Though there was a bit of a wait after having appointment scheduled (tires/wheels 2021 Miata) couldn t be happier with having my tires taken care of here. Darrel and Mike are personable, professional, and went above and beyond. Even hearing interactions with their other customers, the level of customer service is exemplary. There is a level of trust that formed immediately after interacting and having conversations with them. They made me feel like a long time friend and I truly believe they genuinely care about their customers.I would highly recommend their business for all your tire and alignment needs.

I discovered a nail in my tire and was losing pressure fast while still an hour from home. Walked in at 5:30pm this past Saturday (they close at 6) and they kindly patched my tire for a very reasonable price by 6:30.I was apologetic for coming in right before closing but they were so nice and understanding. Huge thanks to Isabella at front desk and the service team.There was another lady who had been waiting a few hours for her car to get finished, and she was also saying that the service team was very thorough and honest in their diagnosis of her problem.

I have been taking all my vehicles at Tire Choice Auto Pleasanton location since i moved to Dublin. Darryl has always been super helpful and honest. He always provides outstanding customer service, it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers.Darryl is not only kind, friendly and professional but very knowledgeable. I love his positive attitude and excellent customer service.

My tire had lost pressureThe second I pulled up to the service center, J came up to me and asked how he could help, luckily they had the time to take care of my issue.J and A had treated me in the best way possible, the tire was fixed up to standards, they were giving off positive energy throughout the whole experience, which made me feel like I was in good hands, and every question I had, whether it was technical or market related, I would get an answer, and a good one too.I ll definitely be coming back for future car service.

So I had an issue with my tire and from what another tire shop had told me, was that I would need a front tire alignment, along with 2 new front tires which I knew it'd be a hefty price but at the time I was in a rush to get somewhere, so after I finished up with my errand I found this place close by. I went in and told them my issue, and Daryl was very helpful and explained their diagnose of my tires to me in a way that made sense. Him and his team were very friendly and thorough with my car. And again I was previously told by another tire shop, my car needed an alignment in which Daryl let me know my car didn't need it that and thankfully that took my price down a lot. And honestly I was told I'd be waiting till 530 to 6. So I was happy to find out they were finished up with my car close to 5pm which was an hour or so definitely didn't have to wait too long. As my first time it was a nice experience and would highly recommend to anyone in the area to go to.

This shop must be a hit and miss for customers. I went there after seeing their fantastic ratings. Only needed an oil change done. Quoted me about $118 which was high based on my experience in Tracy, but decided to go along with it because we were new to Pleasanton and had not explored much. They claim that they are offering a free tire rotation as part of the oil change, but that does not seem to be true considering they seemed to have built the tire rotation cost into the oil change pricing from what I can tell.We visited around 2pm. Manager was upfront that the oil change could take until closing time (5pm). That was a little ridiculous of a timeline but we didn't know enough to bring our second car. Ended up wasting extra money on food and unnecessary shopping in the plaza nearby. Not their fault but the waiting period should be brought down regardless. Maybe they need to hire additional hands. I think I noticed only a couple mechanics besides the manager if we observed correctly.We returned back to the mechanic shop around 3:30pm. Manager claimed all of my car's rotors and brake pads must be replaced or it can be dangerous. Printed a quote for about $914. Was obviously not prepared for such a costly repair and also questioned the authenticity of the statement as we had not noticed any symptoms of rotor/brake pad failure. Declined the repair but didn't have enough evidence to prove his claim wrong. Maybe he is right but the estimate seemed so high that I naturally wanted to get a second opinion. I felt like declining this repair did put the manager on a slight defensive. We noticed they parked our car in the front around 3:45pm but no one said anything to us. One of the employees came to the front and I asked him if the car was ready. Said he will check with the manager. Never seemed to have done so and never updated us. The manager returned back to the counter around 4:15pm. I paid the invoice and we were on our way. This might be the right mechanic shop for other customers, but it was nothing special as their ratings made it out to be. When I left the place, I realized that I had previously visited another location on Dougherty Rd with the same name and I was not satisfied with that location either. In fact, we noticed some performance difference in our car after we had gotten the oil change done at that Dougherty location. Time to keep looking for a new mechanic shop that I can trust with my eyes closed.

Darrell is the best! Not only is he patient but he is very knowledgeable about servicing a car. He doesn t upsell or talk over you. It s instantly an easy conversation and always handled with great care. I ll definitely be going there in the future.

I had an appointment for an oil change Monday at 11am. By 12:45 they still had not taken my car back so I told him I would like to reschedule. He told me to come back at 8am the next day. I returned at 8am. Only one other person was there waiting and they quickly sent her on her way after assessing a tire issue they couldn t fix. I was still there for almost two hours and during that time approximately 4 other customers dropped their car off. One of them the manager engaged in a political rant with about Obama and the current president which included many racist and mysoginistic comments. Needless to say after spending 4 hours in your waiting area over two days with no apologies or explanation I will not be returning.

My family and I were traveling and got a flat tire. We drove all around to 3 different places. We finally found this one. They were so kind, which is more than I can say for the other places. They didn t automatically dismiss us. They helped us out and got us on our way! Highly recommend. Not only for the quality but for the great customer service and human care.

Excellent place to get your tires repaired! I had a flat tire, went right in, no appointments needed and they fixed it in 15 mins at no charge! More than anything what I really liked was the friendly and courteous customer experience that one doesn t normally find at such stores. Well I found my go to tire shop!

I live 3 hours away from this location and was heading home. I came in devastated that something was wrong with my car. From the beginning Darell was extremely helpful. Showed concern and urgency to help me. I was thinking the worst was wrong with my car and went to a near by shop first. They gave me an insane quote without even offering to looking at my car. Didnt even say but 5 words to me. I know nothing about cars and could have easily been taken advantage of. But Darrel was honest. He pointed out the true issue and I was able to see it with my own eyes. He resolved my car troubles and I was able to make it home safely. Thank you very much Darrel!

This tire 265/70/R16 off of an 03 Sierra popped on the 580 Highway near Dublin California on the night of 8/5. Evan (Manager), Carlos, and Moe at TireChoice Auto Service Center helped me out the next morning with my spare tire that had a leak on the rim. These guy s are great! They took my spare in, inspected both rim and tire, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in less than 20min! Whenever you need fast, reliable, and respectable people, this is the place to go to. I appreciate these guy s for helping me out.

Wonderful customer service. I came here with a nail in my tire and everything was done quick and with quality service, Brandon Ennis did a good job with his crew. I would recommend this tire center to anyone that has tire needs. You won t get disappointed.

I had a flat tire that I needed replacing while visiting the area. While they took a little longer than expected (was told it'd be ready the afternoon of the same day), when I picked up the next day, I was assured the spare tire was back in my car. After being about 1.5 hours away, I was informed that the tire was in fact left at the shop. I feel that any tire shop should place the tire back in the car as soon as its removed, but this wasn't done.I requested that the tire be replaced or shipped to my house (as I wasn't going to drive 3 hours to remedy a mistake the shop made), but they delayed this for around 3 months. I had to call nearly twice a week and they continuously said the classic "I'm busy", "I haven't had time", etc. excuses and never got it to me. They never called me back; I had to continuously reach out to them. They offered to cover the cost of a used spare tire for my car, but only for a $40 budget which was completely unrealistic based on the several tire shops I was forced visited locally. I probably wasted around 5 hours having to research and visit local tire shops and continuously call this place. While I had the tire replaced (alignment wasn't done right, had to have a local shop do it correctly), it was only after I was back in the area that I could grab the tire.Carlus seems like a good guy and always responded, but the business seems severely understaffed and wouldn't own up their their mistakes. Bad experience overall and I cannot recommend this business

Excellent customer service! We had a screw in one of our tires and needed a quick repair before end of day. Brendin and Mike came through and were able to repair it right away, even though we didn t have an appointment.

Amazing service, limped in with a flat minutes before their closing and they didn t leave until it was repaired and I was safely on my way. Darrel and Lon made sure it was quickly and expertly repaired. Thank you!!!

I book an online appointment for 3:30 PM and drive all the way to their store on time for flat tire repair only to be greeted by frustrated mechanic who asks me to leave my car overnight and says no appointment available.Terrible attitude

I have had truly wonderful experience at this shop. Tire of my car (even it is almost new) has a very nasty hole. At first glance technician declared it can't be fix, but store manager Carlus Moore shown so great attitude and compassion! He personally check the tire and found way to fix it even for the standard price. Thank you Mr. Moore!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & Do Not Trust this Automotive shop at all.Spoke with Carlos (Manager) via phone and made the appointment for 10a/11a for next day, he asked for my contact information during the call. Dropped car off the same day since my battery was flat, I bought tire air compressor just to get the car to the shop. Carlos was outside and said drop the key in the box, he was moving a car and they were closed.Day of appointment called at 12:30p for an update and spoke to Carlos. He said they didn't get to the car yet, because he only had (1) technician today. He will call back with an update. NO CALL back so I called at 5:30 when I got off work during my 45 min. drive home. Spoke to another person who said - He didn't have any information on the BMW only a key, no appointment in computer and no-one has taken a look at it yet. The tire has a nail and they will need to order a tire. We already knew they needed to order the tire the day we made the appointment, he was supposed confirm if he can patch, if not order the tire and said he could order the tire the same day & they would bring it to the shop (same day). Which is why we chose to drop off the car the night before, in case they were able to look at it earlier than 10a/11a. Now, it's to late to order the tire, Wed is 4th of July-closed & now pushed out to Thur. and my only ride can not take me to work and back on that day.We DID NOT get a call from anyone to tell us the tire wasn't ordered.We have chosen to pick up the car & find a shop that doesn't play games with customers time.

I purchased tires twice from Tire Choice when it was located near Stanley Blvd, Pleasanton. Since that location is now closed I took it to the Rosewood Pavilion location. I made an appointment for a tire rotation at 12:00. It was easy to call and make an appointment. Carlus greeted me upon arrival and was very friendly. He told me it would take 1.5 hours to complete. I let him know I would wait for my car. I walked around the shopping center and returned about one hour later. The lobby was unstaffed. Another customer was seated in the lobby. We both could hear two staff members in the back room having what sounded like a heated discussion and it was clearly not about sports and sounded work related. Every 3rd word was the 'f***' word and would have been disturbing had there been a young child with me. No staff entered the lobby to check on customers. My car was delivered to me 2 HOURS after it was expected!!! My future tire business will be going elsewhere.

Had one flat tire for my Tesla model 3 and the other three tires were fine. Today the center manager in this shop told me that I needed to replace all 4 tires because there would be imbalance between tires due to different tread depths and they couldn't rotate the tires for me. They gave me a quote of $1950. This includes tires, labor, and insurance etc. My 4 tires were recently replaced by the Tesla service center (around 6 months, lightly used). So I decided to go to the Tesla service center and they used a tire plug to fix my tire with only $120. So one side in this shop wanted to charge me $1950, and the other side in the Tesla service center $120. I don't want to think this is a fraud. But I think this shop needs some reflection now.

DO NOT COME HERE! YOU WILL GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I got a flat tire near Pleasanton, my AAA driver took me to this place since it was the only close place open on Sunday. They had my tire size in stock BUT told me I need all 4 replaced ASAP and it was unethical and unsafe to change the 1 tire. Even though they only had 1 tire in stock and did not give me any options to order or whatever. There was another customer there who got a flat as well, and they were trying to convince her that she needs 2 tires done. The 1 tire for her was $300!! I had to tow my car again out of this terrible shop and ended up taking it to my local America's Tire. It's funny, my Lyft driver AAA called told me a gentlemen he picked up recently was told the exact same thing as me and had to tow their car out this place as well!!! I ended up getting my tire change at America's Tire without an issue or safety concerns about my other tires. This place literally used scare tactics!!! It was a waste of time coming here!!!! They'll take advantage of you if they see you're in a bind!!!

I was very impressed with the personal commitment from Carlus Moore who diagnosed my tires and got me seen and taken care of as a last appointment on a Sunday afternoon. He could have easily bumped me back a day to reschedule my appointment as I was a few minutes late, but he made sure my car would be repaired by end of day. Thank you for your kindness and for the speedy service! With two young kids in tow and a nail in our tire, I very much appreciated all of your help!

Do not recommend: dishonest about pricing, will gaslight you when you try to clarify.They'll lie about pricing, slowly adding more costs at each step. They'll give you a low price when first asked to get you in, once they have your car in their possession they'll give higher pricing knowing it'll be inconvenient for you to bring your car somewhere else.They have no problem lying to your face. Ended up being just as expensive as the dealership, with much shoddier service. Save yourself alot of frustration and look somewhere else.

Appointments don't mean anything, even if you had payed for the parts and installation fee in advance. I had an appointment for 10am-11am for two tires to be installed. And as I'm sitting in the lobby waiting, walk-ins that needed a flat repair or wheel -alignment service took priority. When I asked about my car at around noon, I was told I was next. My car wasn't done until 1:20pm. How does it take over one hour to install two new tires?? On top of that, one of the new tires installed was set dangerously low to 12 PSI when it should have be set to 35 psi, seriously?! Talk about quality control. Also I found it very unprofessional for employees to be bad-mouthing about customers' cars/problems behind the counter in the main lobby with other customers there. Overall, I am very disappointed in this place, I thought it would be good based on the good other reviews, nope! Beware.

Worst service ever. I called to get a quote for tires and an alignment. I just received 2 from 2 other shops over the phone. The guy here said I had to come down to the shop and kept quoting a starting at price. I told him I just got 2 other quotes and that they just looked up my tire with no problem. He then just hung up on me. Very rude and terrible service.

Be very careful with this location. I asked for an estimate. The total did not add up the itemized breakdown cost and they could not explain the discrepancy. Instead they got very defensive and even aggressive on why I was questioning the math. They tried several times and still could not get the total number to match the breakdown cost. They were trying to charge $150 more.I left and went to wall mart instead and got the same tire and service for exactly half the price.
