I tried putting No Stars but it wouldn'tlet me, last time I ever go to this place, I've been going to Carroll's forever. Good prices, but ya get what you pay for. He sold me old tires that had been sitting on the rack for over 2 years, to be exact (I checked the manufacturer date online). Then they snapped a lug nut & never told me. The truth is the new Manager Marcelo is Shady. it's all about reaching financial quota$ and the mechanic seemed to be in on it. As soon as got there I agreed on the tires & prices. As I waited Marcelo told me to go look at the way my car was driving, as the Mechanic was driving it in the shop, he was abruptly braking, causing the car to jerk. I bought it first, but didn't have the time to get it fixed( said I needed bushings) funny thing is that when I had it serviced at the dealership the technician reports states bushings are fine by certified experts. So I say just tires please, I'll take care of it later. When the car was finished, he reversed the car in front of the store office so that I got in & left. I'm guilty of not doing a walk around & I was I a hurry to get to Fresno, so I got in & left. My front wheel started making a weird noise & my daughter later observed the missing lug nut when she looked at the wheel,When I went back to Carroll's they did not deny the missing lug nut, the Mechanic was right there & said it was stripped so they had to break the lug nut off to change the wheels, (putting dings on my rim). About 3 weeks ago, I went in for a tire rotation & that's when they first advised me I needed new tires. ( so they striped it in the first place & in removing the stripped lug nut they damagedthe hub)After the Shady Mechanic with Glasses looked at me & I stared back & Manager Marcelo, stated he will make it right & fix it, when I get my Brakes fixed, I said OK but after this I'll get this fixed somewhere else. I� don't trust them with my brakes, especially when it comes to family safety. When you go & get new tires Ione feels good about getting new tires good, instead I got burned, and that feeling stays longer.� I waited a couple of weeks to post toocool off, but FTPs.According to them I needed brakes ok, but in I went & fixed it elsewhere after that being said they damaged the rotor, the disc, & of course had to pay for new bearing when they changed it out... FCTW ..

Set me up with some tires. Fairly basic. They balanced my tires really well i don t feel vibrations anymore. But then again my standards were pretty low to begin with considering the guy at garcias made my tire balancing even worse. The guys were helpful in helping me understand things I didn t know needed repairing. All in all good expirence. My only complaint is it took a little longer than expected but what dosent these days so. Would recommend this place to others.

For the last ten (10) years I ve been getting my new tires here at the Plano street location in Porterville and they always do a good job. For your tire, alignment and brake needs Call and talk to Mike. So, I have to edit my previous review because I believe in informing others of a good or bad experience. My son took his truck to get an oil change, alignment and tire rotation. Well, sadly Mike is no longer there. The new manager is worthless and has no people skills. The other young guy at the counter and the alignment guy are both liers. They said the tires were rotated and they weren t. I taught my son to make a mark anytime he has work done on his truck, that s how we new they didn t rotate them and the guy in charge of rotating tires said the tires never got rotated in front of the manager, yet the manager was still arguing that they were!!! I will never go back to Any of Carrolls location again! I don t even know if they changed the oil because the guy who does the alignment also changes the oil!! I hope the owners see this post and fire these guys!!!

Went to big brand to get object out of tire and fix they told me over 2 hr wait. Came here 30 min later no charge object out no problem with tire. Go to Carlos way better treatment and way faster

The customer service is great and they definately take care of their customers. They dont have many tire options or services but they do reffer you to great mechanics which is very helpful.

Fast service. Excellent staff & mechanics. Been going there 5 years. No complaints. Decent waiting room. Clean restrooms. TV & coffee. Nearby restaurant.

Fast friendly. Bad tire while traveling. They didn't have it but they sent someone to get it from another store. Back on the road in roughly 1 hr. Good job guys thanks

Worse alignment service ever I got told my car would keep vibrating cuz I buy custom wheels from them and that's what happens with custom wheels thank goodness I found real professionals to fix my problem and they couldn't even program my tire sensor after ordering the wrong one .
