You can trust Jose! We did our service two times here, the price is reasonable. Jose is one of the best auto mechanics you can find in the Bay area. He is always reasonable with price and he always provide great customer service. He gives discount for his old customers and sometimes he does small things for free. I really get peace of mind whenever I get him do things for me. Had a bad experience. Their quotes are unreasonable and quoted more than the dealer. When asked about it I was told "don't waste my time you are in Pleasanton". Quoting higher than dealer or not is up to them. But the attitude towards customer is unacceptable.

The team here is great. Very kind, professional, and fair. I originally came in for just an oil change and ended up also needing new brakes. Jake ordered the parts for me and was able to replace my brakes that same day. Highly recommend!

Not my first time here but my third. Great people. Very helpful. This time I decided to write a review because the work I needed done here would have took time and Jose knew I could not wait. So like the professional he is he sent me to a trusted source nearby to get the work done. Even though he could not help me out himself he made sure I was taken care of. I could not appreciate what he has done anymore than I do now. I highly recommend Santa Rita Auto and service to anyone listening. If you have car trouble make sure you check them out first. Very affordable and quick. Usually has parts on the spot but if not ca get them at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Jose and his team is the best. They are experienced experts, very nice and friendly, and you can definitely trust them. I went here several times for oil change and other fix, always 5 star experience. Great price, fast service. Highly recommend this place.

I was referred to this place from a good friend of mine. Jose took care of my truck and was very thoughrough. Also pointed out a couple things that I should take care of to keep my truck in top shape. He also made sure all my tires were up to the recommend psi before I took off. I highly recommend this place they are great

Amazing knowledgeable staff. Very patient. Explain in detail my cars issues. Very accurate on time of service completion. Being a single woman; this was the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I did not feel taken advantage of. Jose & his crew have great integrity & work ethics.

Great shop! My car had a bad leak coming from the engine. I didnt expect to get it back for a week or two. Within a day, they had diagnosed the issue (water pump) and gave me a quote, which was very reasonable. After two more days I had my car back, which is very fast for a water pump job in the middle of the week. Great service, great communication and friendly staff. Would recommend!

I am very content with service from here. Even the mechanics/staff were very patient, and they overall had great customer service. I had my Canister Purge Valve, my brake lights, and my TPMS light all fixed! With providing the parts from Autozone myself, it came to a very good price. Best deal in town, and the service there is amazing! Only took 1 hour! Wow! What more can I say! Thank you Santa Rita Auto! ;)

I called to have them do my brakes. They gave me detailed information of the price for each piece. When I took it in it was expected to take 2-2.5 hours. It took just over an hour as they were not that busy at that moment. I did not need rear rotors so they deducted. Bruce-owner, Jose & CJ are all very professional and friendly. The work appears great and I plan on going there again

We had a great experience at this place ! Jose is a very honest ,knowledgeable and trustworthy person. We had a faulty engine intake manifold on a Mercedes and he took care of it very well. I would definitely recommend him.

A little hard to find, but worth the hunt. Fast service on my BMW 730 IL. Needed my radiator replaced and they got it done in one day. Dropped it off before work and picked it up after work. Great price, less than what they quoted and quick service. That made me happy. Also saw some great used cars for sale. May pick one up for my son next week.
