When it was Taylor, the pricing seemed more competitive. I've called a few times to get comparative pricing on repairs that Toyota quoted. It was more expensive to get it done at Super Service, so I started looking around for another repair shop for my automobiles. They do good work, but if it's at the same price level as a dealer, I'll go to the dealer. Good folks work here!

This is my 3rd time at this location & the team did an excellent job as always! The woman working the front was very friendly & informative of everything that needed to be replaced; brakes & rotors. They even asked if I needed a ride home so I didn t have to wait there (I didn t take the offer as my partner was there with his ride). They are fairly priced as well! Will definitely be recommending to friends & family.

I initially brought my 2005 BMW 525i in for starting issues after replacing my fuel pump at a cost $2100 dollars I was told problem was solved had my car home about 1day and same issue with starting took car back and was told it was my crankshaft position sensor cost 847 dollars after I picked up my car got it home my car still has same issue with starting, also not sure what mechanic did now my trunk won t open even with my key. Service writer quoted me additional price $300 dollars to open my trunk when my trunk was operating fine until he worked on my car to repair crankshaft position sensor. Really disappointed with service.

My experience at the Lewis cancer center was excellent. Dr. Gordy and the rest of the team are remarkable and I credit them with saving my life. From the first moment I arrived i was treated in a manner that made what seemed to be an impossible situation manageable. I will be indebted to this caring and effective staff for the rest of my life. As a retired hospital CEO, I am so very impressed with Pomona Valley Hospital from its President, Mr. Richard Yocum to the nurses and doctors who cared for me.

Got my car in quickly for service and friendly as always. My single concern is that a series of car checks were listed on the invoice as being declined when I was never informed of the concerns until I read the invoice at home. I would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss them when I was told the car service was complete and to come and pick it up.

I appreciate the extra care provided by Super Service. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and go the extra mile. My service needs were minor (oil change), but was truly happy with the care to my car.

Absolutely wonderful! They were clear, explanatory, helpful, and kind! Lots of little touches that made me feel valued as a customer, and did great work on my car. I really appreciated the ability to see pictures of the issues they found with my car, as well as the option to select which services I wanted completed from my phone. Upfront pricing once inspection was completed was also fantastic! I had an oil change done here and feel like I got ripped off. They charged $178. My head spun when I saw the invoice. It was for synthetic oil on a Toyota Tundra.Afterwards, I checked around and even the dealer was less money.

For November 2023, this is a 5 Star vehicle maintence facility.For those on the lookout for a trustworthy auto repair shop in the Pomona Valley, check this out...I do most of the repairs on my family's vehicle. I recently purchased new tires and needed a wheel alignment on Thanksgiving Eve (of all possible times). Shops for the most part were backed up and either had long lead times or simply not taking customers.Not wanting to drive with a vehicle out of alignment, I looked online and found Super Service of Pomona Valley. They offered an online appointment and being that they were 5 minutes or so from my house, I made the appointment. Got the confirmation and got there a few minutes before my appointment. The employees were awesome. Everything was explained in detail.I got the wheel alignment, the technician test drove the vehicle and I was satisfied. Zero issues.For those looking for a trustworthy location to get your vehicle serviced, I highly recommend Super Service of Pomona Valley. The process is simple especially being able to see available dates/times online that are open for service.I know vehicle maintenance can sometimes be outright scary for people who may not be familiar with vehicle service or maintenance issues. I would confidently recommend friends and family to this location.

Went in for an oil change. They inspected my car and recommended $6,700 worth of work! I was astonished. They quoted me almost $1,500 for a brake job and $345.31 for a new battery! Be very careful if you go here!Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

I have never had a car for use offered to me instead of waiting! It's also rare that a company would offer to shuttle you or pay for an Uber. As I waited in the cool air conditioned lobby, I was offered coffee, water and homemade cookies! The bathroom was clean and I was updated frequently and offered a second time a ride home. Who does that? That is why I drove about 20 miles to have my serviced. You bet I'll be back! They even took my coupon!

Great service overall, they even take pictures of the issues with your vehicle. They even perform a complimentary car wash after the service, I recommend 10/10

Stay away their rip-offs. I took my Ford F-150 to them for a bad battery thought something electrical was draining it. She said it would be $170 to diagnose the problem and I could apply that to the cost. They did an inspection report with pictures told me I needed a new battery and battery cable harness because of corrosion. There was no corrosion even the picture showed no corrosion. Said it would be over $1,200 to replace them. I declined the cable harness. I said yes to the battery but she said I couldn't use the $175 for just the battery I had to do the cable harness as well. In the report it also said I needed new spark plugs. I just had them replaced 2 months ago. It also said I was leaking oil. There's no oil on my driveway. Said it would cost over 3,100 for everything. I went to AutoZone got a new battery. It's been 3 days now no problems. They're ripoffs!

I love the service I received on my Fiat! They took their time with me, as we did a full checkup on my car. They re very friendly. I've been coming to Taylor and Co for approximately 3 years. I love the service, they are very accommodating, up front and honest. They tell me when things need to be done, when they don't and what can wait. I know nothing about cars and have felt intimidated at mechanics before, not at Taylor Co. They explain everything to me and answer all my questions, no question is too silly. I get a loaner car every time which is really important to me. They give my car back washed and looking great every time and they check in after any work they perform.Service: Auto maintenance

I ve been taking my cars to Taylor for 15+ years. Repairs on an older BMW always seems pricey, but I believe Taylor is honest and thorough. The employees at the front desk are always friendly, and take the time to explain to me in details the repairs needed. Recently, I needed to buy new tires and checked pricing with other businesses around, and found Taylor to be competitive on pricing, so I bought tires through them.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

I highly recommend this business I use this business for my regular maintenance needs for my vehicle and they always make sure my vehicle is kept up to date, but Kaetlyn, in the office is always very professional , smiling and shows great customer service best person to have as a face front to a business. She s Super patient with questions I have in regards to my vehicleThe experience here is awesome!!They have a fresh pot of coffee and delicious cookies to snack on while ya wait. Had my car serviced on 9-25-23 for an oil change and tire rotation. As part of the service they check your lights and fluids. When I got home, I noticed my coolant was low, the cap was left off, the washer fluid was empty, the tires had only 25 PSI instead of the manufacturer recommended 33 PSI, and my driver brake light was out.If I hadn't double checked the work, and had some automotive experience this may have damaged my car, and got me a fix it ticket for a burned out light bulb.When I called to explain to the shop what went wrong, their response was "our bad".Cars are expensive and I want to take care of my car, if I can't trust my mechanic, I can't recommend this shop.

Taylor Co truly does an excellent job in taking care of their customers. My favorite independent Mechanic Shop that provides a quality service due to the knowledge of the staff and technicians. The check engine light on my car came on while driving the other day. I have a repair pal warranty and used their website to look up the closest mechanic. Luckily I was suggested Taylor Automotive. They were able to replace the turbo charger on my GTI and now it is back to driving like new! I highly suggest them.

Have taken a few of my BMW vehicles to Taylor in the past. Taylor performs good work and appointments are readily available. On one occasion I decided not to have Taylor perform work of spark plug replacement because cost could not be justified based on the amount of labor required. This became a DIY at less than 1/3 the cost.

Easy to schedule an appointment, great customer service, provided a ride to/from work while servicing my vehicle, notified me via text about quotes and when my vehicle was complete. I had a good experience here. Brought my car in for shaky squeaky brakes. They were able to diagnose the issue and also recommend other routine maintenance needed at the mileage I was at. They re provided pictures of everything they checked, and explained the issues in detail.
