I have not stopped smiling every time i get in to my pick up. Thank you Dominic and the boys for the amazing job. Some of the most honest hard working people I know! They installed my new leveling kit and hooked me up with Ana amazing price on my new bigger tires! Thank you!

Great place to find tires. The service provided by DOMINIC and Thomas is amazing . prices are OK I would highly recommend this business located on North grand only. one of the few businesses in town that still has that old high-quality customer service environment and experience the other location located here in Porterville. I would not recommend I had a terrible experience buying tires and rims. The person working on my vehicle took my spacers from my truck and the hub cap covers once I confronted him. He returned two of my missing spacers and was missing two of my hub caps but the North grand location is amazing highly recommend it.

Eh. They could be a little more "small town friendly". I think theyve been here too long and are becoming overpriced and arrigant. Too full of themselfs need to be more humbled i feel. But thats just my opinion...

Changed tires and had my truck lowered to help me get in and out of my vehicle easier. Everyone was friendly and professional.

First and last time. Over an hour to change ONE tire! There was only one employee doing all the work in that particular department. While many customers were waiting.3 employees just sitting behind the counter on their personal cell phones. Obvious that they are not about customer service at all.

I got a flat tire in the evening while traveling through Porterville with my toddler. We d been driving for 5 hours to spend 2 days at the national parks. I was worried about finding somewhere that could help with the flat at that time of day in time to make it to our destination before it got too late in the night. If we didn t get the tire patched or replaced our trip would have possibly been soiled.A couple local tire shops were unable to help. I called Carrolls and they said to come on in. They were super friendly and got me back on the road within 20 minutes.

I went in to get my air conditioning fixed and they did this to my car. This is NOT what I meant when I said to replace the air conditioning. Now my beloved son Scott is cold because every time he gets in the car the ac won t turn off it is always on. Please help.

The service was excellent my mom had to have all 4 tires changed. She's on oxygen 24/7 so they helped her real quick less than 45 min

There was an issue since service wasnt done on time promise but asoon as I got there they were able to work on my vehicle an finish the job well done overall I'm satisfied with the friendly an polite manner

After my last visit here for a bolt in my tire and a rotation and balancing, this is the place I will be taking my vehicles for tires. The gentlemen in the office was very professional and they got every thing fixed in no time and I was back on the road. If you are looking for a good place to get tires/service/repairs and don't want to deal with the terrible service like the other "BIG BRAND" tire stores this is the place to be.

We are a couple of travellers from Australia passing through Porterville when our camper became in need of some urgent repairs. Dom and the team were bloody unreal. They got us in straight away and got us back on the road. Super helpful the whole time and just ripper blokes. Can t recommend enough

I always have had a positive experience with the representatives of Carroll's Tire. The service department is top notch. When I had nothing but awful service and repair with other places, I found the guys at the automotive repair shop and have stuck with them for years. Everyone is always willing to work with me, and make sure I get things repaired correctly, and the first time.

I was in a tough spot. I was trying to leave on vacation, and my car broke down. My daughter offered her car, but her tires were shot. Carol's was able to get tires on her car quickly, and I was able to enjoy my get away. Amazing customer service!

Fast and quick I took my Chrysler to fix the tire they fixed no bs like other tire shop they just fix the problem for me the best tire shop I been too thank you

So we bought 2 tires for our Equinox from Carroll's around 2 years ago with a 40,000 miles warranty. Well today I woke up to find a nail in our tire, after calling and talking to Carroll's I was told they wouldn't cover the tire. After telling the man I spoke to that I had literally just replaced my 2 other tires Friday and only had $20.83 in my bank account to get me through and I could not afford to buy a used tire he grudgingly offered to sell me a used tire for $20 out the door when by all means they should have replace my tire for free. The least you could of done was give me a used tire for free. Great job trying to take ever single penny from your customers! But hey that's okay I went to Big Brand and they took care of my tire for FREE. I will never shop at Carroll's again for any of my vehicles.

Quick, prompt attention. I needed a couple farm tires and although they didn't have them in stock, ordered them for delivery the next morning. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.

Arrived on Tuesday, 2/7/17, approx 1:15, to ask for a tire rotation. Has I walked in , I walked up to front counter and there was a worker there, or possibly the owner don't know. Anyways, there I saw a tall heavy built Caucasian man bending down looking for some kind of book as I waited to be waited on. When all of a sudden this worker Caucasian man looked up at me and gave me a goto hell look. He made me feel very uncomfortable. Perhaps he looked atnme that way because I am female Mexican. Writting this, I still feel bad inside. I will pray for him, I believe it was the enemie "Satan" in him. I did get waited on, and it was a Mexican that helped me , but I just decided not to have service there. Went to Big Brand O Tires, and got free rotation.
