My car looks better than ever! I appreciate the attention to detail and the great communication from the team at Golden State Paint & Body. Being able to track the progress online was great however I did appreciate the calls regarding updates. Anytime I had questions they were answered. Everyone in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Super reliable, fair, and honest business! Shout out to Ashley for saving me over $1000 from the original quote when she let me know that once they started working on the car, the damage wasn't as bad on closer inspection. I would recommend anyone looking for amazing quality work at the best price without up any up-charging. I hope my car doesn't have any issues to need to come back, but I would for sure come again.Service: Body & Trim

I have used Golden State on three different occasions and have been extremely pleased. The workmanship is flawless, when they told Me it be ready in a week ect. It was ready.. and the Service is Amazing Especially Ashley.. very professional, knowledgeable and vary pleasant.. I've recommended them to family and friends, Cause I'd definitely go back..

Recently visited to get some estimates before returning home to WI. The staff was amazing. Worked with a young lady (forget her name) but her husband was also from WI She was fabulousVery attentive to my needs and provided professional honest services. Very thorough on her inspection and knowledgeable about all information I requested.Thank you Golden State for hiring such amazing staff to work with.

Ashley was amazing to work with! She handled so much with my insurance and made the process of fixing my car extremely easy! Just make sure to take everything out of your car when you go in. Even if it s the smallest thing you think won t be touched. I took my car in, they held it for 2 weeks and when it was returned someone had stolen a an item which was the last gift my late father gave me. No effort was made to find the item besides a stern talking to the detailing crew. I was given 0 face time with any manager of any kind and was told the only thing I could do is rely on the person who took it to do the right thing. Being a big business with a good name to uphold in town, from my perspective it felt like they did close to nothing to resolve my issue, 0 offer or attempt to make it right, after coming $1000 out of pocket to pay for the work. A $1000 cost may as well been a $25,000 charge with my late fathers last gift to me being stolen.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve had four(4) of my cars fixed by Golden State body shop in the last ten years due to accidents (only one was my fault) and like always they have exceeded my expectations. Very easy process. Brizy from the auto glass side made the entire process easy. Once she noticed a problem she stepped up and said she would take care of it. Thank you for taking care of me.

The best auto body and paint shop in town. The staff are very friendly, professional and diligent on customer requests. Customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. They handle all the paperwork and insurance claims for you if needed so there's customer peace of mind. You won't be disappointed with the quality of work done on your vehicle. I would definitely return with my vehicle if I ever need work done.. I hope I never get hit by a careless driver and need work done again though!

Came to get an estimate that my insurance wanted, the lady that dose the estimate came out with dumb attitude saying she was just wasting her time so I got mad and left...turned out great for me went to a shop where they have a 4.9 star review and I can notice the difference from golden state 4.2.... costumer service is top notch and the insurance used the estimate they sent and now my whole car is getting painted....thanks golden state if it wasn't for your workers I wouldn't of found this great shop in tulare

My car was damaged due to two dogs running out in front of me. Completely crushed the front bumper and the radiator supports among other things. Was quite a bit of damage. Shop was professional and didn t get annoyed when I called. Went above and beyond to make sure my car was good to go. Thank you all so much for taking care of my car! I appreciate you and recommend you to all I speak to about it! Will def take my car here from now on! The staff here is top notch, from the friendly receptionist who greets you with a smile as you come through the door to the body guys and painters in the back. Everyone here is just great! And the quality of work is outstanding. For all your collision repair needs, body work to get out those dings and dents or just an upgraded paint job on your ride, look no further than Golden State Paint and Body. Horrible place and not willing to look out for the customers best interest my battery was stolen and swapped out for a smaller no good battery . Not willing to help me just left me stranded .thanks golden state after giving you $$ 1500 to babysit my car. Just a bunch of thief sService: BatteryService: Battery

Don t trust this place they gave me a decent estimate. Held my vehicle for a months now the total cost is more than 10 times the estimate. Vehicle is having other issues because of there negligence. They will rob your insurance.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Transparent estimates. They will tell you how it is with no sale pitch. Exactly what i look for. They gave me an estimate and i knew it was good for what the work was. Professionals at what each of them do. Great Quality work as well. I was taken to my vehicle after for confirmation on how the job was done and it was incredible. I highly reccomend them.

My car got clipped by a white pick up that was backing out of the stall next to me. It did not look like any damage was done to the body other than the bumper rubbing against the drivers rear quarter panel. The gentleman wanted to pay cash and not report it to his insurance. Yes he was insured.I took my car to Golden State auto body to get an estimate. Too my surprise, all it needed was a professional buffing.Not only did they buff out the area, there was not charge.i have always taken my vehicles to GS auto body and will continue too. I highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone in need of repairs.Again, thanks

I have taken my car to Golden State several times for different reasons (Check Engine light, broken A/C, body repairs) and I have always been satisfied with their services. Very professional/nice staff, and the quality of their work is excellent! I used to work here for like a year and saw how good of a job they do with their repairs. So when my car got in a accident I knew the right place to take it and wasn t disappointed.
