I arrived late Sunday half hour before closing and I was worried they wouldn t accept me. I was greeted with a smile and they quickly got my car done and vacuumed my car which was really dirty!! What a pleasant group each employee was kind, courteous and smiled! I was soPleasantly surprised it was a great experience!!!

Service and quality are quite good and fast. Only negative was that the fee was $180 for an oil change. I was able to use $20 promo code. I think other places including your car dealer will charge less (except for luxury car dealers) and you will get a free car wash too (at some dealers). I would use Jiffy Lube if I was in a super rush and all other places are closed for some reason.

Came in for an oil change and I already expected I needed more done to my car, nothing was a surprise to me and was everything I assumed would need to be done. I did not expect for them to do an overall check of things and even vacuum the floors it s been so rainy I appreciated it a lot! First time to a Jiffy Lube so it was a nice surprise. Thank you guys!!

Nathan and David were AMAZING! The were kind, knowledgeable, quick and made me feel like U was a priority to them. Although, they are more than 60 miles from my home, I would make the trek and use them again without hesitation.

They are fairly quick so I didn't have to wait more than 30 min. Only thing is your prices are really getting high. They wanted $56 or $59 for an air filter. Our change was $125. Thank goodness I had a coupon. Still pd over $100. I used to pay $29 for an air filter and a lot less for oil change. I went and bought my own air filter & paid $ 20. Don't think I'll be returning, even though I've been a long time customer.Happy Thanksgiving!Dianna Miller

David and his crew did an awesome job. Aside from the oil change, they did a full inspection notifying me of my windshield wipers and filling my tires. Thank you, I ll be back!

This was my first time at this location. The visit was quick and affordable. Everything was priced out for meIn advance, no surprises. Each of the staff members was very polite and friendly. Waiting area was clean. I would definitely recommend them. They even helped me find a coupon to use.Service: Oil change

Took my car here about a year ago and left with an oil leak that I didn't notice until days later. I returned to tell them about the leak and they denied having anything to do with it but I've never had issues with my car before until then. Took a 2nd car and ended up with a leak in my transmission hose so I will not be returning to this place. I don't know what their employees are up to but it's not an honest running business.

Jiffy Lube Pomona Team is the best! They re always taking care of me and my car and they don t scam you. They tell you things that need to be fixed and don t try to overcharge you. As a woman, I hate going to get things done to my car from anywhere else because they will tell me something is wrong when there isn t anything wrong. I always recommend this place for anyone who doesn t want to get scammed!

I had stopped using Jiffy Lube a long time ago because of a bad experience, but this time these people did a really great job! They were informative, timely, and helpful with finding a coupon. Ok, so the window washing or vacuuming wasn t the best, but that s not why I went there it was complementary. Overall, would I come back.. Definitely.

Service was ok. Kinda expensive, asked for my tires to be set at 38psi and they weren t, they wash your windows but they look worse with all the streaks left. I just expected a little more for $125!

I had a horrible experience. The staff there was very immature and rude. Assuming I was a homeless person, made rude comments like "this is not a camping ground for the homeless" thereafter cussing me and showing me off the property. Very unprofessional!

Left Oil Filter loose on my car!!!! My oil level was dangerously low! Took it to the dealer and said it was due to a filter left loose!! The whole bottom of my undercarriage is full of fresh oil that was slowly leaking from the filter till it came completely loose! Now I have to pay for a undercarriage detail and a drive way oil stain removal company!Never coming back, lucky I caught it on time!!!!!!

Customer service is always top. The techs are always quick and efficient. I highly recommend the Pomona location. Not all stores are the same. Call first to see how long the wait is.

The complimentary window cleaning and vacuuming was very appreciated. I just wish the "pick 4" from each category deal that was advertised on the wall was brought up by the office worker, as I was looking to tune up my car that had not been seen by any professional since I bought it over a year ago. I made that clear at the front desk. The office worker didn't reassure me in any way that the type of synthetic oil I wanted was a good or bad decision for my vehicle during the oil change, she just said sure. As an inexperienced car owner I was looking for input on what specifically to get cleaned or replaced and why and I didn't feel that was picked up on by the employees despite asking if that type of oil was a good idea for my vehicle with x miles. I asked about the free inspection and did get a few things done like changing my filter as well as the oil which was my primary concern and the more complimentary stuff like checking brake fluid, window washer fluid, etc. They did also do exactly everything I specifically requested and I believe the service was quick and productive regardless. The actual mechanic was very friendly as well, as he directed me to the office I didn't see at first walking in through the back. I will probably come back and use their services again, even if just for another oil change.

Following an oil change at a certified car dealer; hours later, I the oil pressure had dropped and my car was leaking oil. I took it to Jiffy Lube Pomona to have them check it out. They discovered the dealer had failed to replace the oil cap! Oil all over the engine. The Jiffy team topped off my oil (for free--even though they had not caused the problem)!! The manager and his team at this location are FREINDLY, EFFICIENT, and know what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. I will definitely return here rather than trust the dealers from now on!

Very professional and engaging Jordi was the best! Even helped me out what s good to eat at this cafe; just a friendly guy. The gentleman who actually did the oil change was friendly as well showing me my fresh clear oil and I was done in 15 minutes. The manager was very dishonest and not helpful the employee gave me a price on a full synthetic oil and the manager gave me a different price so that's why I say he is very dishonest and not helpful I will not go to this jiffy lube in Pomona never and I will not recommend that place in Pomona because of the manager.

Went to get an oil change and Stephanie greeted me very politely and explained the oil types and what's recommended for my car. She told me the pricing and how long it would take. Well, she didn't lie and her Team was very fast and detailed. When I was leaving, they showed me dip stick and everything they did. Definitely will return. I paid for my oil and the fantastic service for the price.Service: Oil change
