One of the best places to get an alignment in pomona. Also replaced a tire and the prices were fair. They were honest and didn't try to do any up-charging. Friendly staff 5/5 would recommend

My family and I have been coming to this Pep Boys location for decades and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. From start to finish, the team at Pep Boys demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.Not only did they complete the necessary repairs to fix my splashguard, but they also took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. They were quick and efficient! Their attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done right the first time was truly impressive.Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received from Devaughn throughout my visit. He is awesome! The staff members were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience.Overall, I highly recommend Pep Boys for anyone in need of automotive service. I made appointment online to get my tires rotate for my Tesla Y. When I arrived the paperwork s was already done so I thought there would be no problem. I waited 50 minute to be told they don t have the right equipment to rotate my tire. I called and double check with the rep if they will be able to do it. They said no problem. I would have be fine if they didn t spend 50 minute to just tell me they can t get the job done. I was the only person waited and there were no cars getting serviced. So I don t understand why it would take so long to get a no from them.

Never again will I get my car serviced at Pep Boys!!!!! I took my car for an oil change, and a couple of weeks later my oil pressure light came on. I took it back and waited over 4 hours to get my car diagnosed, the technician arrived 4 hours late, and seemed to not know what was wrong with my car. I found out later that my engine seized! Pep boys apparently put too much oil in my car. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DON'T COME HERE!!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid problems like these!!!!!!

If you go for brakes. The cheaper ones last a week. Then you'll have to purchase again unless you raise holy hell. And they may make it right. I am currently in that exact position so, if they resolve the problem they created i will then post another rating reflecting the result.

Came here for an oil change. Took them a bit over an hour. After getting my car back my oil light is still coming on. Its been a couple weeks and it still turns on. And my car smells like burning oil when i drive. Dont know if they did it correctly or put the right oil, or even changed anything at all. But im pretty disappointed. I usually have my friend do it, but he wasn t available at this time and every time he does it there are none of the above problems.

I scheduled for a brake inspection and oil change online. They have been in constant contact during the whole time. When I got the oil change they also give a complementary tire rotation which was nice. I needed some rotors and pads on both axels of my car. Pricing was within the range I expected it to be. All of my questions have been answered and they answer the phone in a timely manner as well. Even better, they gave me a coupon to discount the overall costs which I didn't even think to use or even knew existed. Overall a good experience.

After calling in and asking if there was a wait time, I still waited over an hour for my tire to be serviced. The guy at the front desk was Hella Koo and very Polite, unfortunately the 1 star is for the guy who serviced my tire. He couldn't find anything in my truck. He left oil stains on my leather seats and some kind of white armpit residue. After he patched my tire, I barely made it a mile when it split again. I'm lucky I wasn't on the freeway, or this could have been Fatale.. I didn't go back to ask for my money back, I went so they can address the issue so it doesn't happen again.

Horrible service guy at front desk, making claims and filing paperwork That was not true says I deny the service which I did not. It was never even mentioned. I was told my tires were rotated after an hour and a 1/2. To look at my car and find My tires were not rotated so I was lied to. My appointment was at 3 did not leave till 5 15 because of davaughn, poor front desk skills.

There s No easier way to service your car. I scheduled my appointment online (which is available 24/7) so convenient and easy. Went in for a headlight replacement and less than 30min I was out to continue with my day. I ve come to get my oil change as well on Sundays Really recommend it!

They are not trustworthy, prepare false report. I visited this place about a week ago to make full inspection on a used car before buying. After inspection completed, they put totally different mileage on the inspection report(wrong mileage is also reported to CARFAX), there was two dashboard lights on and I asked about one of the lights and the mechanic said it is because of low tire pressure but they reported all the current tire pressure was 35 psi, I asked about the battery state of health as it was not mentioned on the report and the mechanic go check and say it s brand new but we can t print as tester is not working, .. etc a lot of issues.

Went in today for a car battery check that I had purchased from Pep Boys (I arrived at 2:27pm) Was trying to check to see if it was still under warranty. Was advised by Davaughn that it would take a little while. My vehicle wouldn't start once I turned it off in the Pep Boys lot. After 1 hour I asked Davaughn could he removed the battery to check it? He stated it would need to be scanned and it may take 20 more minutes. By this time it was 4:10pm I was frustrated to have to wait so long just to have a battery checked. Finally at 4:30pm I was advised the battery was out of warranty and I needed a new battery. I felt for a battery check shouldn't have taken 2 hrs very poor service.

I dropped off my truck at 10am for an appointment for a brake fluid exchange and tire rotation in which there were no vehicles in the service area. I did not get my truck back until 10:34am the next day because they left the vehicle on while doing the alignment and drained my battery. I have the voicemail where she states that "we hit a snag" then mentions the dead battery when she called at 5:48pm. When I paid for the work being done, the lady behind the counter said "We were making sure that the work was done right".The battery was tested good by Autozone 2 weeks ago so for Pepboys to drain my battery while doing the alignment, the truck had to be on for a while.I shouldn't have to pay $160 for a crappy service and laziness. I will NEVER recommend this Pep Boys to anyone.UPDATE: 3/9/2018 I looked at the work the tried to do but they didnt't bleed the brakes properly. I also noticed they very slightly did damage to my frame(scuff marks) because I notice the shaving on passenger/driver side, in front the control arm and in the rear of the control arm. I can put spray paint but not going to let this go.3/4/2018-3/5/2018

Good promp service! OK location the store itself needs some upgrades and organization too much space but seems like owner is not worry about appearances, area doesn't help much but the service was great

After the incident was fixed. Davaughn the service manager took care of me, and they inspect my car with a free no charge alignment since I was still on the one-year alignment. He was so nice and respectful; he is a true pep boys' employee that take cares of his customers.

I have been meaning to post this since my visit back in the beginning of January. I brought in a Honda Civic that needed a set of tires. It had been raining a lot here in SoCal and the tires were near bald and one was alerting that the pressure was off. I was limited on time as I am from Orange County and did not have much time to take care of this. I spoke to a gentleman named Arli I believe, and he told me the car would be complete in 60-90 minutes. I was really hoping for the lesser of the 2 but I didn t say anything as they seemed pretty busy. I was surprised to be there for a little over 60 minutes and that was check in, to the tires being changed and paying. The two gentlemen that helped me were polite, and thorough when I discussed what I wanted and needed.

Count on waiting hours after their promised time. Not as honestly interactive as they used to be.
