I had a blow out on my truck while pulling my trailer. My insurance carrier had Big Brands come out to change the tire. Bot only did they do it quickly they also had me come back to the shop to move the spare tire to the back since it is best to have matching tires on the front. FYI it was the front driver's side tire that blew. AND for no fee to me!! Thanks! Great service.

Wouldn't recommend went for a simple oil change and had an appointment still waited for almost 2 hours to get it done. People were walking in without appointments and getting done before my vehicle. Some of the staff don't know much about filters because the gentleman was telling me I needed a new air filter and when I told him mine was I washable lifetime warranty K&N filter he said "they don't make them like that" umm I've had my car 5 years and bought the filter when I first bought my car I think I would know my car by now. The only reason I went in was today online they had a 50% off oil change. I won't be going back

I went here for an oil change. It was my first time and I couldn t have been happier with the service. They have monitors as soon as you walk in to see the appointments and the prices of different services. The staff are very friendly and have wonderful customer service. I will absolutely be coming back.

This is the absolute best place hands down!Management and staff went out of their way to ensure that my awesome XP 4Runner was properly taken care of!Because of Arthur Hernandez and his crew I will be back!Bought the guys tacos for doing such a great job!!Thanks again guys, you rock!!

Thank you to Rob and Big Brand Tire & Service! Rob had genuine and unmatched customer service! He went above an beyond my expectations! Also, thanks to Art for his help in the tire selection process! I had a great experience as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the team and that friendly service continued throughout the process. In addition, they were fast and provided quality service!

Ricky is amazing! Actually the entire team was very helpful! They gave me all the info I needed to make the right decisions and didn t leave me feeling like I was an easy target! No upselling, just allot of info and recommendations that were sound and warranted! Brake pads have a life warranty, and there are also warranties for the alignment and the tires! Great team here!

We haven't actually been to this place in awhile. But when we did visit it was exceptional. Very knowledgeable workers and very affordable. We did stop by recently to ask a question and we received a fair answer.

Good fast service. Was told it would take roughly two to three hours to get brakes and rotors down but they got it done in an hour and a half.

I had a flat tire that I needed repaired and Big Brand is my go to. I m so thankful they are open on Sunday s. I didn t wait long and the service was great. Art was very helpful and he always has great customer service! I would recommend Big Brand to my friends and family.

Had a tough situation resolved by the local team. Means a lot when a job is done right but sometimes it can mean even more when there is extra effort made to correct a situation even after it went wrong. Kudos the customer service at the Porterville location.

I've never had a bad experience with BBT and this Porterville location is no different. Ricky was friendly, intuitive, and got me in and out. Definitely will return time and time again, even though it's out of the way.

Walked in there at 3pm on a friday with the lot having a hand full of vehicles as well one in each stall AND STILL GOTTEN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE QUICK SERVICE AT THE COUNTER GOTTEN ME ON THAT EVENINGS SCHEDULE AND WENT BACK AT APPOINTMENT TIME HAD NO WAIT TIME AND GOTTEN MY TIRE REPAIRED WITH ROTATION FREE DIDNT COST ANY MONEY NO CHARGE. The counter guys professional, kind attitude, new what we're doing didn't have to say anything twice or explain.THANK YOU GUYS AT BIG BRAND

Traveling to So Cal and got a bad flat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to provide me 2 new tires and the wait was not to long.

This place is awesome, came on a busy day (Sunday) and they did their best to accommodate my needs. Art was honest and very helpful, and gave me the options of tires that were available and didn t just push a certain brand on me. Will come back again for sure

Very Curtis guys very willing to help in anyway they can overall great service I could been coming for at least almost 14 years now and I love their service I keep coming back I drive 4 1/2 hours to go back there. I don t trust nobody else be back again in three months.

great place to do ur oil change they inspected my vehicle very well seen a nail inside my tire they let me know ahead of time before it s a flat tire took care of it went straight to business thank god we have a place like them n town thank u for welcoming me in n treating me like family =] u guys have a blessed positive n productive day thank u again for everything I recommend big brand tire for everyone

Big Brands I. Porterville has been my go to place for tires service for years. I became aware of it because my grandfather used them for years before and just keeping them in my Rolodex for tire service today!

Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ricky was extremely helpful in getting me set up by letting me know what my options were and back on the road. DO NOTE, It says on google Maps that this is a USED TIRE place but they stopped the used tires abt a year ago but they are very helpful and they do have decent prices!
