female worker after her phone call just walked passed the counter with her big hair do, without even saying anything to me! Not even a "I'll be with you shortly!" Nothing! Just walked by and walked back to someone taking inventory and pretended to help out. The other worker walked up the stairs and I stood there waiting for someone to help me. NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME!!! I WALKED OUT SO MAD!!!! I drove a mile away from O'Reilly's and my job to Auto Zone where as soon as the door opened I had Mr. Ruben M. waving at me to help me!!! What a difference in atmosphere!!!!! Spent more than $50.00 just because I WAS WAITED ON AND MR. RUBEN EVEN SHOOK MY HAND!! This after I told him about the incident I just had at O'Reilly's!! You need to get some workers that are willing to work and not people just waiting for a paycheck! I thought that was very rude of that lady. I AM A CUSTOMER!!! Your employees are there to tend to ALL customers not to be choosing who they want to help. YES, I am still upset that I was disrespected, ignored and made me feel like a nobody!!! My job is about 2-3 min from O'Reilly's. I AM NOW WILLING TO DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE TO AUTO ZONE WHERE I'M GONG TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT, LIKE A CUSTOMER SHOULD! I have also told this to my family and anyone willing to listen. That is NOT right. I don't need an apology! What is done is done and I will not walk back into your store because I can't get that lady out of my head! Just hire people that are willing to work and see to ALL customers who walk in. I could of told everyone in there off. But words speak louder in this forum. Hope no one has to go through the humiliation I did that day ever again!

When I stop by the Henderson Avenue store I am always asked how they might be able to help me. The same has been true for the Olive Avenue store. I feel like they want to earn and keep my business!

Always great to do business with the guys here. Their not out to just make a buck, they ll get the parts ya need and have helpful advice if you just ask. Great guys to work with when tackling the problems with your automobile.

This place is probably one of the best auto parts stores in town! I always have what I need and they're reasonable more importantly they are friendly and knowledgeable. Which is so important when it comes to my car, and even when I had a problem with something they were right there to fix it without any hassles at all my go-to place for auto parts.! The store is always clean and well-organized so that helps me find what I'm looking for in a hurry!

Ordered a part for my car and paid to have it installed and it didn't fit.had to pay mechanic twice.Not good

The worker's there are so helpful!! They go out of their way to help you! My daughter took her car there to have it checked because the check engine light was on,it turns out the battery was bad. One of the workers took my grandson to auto zone to exchange it! We were so greatful!

I tried to return an item that was never even taken out of the plastic. Let me mention the numerous people walking back and forth thru the warehouse. We a lady saw me waiting she let out a obvious sigh of unhappiness as she slowly moved to a register and regretfully asked if she could help me. I paid with a debit card but she would not refund me cash even though i produced a receipt. Needless to say someone put something in her coffee that wouldve passed as creamer but wasnt. Liven up or work from home please but dont try to excrete your unpleasantness to O Reillys customers. Now i remember why i liked Autozone better

When i feel like being ignored i dont hesitate, i simply go to my local Oreillys and watch them answer questions on the phone . While i wait 10 min. To buy a qt. Of oil.

If I could give it 0 I would! They are the worst in porterville on Henderson there trying to rip me off $125.00 on a lifetime warranty they won't honor it we will see about that ! This is a update "( I GOT MY MONEY! )

Fast service that's important when you're in business Time is money. If they don't have the part in store they will find it and deliver it to you. Friendly personal from store manager to delivery personnel
