I've been going here since it was Kragens. Good parts store. They can get parts not in stock in a day. I like their in house tools and own many of them.

These guys rock, they helped me out in a real pinch and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. They were knowledgeable, quick, and extremely friendly.If you ever find your way out of town and in need of some expertise stop by and see these folks, you ll be happy you did.

Fast service. Called ahead to see if they had the right size snow cables for my car, they answered the phone almost immediately, and quickly told me what I needed to know. When I stopped in to pick up the cables service was fast and efficient.

Staff is great, just incredibly frustrating that every time I call to ask if they have room in their oil recycling, it is always full. There is no other place in Pollock Pines to recycle oil. This part of their business is very poorly run.

Bought a new part from a different store but I couldn't get a sensor out of the old one. Though they could not find the right part I was just going to order brand new, they took time out of their day to break the nut loose out of the old part I broke, saved me 35 dollars and a lot of headache trying to get that sensor free.

The manager there is very very respectful in the community and it has the boys they're glad to help you find what you're looking for at a reasonable price these guys go out of their way to to make sure they know what's wrong with your vehicle before they even order the parts I love the store it's right across the street it's convenient walking distance from everyone around here

Very friendly over the phone and in person. My part was in stock at my local O'Reillys . I was able to fix my vehicle and back on the road in about 25 minutes from my call to these very helpful lads

Amazing staff! I frequent this location and Harley is usually on the job and always putting forth exceptional effort for everyone! Definitely my favorite place for picking up parts and accessories!

Car wouldnt start and panic was setting in. A quick visit to O'Reilly in Pollock Pines recognized a failing battery and alternator problems. Nice to have them in my neighborhood.

I have to say that not only is the management is wonderful, BUT SO IS THE STAFF!!!!! I have met Robert outside O'Rielly... and he was always professional and friendly...I have also visited this location recently with various car problems. No matter who was working any day, they all upheld a high level of professionalism and integrity. I was especially impressed when I brought in a power steering pump housing completely unassembled, and a worker there helped me walk through the pump disassembly , reassembly and other important info.... I was blown away!!! These people really care about you and want your business! They will go the extra mile, and then some to get your car working at it's best! As a automobile novice, I salute these folks! No body wants car problems, BUT EVERYBODY wants someone with affordable and knowledgeable answers!

I bought a car battery just over a year ago so it was warrantied but would no longer hold a charge. I told them that i left the battery on a trickle charger for two days and that it even stated "bad battery", and i also tried jumping it but obviously wouldnt work. Instead of giving me a new battery so i can get on with my day they made me wait over an hour and a half (1- 45 min session, 1- 50 min session) only to tell me that i had a bad battery. Yeah. I know. I told you that multiple times. F'n ridiculous.

As a small shop owner, I rely on the local parts vendors for timely and accurate parts ordering, cross referencing and delivery. The staff at this particular Orielly auto parts has far surpassed any vendor i have delt with in my 17 years in the profession. If they dont have it, they will get it in a timeframe tha fits your needs. The biggest advantage of having a group of highly trained parts professionals at my disposal is that they understand the difference 10 minutes can make in the sale of a service depending on parts avalibilty and they always hual A$$ to deliver my parts and keep my business thriving. Good folks at the Pollock Orielly.

Employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and have a solution for my problem every time I need a part, they have a wide selection of brands to fit every budget and the store is always clean and organized. Its the only place I buy my parts from and I buy alot of parts.

Ordered parts and was told they would call when they came in. Continued to keep checking in for the next week and a half getting told they weren't there yet and when they did finally find out what was going on they had alrwady sent them back. This is why i go to auto zone.
