Got a 65 point Comprehensive Inspection.Was done in a timely manner & with professional service , a fair price.Received printed report with photos , detailed points & areas that neededwork . I've been bringing my small fleet of cars, trucks, and SUVs here to Old Town for a couple of years, and they have always been friendly and have given me realistic, fair, and honest advice. The team is all great, and they have always done right by me. Took my Honda CRV to Old Town for an oil change, tire rotation, and general checkup on the recommendation of a neighbor. They did a great job and were fast and friendly. I work in the field of assessing driver risk and safety. It s very important to me that every car I drive, is as safe as possible and the maintenance is up to date. For the past 15 years, Old Towne Auto has taken great care of my vehicles. The owner Jason communicates clearly, is honest and doesn t try to upsell me. His common sense approach works for me. And I always feel like Jason has my back when it comes to ensuring my vehicle, my son s zippy Mazda hatchback and my evaluator vehicle are always running well and keeping us as safe as possible out there.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I'm very happy with my service provided by John, Jason and automotive staff. Atmosphere is very friendly and inviting, clean surroundings and ac/ cooling in seating area. John was very helpful when minor issues came about with my van and talk with me and immediately took care of it. John , Jason and the guys at Old Town Auto Care are always there in a pinch to do whatever car repairs you need and at a decent price. I've paid for repairs at half of what a dealer would charge and they treat you like family. Definitely recommend.

Jason really took care of my car and when he recommends services/parts for the repair, he really has the best interest of your car in mind. To be frank, this is the most important criteria to choose a mechanic if you're a car guy.

Very honest and accommodating! I had to drop off early and Picked my car up a bit late and they did not make it a problem whatsoever ! Didn t make me feel pressured to get additional work done but also let me know what needed to be done and typed it up for me.. Responded quickly to my yelp inquiry for a quote and the price never changed ! Great guys overall

This was the best experience I've had getting my oil changed. Father/Son duo and they were absolutely fabulous to sit and talk to while I waited for my car. Super professional and down to earth. Wouldn't go anywhere else but here to get my car serviced.

Scheduled an appointment here today for the afternoon for a Full Synthetic Oil Change with Tire Rotation. Walked around while waiting and it was done an hour later. I delayed the process by forgetting to inform them of the wheel locks. Super friendly and efficient! A very welcoming experience for a first time customer, and just a short drive from work! The price is very reasonable for the work performed. Definitely going to be a repeat client!

Honesty, Integrity and professionalism are the exact words to describe Old Town Auto Care. Both John and Jason treat you as if you are a family member when your vehicle is either in need of regular maintenance and/or a repair. Our family has (4) trucks that Old Town Auto Care has faithfully and fairly maintained and/or repaired. All of our experiences with them always point us in their direction for all of our vehicle needs. For us, (5) stars are not enough of a representation of our review of them. It should be at least (10)!!!!

I recently visited Old Town Auto Care to have my AC unit serviced. What I thought would be a refill on the AC, actually exposed two additional issues; an AC leak and a bad relay. The team at Old Town Auto Care took care of my car expeditiously as I waited.Friendly team, great service and at a reasonable price. I'd visit them again.

We have taken our vehicles to Old Town Auto Care since they started in business. Not only are they honest, but they are very reasonable. They go the extra mile for you, if you need something. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my vehicles.

Rapid Yelp response, quick evaluation of my "check engine light", and dealt efficiently with the manufacturer sending incorrect parts. Ultimately repair done correctly and car is running fine.

Fast response, friendly service and great prices. Got my brake pads and rotors changed here. Explanations were given throughout the process and was called if there was anything I needed to address. Will definitely come back

John, Jason and the Team at Old Town are the best around. Not only does Cresco Xpress Pleasanton trust them with our fleet repairs but we also take our personal vehicles to them too.
