Hands down best shop in town. The only shop I would take my trusty Mercedes to. Fair prices, great service, honest and down to earth people, not to mention the amazing craftsmanship. A combo that is pretty rare to find in the industry. If you have a Mercedes, BMW, VW, Audi, or a Porsche, do yourself a favor and look no further. The crew is cool as hell too and they know these cars like the back of their hands.

Went here for a diagnosis and left devastated.. first of all they did not charge for the diagnosis that they did. I thought they charged around 200 just for the diagnosis??? But they didnt. so obviously they knew they were in the wrong and that they did something to my car. My car completely broke down on the road literally a block away. They said that they were going to call me back for an estimate and they let me go. I will never be coming here ever again !! this is the worst service I have ever received. The guy did not call me back. I called him multiple times to ask him what they did to my car. My car was working completely fine, there was a leak that needed to be fixed. When I told the technician that he diagnosed my car, what did he do to it? He just said I just did a visual diagnosis. I was like What do you mean visual you re suppose to diagnose it ????. They knew they did something wrong. I do not recommend these people they are mean snotty and the worst customer service I have ever received. Thank God I found good kind heart people that were able to help me so if you want your German car to be fixed go to Star Tech in Chino they will help you! I would give Zero stars if I could!!!!!!

Jon and Simon know their stuff!! Jon is a seasoned master mechanic not only with European autos but american as well, their pricing is fair and they will always make sure to check not only what you bring your car in for but will also check for preventative maintenance. Do not use this shop l took my V.W. l was charge an EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF MONEY and the car never ran properly , one hand did not know what the other was doing very dissatisfied be ware.

To be honest ,John the owner takes my car he is over price didn't fix my issue had to take it to another shop to figure it out .my car was overheating he did a few things to car but still over heated .I just wish mechanics new what causes it to over heat .don't like people that don't know what there doing .and to be honest hard to find mechanics that squeeze you and don't fix the problem .Service: Auto engine diagnostic
