Great experience and great customer service, Sergio at the front desk was an amazing help and provided excellent service. They fixed my break line and I would recommend this establishment to all a 10/10 service! Definitely a happy customer and they didn't charge an arm and a legg!

Never take your car to these guys they rip you off and sabotage your car.I took my car in for brakes and they came out with all kinds of things wrong with my car just to make more money off me .They loosend some bolts to make the car sound bad .So I took it somewhere else and was told that someone had done this .I was surprised to hear that. They are willing to hurt someone just to make money.I could of had a accident. I'm so glad I got a second opinion Don't trust this business

Complete ripoff! They quoted me 2k worth of work needing to be done to my car, I took it to my mechanic the next day who said nothing was wrong with my car. Unless you like giving up free $ to unethical crooks, take your business elsewhere

All the 5 stars are from there friends or family definitely because this place is a complete scam, on top of that the most laziest technicians around, they ll mess your car up and give you run arounds while quoting outrages prices for repairs you don t need, at this point you re better off going to a dealership

Lifetime warranty is legit. Got my brakes done here 6 months ago. Was having some squealing issues, they inspected and replaced the brake pads and serviced my rotors for no charge. They even stayed open late, so that I could pick up my car the same day. Great service and honest work!

I was referred by Mikes Tire for an alignment to this Break Master in the city of Laverne.Drove 8 miles to this location with a $30 coupon that Junior from Mike's Tire has provided me. First the representative said, for your car the price is $89.95, than after 0ne and half hour wait, the technician came and said the alignment it is fix but it pulls to the right and usually is the tire or the balancing is bad, and asked me if I want for him to rotate the tire. I said no, I went back to Mike's Tire.Drove back to Mike's and waited for Junior to come back, he said the balancing were okay and if the tires were bad it would show while balancing the wheels, he rotated the tire and did a test drive and still is pulling to the right.Junior tried to call the manager at Break Master for me to get a refund but he was not available.Junior asked me to go back and get a refund or� recheck, I told him going back and forth is not worth it as they could not fix the alignment in the first place and blamed it on the tire.Well, I saw many good reviews but this place they do not have the knowledge as the representative taking care of the paperwork said, we couldn't fix and adjust the rear wheel to the 100% as the bolt or nuts was not letting us do the adjustment. I asked him if the bolt needed to be replaced or the arm, he did not know.So total waste of money, stay away from this shop as they do not know what they are doing.Service: Wheel alignment

All beware!!!!! My mom took her her vehicle for a regular maintenance oil change and they didn t do something right because the next morning when she went to start her car all she heard was a bunch of rattling from the engine and all the oil was on the floor which she didn t see until she moved the car. She turned the engine off shortly after and had the vehicle towed, at her own expense, back to the shop. They made her cry and made her feel like it was her fault before even looking at the car and followed by keeping the vehicle over the weekend and didn t provide a rental. All they did was supposedly review the car and they said there was nothing wrong and added oil to engine. Our big issues isn t that they made a mistake it was that they didn t want to own up to it and fix it properly, from everyone I ve talked to they have told me running an engine without oil almost instantly ruins the bearing along with risking scoring internal components. I rarely post but I feel people need to know if a business is gonna be acting shady like this they should know about it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Sergio took excellent care of our car, as we needed an oil change and tires rotated, so we could drive to Canada to dad's funeral and burial. He was also very attentive and courteous, even giving me condolences for the passing of my dad. I highly recommend this place

Went here because I was referred by America s tires to have a broken wheel stud replaced. Larry signed me in and my 2010 Honda accord was given to the mechanic. I could see That the mechanic working on the car was struggling and hitting the front wheel severely with a large hammer and was grinding near the front wheel. When he finished working on the car he said he had to test drive the car and came back and told me that the ABS light was On and it was probably malfunctioning when I brought it to them. I told him that it absolutely was functioning perfectly normal and that the only thing wrong with the car was the broken stud. They refused to fix it and said they were not responsible for any damage that occurred. I later in the day took the car to a private Honda mechanic where they had to replace the front wheel bearing and ABS magnet and sensor that were damaged which cost $313.27 to repair. More damage also was done to the front to the top a arm suspension from the mechanic hitting it severely with the hammer. This business is a complete joke. They absolutely are not qualified and I will be soon getting an attorney to get them to pay for the damage they caused.

I give Brake masters a one star because I go to get my oil changed and they put 8 quart of oil in my car they only take six. I bring the mishap up to the manager and he says okay bring it back and I will give you another oil change. I take it back and all they do is take out the extra 2 Quartz. Mind you this takes more than an hour and I did not receive my money back nor a sorry. Honestly the service is okay but the people are questionable.

Very professional and upfront with their prices and they are not pushy with getting other services they offer. If you haven't changed fluids in your vehicle since you bought it... change it with them. Highly recommend to use the coupon they offer online.

I was quoted an amt over $700 for one repair and another of $349 for partial repair I went in for oil change and was made to wait over 2hours before oil change was started and they were not.busy. I went another auto repair my car was.put on athing machine to see if it repairs and they were not said noting wrong with my car. Never go to that place Brake Masters in LaVerne again.Oh oil change was $39 not the usual $29

I have had my oil changed on all three of my cars here for years, they always honor coupons and the service is so fast and very friendly. I go across the street to the 99 cent store shopping and the car is always done when I return. Generally 15-20 min tops.. Great job guys!!

I simply called to ask about their service and was hung up on...I called back and stated I was hung up on and the person just says, "how can I help you?" I said thanks and hung up. I will not patronize this business sad thing is that it's next door to my residence.

A happy place and probably one of the best locations ran by a TERRIBLE NARCISSIST: ANGEL (is this really your name?), the service manager is VERY insulting and will not consider your valid and intelligent opinion even if you are a multiple car owner and weekend mechanic (I have five cars this business will not be servicing, sorry). He does not have to listen to you and will only do so if you have nothing to say.I went in for a brake job and an oil change. The brake job appears ok so far (30 minutes later and 10 miles out - takes talent to mess this up, really) and was done fairly fast. All went smoothly until he puts his foot in his mouth out of utter customer disrespect and lack of empathy when I called him back with a question.I noticed after driving off that the invoice reads 5W-30 instead of 0W-20 grade oil required by manufacturer. Of course, attention to detail is hardly expected from the repair industry as a rule, right? I suppose we cannot impose high standards in this day and age on anyone and we always just tell ourselves, "at least 'these folks' are working."When I called back and simply asked about the oil and mentioned that, "the different grade makes a significant difference and I always notice the cars seem to be slowing down", he stated that in fact based on his certification as a mechanic, he learned that "there is no difference between 20 grade and 30 grade oils."I repeated my concern technically to further clarify and then he immediately proceeds to become ultra-defensive and hangs up the phone on you - culturally very rude.Watch out for this well-spoken and arrogant gentleman. Once you have paid and start inquiring about HIS error, you will get no apologies and will encounter a post-modernistic and Neo-Marxist personality. "Oh, that's just how it bills out (5W-30) but we really did put 20 grade oil in there."For me it was not about the money. I believe in spending even at the higher-priced places if respectful service is provided. I went there because he communicated well over the phone and passed the criteria. Once I got in, Angel's mannerisms further reinforces the first impression. I even facilitated one of his sales with a customer who did not want to pursue a $1200 comprehensive (includes new front bearings) brake repair job when I said to the customer, "That is a great price!"TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE if you are knowledgeable about cars and mechanical repair and end up with an intelligent discussion with him. It seems like Angel thinks the way he does because he really thinks most customers are not as smart and the world is uncomplicated. Despite the fact that he is only a simple mechanic, albeit "certified", which he had very little reservation to brag about, he downplays the complexity of oil chemistry and the technicality behind the different grades. "I am an efficient manager and will kill all complication that does not help me make money to suit my own version of reality", is what I imagine Angel tells himself unconsciously.Hopefully, a life lesson will help him learn to deal with ambiguity correctly and with proper customer service instead of treating intelligent, mechanically well-versed customers like me with insulting efficiency. A non-humanistic business owner on the other hand, will like him to run the business as long as it is not important to keep customer loyalty.Guys like me want to give you business. I am surprised why you are incapable of keeping it. If you believe what you say Angel, just show proof. You do not have to be defensive and insult customers especially those more intelligent than you.For future reference in case I come back to patronize you again when the "crow turns white", my car is a "Scion xD", not a "Matrix" as you retardedly repeated often while I was there.I have a loving family and kids like you. Let's be role models. Please.

Called this location for a quote for a four-wheel alignment. Mechanic spoken in terms as far as what the procedure entails. Easy to understand. Our communication was brief and professional !

Came in for brakes, compared pricing to other companies, Brake Masters was the best value.No gimmicks or pressure.The manager Larry even gave me a referral for tires that saved me $270

Now, take my review with a grain of salt, as no service was needed or performed.I was riding my motorcycle to the beach, and remembered I had lowered my tire pressure a couple weeks ago and needed it raised. Being Monday, motorcycle places are closed. This was the first shop I found, since I didn't have cash for a gas station air line. I asked if I could adjust my air pressure, and he happily allowed me to. I pushed my bike up, he provided the air line and gauge, and I was on my way in a couple of minutes. He even let me do it myself, which is big for me. I appreciate him going out on a limb, letting me use the air line free of charge, and letting me do the work myself, despite the liberal liability bullsh!t so common today.He helped me out, and I'm thankful for that!

crooks. I went in for ABS sensor repair/replacement and the guy told me parts could be about $300 apiece, but could get them for $100 each. He quoted me $260 for the repair with labor cost and then proceeded to ask for a $150 CASH deposit (??). I declined the cash deposit, and then he say "ok I'll order the parts anyway". I came back on my day off two days later expecting the part to be in... and, naturally, they were not. in fact he had not placed the order. He then proceeded to tell me that the price on parts went up and that he would also have to replace the brake pads as well (even though they were just done 4 moths ago). I then did my own brief web search for these Audi ABS brake sensor parts and discovered they are only $35 apiece. CROOKS! by all means, take your car there if your idea of good business practice in America is to rip people off.

I was expecting a costly brake repair wheb I brought it in. Instead, I was told everything was okay and Larry explained what the issue was with my car. So essentially he gave me a free brake inspection. In my limited experience this is an honest place to take your car.

Crooks. Went in for a coolant change, my car ended up sputtering and barely even went past 2nd gear. Looked into it and found that my air intake hoses were lose. That doesn't 'just happen'. had to spend an hour tightening them.
