Had a great experience this week with a battery replacement at SAS German Auto. Rick at the front desk was very friendly and easy to work with. They had my battery replacement done within 2 hours. I really appreciated their friendliness and how quick they worked. They were very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be back the next time my car needs a tuning.

SAS did an amazing job repairing my Audi when the other shop I went to (after 2 visits and a ton of wasted time), could not find and fix the issue. Ken knew immediately what the problem was and even though they were busy, had the repairs done in a short time. I was referred by a friend and I m so happy I took his advice!! Thank you Ken, I ll be back for future service!!

Ken is an honest business owner. He only fixes what is necessary and always at a reasonable cost. The Audi dealership claimed they could not fix my squeaky brakes twice and Ken took care of the problem with no issues. I would highly recommend SAS German Auto.

I have been a customer since 1991. I have driven all over the US and believe that SAS German Auto keeps my cars reliable. And compared to dealer service, their service is. Very good value.

Super helpful. Was able to get two parts put on my car before the holidays at a great price. Customer service is superb! Rick and Ken both professionals and I will definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs.

I ve been taking my Porsche to SAS for 2 years now and I am extremely pleased with Ken and SAS. Cars are his passion and it shows. If you want a knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy mechanic look no further. A shop I previously went to happily charged me for an oil change at time and mileage intervals that Ken said did not need service. That same shop told me two years ago to replace my battery - Ken confirmed it s still fine. Ken always test drives my car before releasing it to make sure everything is working well. My wife brought her BMW to SAS for work not covered under warranty and has also been very happy. Highly recommended.

Ken and his team do great work, which is why we ve been using them for years. We just had a routine service performed, but we ve had repairs done on different vehicles as well, and it s great to have any and all needs addressed completely and competently!

Ken & Rick did a fantastic job on my 2016 Porsche Macan S. They did a brake job, transmission service, spark plugs and a coolant flush. Professional and courteous service. Very fair pricing, great value. I highly recommend SAS German Auto. A+.

SAS worked very hard to solve a battery issueon me Cayenne. It turns out to be a Porsche factory problem. What was really a surprise was no charge, if they couldn't fix it. Now that is great service-a great place to use for service.

SAS Auto has been servicing my 1984 VW Westy Camper Van for over 6 years now and I could not be happier with service I have received. They are very knowledgable, do great work, and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend SAS Auto!

Definitely Five out of Five! It was a great experience doing business with Rick at SAS. Last week, I made an appointment with Rick bringing in my Mercedes to inspect my brakes on Monday, and I totally forgot the appointment, my apology. Rick called me to follow up and he was able to squeeze me in on Wednesday, so I don t have to wait for another week due to their busy schedule. I came in on the day, Rick explained me the process in detail. After the inspection, Rick gave me his professional advice which saved me a lot of money. And their quote is very competitive! Great business, exceptional customer experience! Thank you Rick!

We have five mid-vintage Mercedes'. I love them; my kids love them; my wife loves them. As you know, these cars all need frequent attention from a mechanic. SAS German Car is the perfect shop for us. Ken and his team diagnose like no one else I have worked with. Their experience and thoroughness have saved us a lot of money and safely kept us on the road. I recommend SAS German Car to anyone that loves their German car and wants to keep driving it for a long time.

A friend recommended SAS. Based on reviews, we were hopeful. Thee work done seems to be well done and complete. When we got home, my wife pointed out grease on sunroof cover, driver visir and the headliner. I cleaned it off right away. My wife called this morning to ask about future routine maintenance and to let them know about the grease stains. The owner Rick responded with, We don t leave grease stains. I had expected an apology but was given denial. I would prefer to work with someone who is honest. We all make mistakes but they were not willing to acknowledge their error. I may go back to a dealer for future service needs.Services: Electrical repair, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection

I ve been going here for any car trouble, maintenance for a long time. I find Ken and Rick honest and they never took advantage of me since I have no idea about cars. I trust them with all my heart and happy for all they have done. I highly recommend SAS German Auto to all because of this.
