I got my work truck stuck in some dirt not far from here. I was desperate for help because I was hot and out of water and had walked for literally miles because no one would stop. I explained the situation and I wasn t trying to get a free service I just needed help, there were two employees who just looked at me while I was explaining my situation and they said sorry you need to figure out what you want to do. They were even going to try and help me, I knew it wasn t a tough job because someone else later came and helped get it out. Worst towing business I have seen in many years.

High centered my car. Jeff and AJ were absolutely pleasant and professional, going out of there way to undo some damage to the undercarriage and recommending us a place to find proper size tires on short notice. Thanks again for the wonderful service and keep up the great work.

got my car stuck on a muddy dirt road east of lower lake. called 8 different towing companies and none would consider a dirt road, let alone come out to pull me out of the mud. however pope valley towing came to the rescue: the tow truck was a raised ford ranger with tires up to my chest, and readily able to handle some muddy roads. the staff were quite helpful and professional.

This place is ridiculous and the tow driver in unbelievably even more unprofessional. Don t ever trust your car to be towed by this company. Very unhappy and will never use again
