Dishonest, lack of communication, and prices that vary each time for the same services. I ve come here several times for oil changes and transmission service which is a different price every time. I ll bring my car when the shop opens at 8 and it won t be done until 20 minutes to closing (5 o clock.)Sometimes he won t call at all to let you know your car is ready and you will have to call him yourself. I came in one time for air conditioning repair and it stopped working again 4 months later and charged me $250 again because I didn t have the invoice for the service. The final straw for me however was when I brought 4 brand new fuel injectors to replace the old ones with. A few months later when I was getting my car diagnosed at an honest mechanic shop, they told me their were old fuel injectors that weren t working and one of them was a different kind than the other 3. They were all completely different than the ones I bought for them to replace with and were very very used. Dont make the mistake of giving this place business like I did.

They are good and fast. Fixed up my mazda motor mounts in 45 min! Worth their price!

Great mechanic shop. Very honest. Great prices. I've been there a few times (I own an older model car that needs some help) and they were able to help me with all my vehicle's issues. Very happy with their service.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Took my car in for one problem only to get it back with more problems plus the original problem still not being fixed. They aren't even consistent with their timeline. I was told it would be ready same day and after 2 days of "it will be ready soon" I was finally able to get my car back only to have to go back and show them all the extra problems they added. Stay far far away from here horrible place.

Went few days before and received an outstanding and honest work done by them. They are friendly and show their willingness to help you and fixed my car.I had my ford focus Gear shift Knob came out from no where and i tried to put it back but no luck. So i went to this shop and the first impression of them gave me the feelings that they are willing to help me and will fix the gear knob.Before that I also went to dealer and they were trying to rip me off by their false and money stealing techniques and wanted to leave me empty pocket and no matter what they charge you a diognostic charges whether its fixed or not.So when i came to Caroline's Auto Shop. Mr david told me that he can fix it and on top of that he gave me ride to home and later in the afternoon called me and pick me up from my place.This is something i never experienced from the mechanic to willingly drop you and later pick you up when the work done.So finally when i checked my Gear Knob. I was really happy and excited that he really did a fantastic job and put it back like it never happened and Gear knob was looking like a brandnew.I really appreciate their work and besides that their willingness and confident that Mr david gave me in the begining that he can fix it and he showed that he is genius and know what he is doing.Thanks to Mr David and tony to fix my Gear Knob and on top of it i am thankfull to their kindness and favor to provide me pick and drop at my convenience.Thanks Again for their Honesty and professionalism that they gave me.Highly recomended!!

They took two whole days to fix the problem with my car and for some reason they wanted to keep it a third day second time that happened never going back I don't feel that's their trustworthy

I always bring my car here! Feels like my personal mechanic that is looking out for me. I refer my family and friends because that's how much I trust their service. Hablan espa�ol, as� que si necesitan, f�cilmente les ayudan.

Had to fix tire rods here . Their estimated times of when your car is ready are not very good but I asked my family member who is a mechanic about their prices and he says they are in line with other mechanic shops so I don't think they will rip you off.

Beware!!! Took vehicle in for a simple fix and vehicle came back with even bigger issue that did not exist before. Do not use this place if you value ethics in your mechanic.
