I brought in my vw for a small repair and rRob was very friendly and knowledgeable. Rob had my car back to me the next day and explained in detail what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. I am definitely bringing my car back if it needs anymore work. Thank you Rob I know consider you family!

This place is on point. I knew after one conversation with Robert that I had found the right place. The issue with my Honda Civic wasn't a typical repair request and involved two visits to this shop. Best experience I've ever had!A hidden gem and fantastic mechanic!Thanks Robert

Stopped by to drop off my Toyota RAV4 and Robert was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great experience and was very happy with his approach not trying to push me extra services and things that I didn't need. He was honest and straight to the point. I live in San Diego and from now I'll wait until I'm back here to have my car service again whenever the time comes.

What a helpful man, we were hitting the route from another town and our car had some weard sounds, he gave us really good advice with no charge. I am grateful that we stopped at his place before the problem was getting worse.Totally recommend it!

Robert was super nice! I got a specific code on my truck with 2k miles left in a road trip. He gave me a second opinion on the code I got from my code reader. Really appreciated his input with the rest of the trip left to go.

We have only been in the area for 4 years and came across this great service garage. Robert was instrumental in identifying the problem with our vehicle and helping us get it repaired. Robert is so friendly and polite and did not take advantage of us being elderly customers. I will definitely refer him to my family because it is not every day that you find a trustworthy mechanic. Too Expensive!! I understand he needs to make his money but, theres a difference from earning it and stealing it... Car Had A Simple Problem, Charged me double the amount of time it should of taken him, but hey atleast he fixed it

Went to every Break spot in Bakersfield, Delano and Porterville and no one had the equipment to help me with my Alfa Romeo gave this spot a try and Robert was the only one to say he can take care of it, went there and like magic had my car done with in no time really appreciate this spot with good prices will definitely be back for other services in the future.

Took my manual 96 pickup truck to Robert Lozano because I was having issues with shifting gears on a Tuesday. The next day he found the problem, made a special order from Michigan, and had my truck ready by the following week on Thursday! .and for a good price too. Robert was upfront about everything, no and s, if s or but s. Definitely recommend this place.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

one of the best experiences I ve had at an automotive shop. I needed my ac recharged and the mechanic got it done fast and it s working better than it s ever worked for a fair price!! He was also very friendly which I appreciated:) will definitely be coming back if I ever need more work done. Robert Lozano has serviced our Mercury Mountaineer and Chrysler van several times. He's done excellent work. I've been impressed with his flexibility and how he goes out of his way to make sure that he fixes what needs to be fixed. I highly recommend him as a mechanic.

I was recommended this business by a good friend of mine and I wasn t disappointed. I had a EVAP issue with my 2015 Ford Fiesta and they got me in quickly, kept the work within the quoted price and kept me informed throughout the whole process as well as completed the work quickly. Our Buick Encore SUV needed brakes and tune up work and after our vehicle warranty expired, we chose to have Lozano Automotive, Porterville, CA do the work recently. We called to get a work estimate and the Office Manager, Leia Lozano took the information and called us back and gave us a written cost estimate and we like the amount and we arranged for a drop off date. Robert Lozano is the owner/mechanic and he did the tune up and brakes so efficiently that we got our SUV in such a quick turnaround. With 10 years in the business and years of car repair experience, we knew that Robert will do a great job. We trust his integrity and his kindness in dealing with customers like us. Hi so clean and organized and does efficient billing. (She even have Keurig coffee for coffeeholics like me!)We highly recommend Lozano Automotive because they do great work and love serving others!

OVERPRICED!!! Charged me 2 hrs for a 10 minute job, didn't even fix all the issues in my car even though he knew what was wrong with it, Good Luck to whoever decides to come here...
